This award is not only an important milestone in his career but also a clear demonstration of his excellence and relentless efforts towards his career.

The Filmore Da Nang project that he designed successfully passed the Vietnam qualifying round and was selected to attend the Asia Pacific qualifying round held in London. Here, the project continued to win 03 more awards including: BEST APARTMENT / CONDOMINIUM ASIA PACIFIC

Phuong is an architect with over 12 years of experience, particularly in the field of design.

He has extensive knowledge of all aspects of architecture and has worked on a variety of projects, such as high-rise Apartments, Hotels, Offices, Landscaping, and Interior design.

The images recount Phuong's most memorable experiences in London. A week-long journey filled with diverse experiences: From exploring modern and classical architectural to exploring the city's public urban transportation while traveling between attractive destinations.

This trip was particularly special as Phuong played the role of a guest, under the guidance of the CEO. Phuong had the opportunity to delve into prominent high-end apartment projects in London, such as One Park Drive in the Canary Wharf financial district, Casson Square Residential in the city center along the Thames River, and finally, Embassy Garden Apartments in the Nine Elms regeneration area.

Phuong attended the signing ceremony of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for a major cooperation between Filmore Real Estate Development (Vietnam) and POSCO E&C Group (Korea), at Songdo International City , Incheon, South Korea

POSCO E&C is not only one of Korea's leading construction and real estate development corporations but also has a large position throughout Asia and many key market areas globally.

An important and proud trip helped Phuong increase his experience and understanding of the real estate market in Korea.

He has a thorough knowledge of various materials, both natural and artificial and how to finish them, from reviewing proposals on drawing to the actual completion.

LANDSCAPING

Landscape plays an important role in high-rise residential projects, not only creating aesthetic highlights and enhancing the connection between people and nature but also improving the quality of life and the value of the project, attracting the interest of buyers and investors.

Through design experience, working with professional landscape consultants helps him gain an understanding of the characteristics of materials and flora as well as how to apply them most appropriately.

BIM & SUSTAINABLE KNOWLEDGE

BIM (Building Information Modeling) and Sustainable Design are inevitable trends in the design and construction industry for the future, requiring effective project planning and information management, minimizing errors, reducing environmental impact, and conserving energy.

He is an architect with knowledge in both BIM and sustainable design, which brings him significant advantages in his career. Firstly, BIM is a global standard that enables him to easily collaborate with other industry professionals, managing projects comprehensively and efficiently from design to construction. Secondly, he is also capable of participating in projects that require environmental friendliness.

BIM KNOWLEDGE

• He has a basic understanding of BIM and grasps the key concepts and benefits in project management.

• He is capable of using BIM software such as Revit and Navisworks, and has participated in BIM-required projects both domestically and internationally, gaining significant practical experience. Additionally, He is skilled in coordinating with many different disciplines on the BIM platform, ensuring that project information is always accurate and up-to-date.

• However, his current knowledge is foundational, and he recognizes that BIM is a vast and complex field. He acknowledges that it will require considerable time and effort to achieve the standards outlined in guidelines such as ISO 19650 or PAS 1192-2 (BSI)

SUSTAINABLE KNOWLEDGE

Although he is not an expert in this field, he has spent time studying, learning, and applying sustainable design theories related to green buildings. He has also actively participated in seminars and practical tours organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Green Architecture Association.

Among many green building standards in Vietnam such as LEED, LOTUS, or EDGE, meeting the strict requirements of these standards while still ensuring project budget feasibility will face some of the most difficulties. This requires consultation from green building experts, and he can now play an important role in balancing these benefits.
