Broken Group

A maze of Islands, giant cedar trees, tide pools, wildlife and sandy beach campsites make this one of our favourite west coast destinations. An Ideal ‘first-time’ environment for new paddlers while offering enough variety for those with experience.

Broughton Archipelago - Paddler’s Inn

Our Broughton trips will be based out of the Paddler’s Inn, a rustic and cozy resort featuring great facilities and a wonderful atmosphere in the heart of the Archipelago. Views are stunning and kayaking opens up a sheltered and magical water world.

Clayoquot Sound - Vargas Island

A quintessential west coast paddling experience and home to white sandy beaches and old growth rainforest. Both beachcombers and those desiring a taste of the open coast will delight.

Nootka Island

A sea kayakers’ paradise on the remote west coast of Vancouver Island. The rugged coastline is broken up by hidden coves and stretches of sandy beach, intertidal life is plentiful and sea otters are always a highlight.

Johnstone Strait

Home to the highest concentration of Killer Whales in the world. This trip will appeal to anybody looking for a pleasant balance between kayaking, wildlife viewing and beach life.

Gulf Islands - Courses

Paddle & learn in the Gulf Islands! The waters surrounding Gabriola Island offer an ideal environment for our Paddle Canada instructional programs. Camp or choose from a wide variety of B&B or lodge options on Gabriola Island.

Groups

For families and/or friends who would like to book as private groups. Choose from any of our dates and destinations. Let us know how we can help plan your trip.
