NSW 1913 (Sep 12) use of 1d Roo on NSW 3d Registration Envelope, cancelled with framed ‘ULLADULLA/SP12/1913/N.S.W.’ (A1-) with rare red & black registration label. Rare Commonwealth-State combination. [A very similar item realised $800 in Phoenix Auction #10.] South Australia 1913 (Jan 28) use of ½d & 1d Roo with NSW 1d x2 & ½d x3, WA 1d Surcharge, Vic 1d Surcharge & Tas 1d Surcharge, on registered cover to Sweden. 1d Green fresh block of 4 with Die II-I pairs x2 (lower pair MUH) [I/3-4 & 9-10] BW #81(1)fa. Nicely centred, a fine specialist block. 1½d Red Die II Varieties accumulation on hagners, annotated by collector. None allocated to an Electro nor to a particular plate position, nor have we checked everything so other perfs and watermarks may occur. However we can confirm three Slurred print, ten Watermark inverted almost certainly ex booklet plate, two Void top right corner states [2L59], Dot before THREE [4R24], two Spear in emu’s back [4R30]. Other points - all Type B’s appear ex booklet plate, a group of seven called ‘DOUBLE PERF’ aren’t, likewise ‘DRY INK’, a number of different crown top flaws need more study, also various split and dented frame types. Off centre high, some light perf tone.
