If you are going for Third Party Pharma Contract Manufacturing that means that you have started Marketing Company and would like to introduce your own brands in the market rather than taking Pharma Franchise of another marketing company. However to start with your own brands you need to get your products manufactured by a Pharma Contract Manufacturer or Pharma Manufacturer for which you need to have the following documents.

3) Trademark Registration: If your brands are trademark registered then you have to attach the copy of the same and also Manufacturer would demand an affidavit wherein you would own this brand and indemnify the manufacturer in case there is any litigation arises due to trademark infringement.

4) Identity Proof: The manufacturer has started asking for Identity proof and also the address proof so as in case of any default the person can be traced.

6) Incorporation Certificate: Pharma Manufacturer would ask you to send your incorporation certificate just to know the age of the organization, which is useful information for the manufacturer in case you are aiming to get the credit facility.

7) Logo: You should arrange to have your logo in jpg and cdr file as all manufacturer would like to have it from you as they need it for printing.

8) Design: All brands which you intend to manufacture from the manufacturer you should have the CDR file of the same or ask the manufacturer to design for you normally this service is free of cost what manufacturer give to his customers.

9) Cylinder: Cylinder your property which is required for printing of foil. Normally Pharma Manufacturer arranges for the same will charge you on no loss no profit basis.
