power to drive the future of professional development in Asian wealth management.
OUR TRAINING HUBBIS TRAINING ACTIVITIES INCLUDE BOTH ONLINE AND FACE-TO-FACE SERVICES. E-LEARNING The Hubbis learning management system (LMS) provides staff at 65 institutions with product and skills training, all of which is assessed and recorded for reporting purposes.
EVENTS
Over 80 courses and over 200 hours of articles, interviews and presentations give users a variety of opportunities to earn CPD/CPT points. The LMS allows company administrators to competency assess individuals, set customised learning plans, track user performance and maintain a complete record of staff professional development.
PUBLICATION
The LMS reporting function also allows all offline and 3rd party training to be uploaded to give a single, consolidated history for each user. Hubbis’ face-to-face training activities focus on skills for advisers, delivered in exclusive client seminars. The continuous support that Hubbis receives from over 250 commercial relationships across the region, and beyond, demonstrates our clients’ appreciation of the quality of products and services that Hubbis provides.
E-Learning

HIGHER REVENUE PER EMPLOYEE FACT 2013 studies have showen that elearning has lead to a 26% increase in revenue per employee
The Hubbis LMS is a purposebuilt stand-alone solution for wealth management training. We enable wealth management professionals to increase their knowledge, skills and confidence through engaging, innovative and assessed learning and development tools.
Modules are offered inmultiple formats (formal courses, video presentations, expert interviews and articles) and are sourced from across the Hubbis platform and community network (Hubbis experts, industry practitioners, Hubbis events, and direct input from Hubbis partners and clients).
HR and compliance managers can easily build and apply learning plans to defined groups, and track and record each individual’s learning progress. All of these tools and training courses are provided via a single, continuously available, secure internet portal.
All Hubbis training is rigorously assessed using online tests. New additions to the Hubbis training suite include Hubbis event presentation videos, and the Hubbis reading list, which allows users to earn continuing professional development points while reading selected books.
The Hubbis LMS can be accessed immediately and does not require integration into existing corporate systems. Learning content from Hubbis includes a wide variety of Asian wealth management topics, from product knowledge to advisory skills, and from compliance training to behavioural finance.
Hubbis also has a new customisable competency assessment function. This allows administrators to build and assign online assessments for all staff – irrespective of role or seniority.

The result of the assessment is a tailormade learning plan for
each individual staff member – addressing gaps where they exist, but not frustrating staff with repetitive training if they
demonstrate, through the assessment, that they have already mastered key knowledge and competencies.

we’ve been looking to do is develop our footprint in thought-leadership in wealth planning in Asia.
