PHILA. HOUSING AUTHORITY Executive Director Michael Kelly couldn’t hide his enthusiasm this morning at grand opening of PHA’s newest and most-advanced development, Paschall Village. New 100-home development replaces Paschall Apartments, which was built in mid-1960s. Site features central geothermal heating and cooling, solar domestic hot water, solar panels, and a rainwater harvesting/irrigation system.

Paul Levy Honored At Wanamaker’s 100th

Marshall, CEO of Amerimar Enterprises, owners of building. Some 5,000 people now work in the building, which also houses the retailer Macy’s. In honor of Levy, partners donated $5,000 toward major renovation of Dilworth Plaza.
