PHA To Debut Mantua Square Grand Opening The Philadelphia Housing Authority and the National Association of Housing & Redevelopment Officials will celebrate the grand opening of the award-winning Mantua Square development in West Philadelphia as part of NAHRO’s “Housing America” month.
