George Linton Dozens of angry anti-casino supporters traveled to Harrisburg yesterday to vent their frustrations at a new proposal from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. The South Philadelphia Business Association will honor past President Lou Lozzi, Sr. as its Man of the Year. Lozzi stepped down as president of the SPBA at the end of 2009.
