Welcome to our second BOX LOT Auction of 2013.

These auctions are held in our Auction Rooms at Level 2, 170 Queen Street Melbourne. Enter either lift in the foyer and go to Level 2. If when you are visiting and the lifts are secured, please press the buzzer outside the front door and we will send the lift down for you.

This auction will see the first live test of our new Audio and Video feed direct from our Auction Rooms.

You will be able to register and bid live via your computer while watching and listening to all the action LIVE. Details on how to access the new online system will be emailed a few days before the auction.

Please feel free to make constructive comments to us about how the system worked for you.

This auction contains 180 lots commencing with Collections from around the world, Thematics, Albums and Accessories, Documents and Ephemera. A small selection of Literature is followed by a few items from GB and Australian Colonies. The Australian Collections feature the usual Bundleware, Kiloware, FDCs and other Accumulations. The Australian Decimal Postage section contains 35 lots ready to use on your mail-outs. The Sale concludes with a few better FDCs, PNCs and Australian Territories.

All our standard auction procedures apply to these Auctions. You can bid in the room, by post, email or through the website. In fact you can bid exactly the same way you do with our normal public auctions. If you intend to bid live online please contact us if you have any queries as to how our online bidding operates.

The majority of the lots contained here do require some consideration as to how they will be despatched to you, so please be aware of the weight and bulk of items if mail is your preferred method of despatch.

We do welcome bids from all over, but please be aware as these costs are sometimes very prohibitive!

India - Telegram Forms 1920 eleven complete forms appear commercial use with advertisements sent either domestically or to Burma, one is a battered red form of The Eastern Extension Australasia and China Telegraph Company, Limited from Madras to Penang with KGV 1a brown affixed on back.
