Description of Work: Description of Work: Union Roofers and Waterproofers work on a variety of types of buildings, protecting those facilities against water intrusion Steamfitter/Pipefitter (BTJ) and ultimate damage to the structure and its contents. The scope of work of the Steamfitter/Pipefitter encompasses installation and servicing of systems requiring piping. This the built-up type or the single-ply category. In built-up includes steam and hot water heating systems, air condition ing/refrigeration systems, chemical & petrochemical plants insulation boards to form a waterproof membrane.
