International Residential Project Sales: • Concluded an outstanding year with 34 projects launched and almost 1,000 units of London, Tokyo and New York properties worth over S$1 billion sold, generating fees of over S$10 million. • Successfully opened up new markets to Singapore buyers in Japan and the United States. In May 2013, Jones Lang LaSalle acquired Halcyon Real Estate, a Singapore-based boutique real estate firm specialising in residential project leasing. Post-acquisition, this combined strength has made Jones Lang LaSalle the market leader in residential project leasing with 17 projects and over 600 units appointed under management. Christopher Fossick Managing Director, Singapore and South East Asia Over 26 years real estate experience in Asia and the United Kingdom English BSc, MBA Member of RICS Vice President 2011-2012, BCC, ACC and CEA Chris Fossick is Managing Director, Singapore and South East Asia, for Jones Lang LaSalle. In this role, Chris oversees operations in Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam. Chris also sits on the Jones Lang LaSalle Asia Pacific Executive Committee. Jones Lang LaSalle Asia Pacific employs 26,700 employees in 80 offices in 14 countries across the region. Our Accreditations WSH Council The Council works closely with the Ministry of Manpower and other Government agencies, the industry, unions and professional associations to develop strategies to raise WSH standards in Singapore and to realise the national WSH 2018 strategy. CEA The Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) is a statutory board established under the Estate Agents Act 2010 to administer the enhanced regulatory framework for the real estate agency industry. Singapore Service Class Singapore Service Class (S-Class) is the certification for the business excellence niche standard for service. The niche standard enables organisations to develop their service capabilities to enhance service leadership, service agility, customer delight, and customer experience. ISO ISO is a non-governmental organization that forms a bridge between the public and private sectors. On the one hand, many of its member institutes are part of the governmental structure of their countries, or are mandated by their government. MAS MAS is the central bank of Singapore. Its mission is to promote sustained noninflationary economic growth, and a sound and progressive financial centre. Prior to 1970, the various monetary functions associated with a central bank were performed by several government departments and agencies. SISV SISV represents local land surveyors, quantity surveyors, valuers, property managers, property consultants and real estate agents at the professional level. 1 - Our innovations in terms of client services Banking & Finance Industry JP Morgan Chase Bank In light of the growing emphasis by corporates to enhance their sustainability and energy usage initiatives, Jones Lang LaSalle has creatively implemented a Flexible Lighting Schedule. This is an innovative program where lighting in the offices is tailored to the different requirements of the business units, e.g. office lighting is switched off during lunch hours and extended after work hours only at the requests of users. This program has been acknowledged by the client as a more effective method towards reducing electricity consumption and expenditure. To date, the client has saved 44,800kWh, 10,500 hours and $S$12,400. More importantly, they have reduced their carbon footprint by 24.3 tons of CO2 in a short span of just six months.

IT Industry Lenovo As a leading IT firm in the industry, Lenovo had feedback that their Singapore office receives a large number of incoming calls due to the nature of their business. As a result, this has affected their response time to clients, internal users, as well as suppliers. In a bid to improve the situation, the Jones Lang LaSalle team conducted studies to analyse these calls and devised solutions to re-route incoming calls directly to the various services centres. This was achieved via two creative solutions – the first, by reorganising contact details found on Lenovo’s webpage to minimise misinterpretation of information by customers who call the main line for service related requests, and secondly, by implementing Intelligent Voice Response System for Lenovo’s Singapore office main line for better management of incoming calls to the respective service centres or business units. Since this implementation, there has been a 75% drop in the frequency of incoming service-related calls as these have been channeled directly to the respective Service Centres via the IVR System. With less incoming calls to answer, the various administrative and service centre teams are now able to focus on their core responsibilities. This has also helped Lenovo to enhance their corporate image as incoming calls are channeled directly to the respective owners via the IVR System, instead of being redirected verbally by the Receptionist to another phone number and location.

2 - Our innovations within the industries Hawk App - The Broker Toolkit Hawk is a Jones Lang LaSalle proprietary native iOS application designed for our brokers. It gives them a mobile bird’s eye view of the real estate information, and is an up-to-date offline repository of rich media, research information and tools like space calculator. Hawk also allows our brokers to search for stocks and have access to building and research information on the move, providing timing and comprehensive advices to clients. This tool has differentiated Jones Lang LaSalle in a market where most people rely on online sites with limited information that are publicly available. Hawk enables our brokers to tap the store of proprietary resources that used to be only available within the office.

The Graduate Trainee Program At Jones Lang LaSalle, we care great deal of nurturing and developing young talents.
