PHILA. HOUSING AUTHORITY Executive Director Michael Kelly couldn’t hide his enthusiasm this morning at grand opening of PHA’s newest and most-advanced development, Paschall Village. New 100-home development replaces Paschall Apartments, which was built in mid-1960s. Site features central geothermal heating and cooling, solar domestic hot water, solar panels, and a rainwater harvesting/irrigation system.

Paul Levy Honored At Wanamaker’s 100th

Marshall, CEO of Amerimar Enterprises, owners of building. Some 5,000 people now work in the building, which also houses the retailer Macy’s.
