We are both very warm and friendly and offer a service that reflects this. We want your guests to remember those tiny details and to talk about them for years to come. We offer a range of styling packages for weddings, events and commercial projects that can be tailored to your needs, from full design with help sourcing suppliers and on the day styling to just a simple design brainstorm. We are here to guide and support you through all design and styling aspects of your event. Whether you’ve already got started on your ideas but want us to help pick things up along the way, start from scratch or simply help you with initial design ideas. Our approach to wedding design and styling is to create inspirational looks and help to guide you through your planning process so that you can enjoy planning your wedding.

Hi, I’m Stephanie and I am one half of Fleur & Fig. I live by the motto, ‘it’s all in the little details’. I love going the extra mile to create beautiful and exciting decor whether it’s for work or in my personal life and believe it’s the little things that get people talking. I have a background in photographic fashion production working with big brands, co-ordinating shoots and suppliers, so I am a pro ‘organiser’! When I am not in the Fleur & Fig office, you’ll find me spending time with my wonderful friends, enjoying great food, admiring all the home accessories in Anthropologie or walking the halls of art exhibitions. Hi, I’m Philippa and I am the other half of Fleur & Fig. I’m human magpie for all things pretty! I have a background in fashion buying and I also run my own photography business, Philippa Sian Photography. After working in the wedding industry since 2012, and designing my own wedding in 2015, helping couples style their own weddings has become a huge passion. My sister and I have always had a creative eye and for years, always dreamt about launching our own joint business. We love working together, and officially launching Fleur & Fig in 2017 was the best decision we’ve made. We offer what we call a ‘Bespoke Styling’ service which includes a venue visit and on the day set up of your beautiful wedding details for a total of 4 hours from the stylists arrival. C O MME RCIAL STYLIN G ’ Commercial styling comes in many forms, whether you are looking for a stylist for a commercial shoot or perhaps a product editorial. We’d love to hear more about your ideas and plans to understand how we can help. A bespoke quote will be created upon understanding more about your requirements for your shoot. We also offer styling on a smaller scale for small businesses. Perhaps you are re-branding and you need new pretty images for your website that shows off your products, or maybe you just need some great styled images and flat lays for instagram. Well, we can offer commercial styling to suit your needs so that you get the right look for your client or brand. We also offer styling with photography, using our in house photographer, Philippa from Philippa Sian Photography. Small business styling with photography starts from £400 for 2 hours.
F R E QU E NT L Y ASKED QUESTO N S Q. How many stylists will be there on our wedding day?
A. Usually there will be one stylist, either Philippa or Stephanie, who will be there on the day to set up and style, however for larger events with lots of detail, an additional stylist may need to be considered to help on the day.
Q. Do you travel?
A. Of course! We love to travel and work with couples and clients all over the UK and beyond.
Q. Do you style destination weddings?
A. Yes of course and we’d love to help source destination decor suppliers and be there to help bring your destination dream together. Send us more information about your travel plans and we can put together a bespoke package.
Q. Do you help ‘clear down’ the day after our event/wedding?
Our styling fees do not include a ‘clear down’ or returns fee however if you are looking for a bit of a helping hand the following day, do let us know and we can add this to your quote.
Q. Do you have a list of preferred vendors to work with and are we allowed to use suppliers who aren’t on your list?
A. We sure do! From wedding make up artists, to florists, to caterers, we have worked with some fantastic suppliers in the industry and will be happy to share a full list with you if you proceed with our services. We can also tailor specific suppliers to you as a ‘best fit’ for your styling based on your tastes and moodboard direction. We are also more than happy to work alongside other suppliers - we love meeting new people and building new business relationships.

F R E QU E NT L Y ASKED QUESTO N S Q. Do you manage the coordination and payment of suppliers?
A. We will help to coordinate with the suppliers you book who are providing decor and detail for your day to ensure your look is cohesively brought together, however you will still take charge of payments, direct coordination and logistics with them.
Q. Do your styling fees pay for my suppliers, such as flowers, stationery and favours?
A. Unfortunately not. Our fees are for our unique and personal styling service, which begins right from your initial consultation right up to the day of your wedding or event. In some packages you’ll find we do offer some complimentary pieces within our fee however you will coordinate and pay your suppliers as you normally would when planning your event.
Q. Will we get featured in a magazine of blog?
A. Well that would be lovely wouldn’t it? There is no guarantee that it will be featured but we do love to see our couple’s weddings featured on blogs. You will need to ask your photographer to submit the images for the blog’s consideration.
Q. I have a good camera and I am just looking for some commercial styling for my website and social media. Do you offer this service without photography? A. Yes, absolutely. Styling sessions without photography start from £150.
Q. How do we book you to style our wedding or event?
A. If you do decide you’d like to hire us to take charge of ALL the pretty, then a deposit of £500 will be required along with a signed contract.
