This award is not only an important milestone in his career but also a clear demonstration of his excellence and relentless efforts towards his career.
The Filmore Da Nang project that he designed successfully passed the Vietnam qualifying round and was selected to attend the Asia Pacific qualifying round held in London. Here, the project continued to win 03 more awards including: BEST APARTMENT / CONDOMINIUM ASIA PACIFIC

Phuong is an architect with over 12 years of experience, particularly in the field of design.
He has extensive knowledge of all aspects of architecture and has worked on a variety of projects, such as high-rise Apartments, Hotels, Offices, Landscaping, and Interior design.
The images recount Phuong's most memorable experiences in London. A week-long journey filled with diverse experiences: From exploring modern and classical architectural to exploring the city's public urban transportation while traveling between attractive destinations.
This trip was particularly special as Phuong played the role of a guest, under the guidance of the CEO. Phuong had the opportunity to delve into prominent high-end apartment projects in London, such as One Park Drive in the Canary Wharf financial district, Casson Square Residential in the city center along the Thames River, and finally, Embassy Garden Apartments in the Nine Elms regeneration area.

Phuong attended the signing ceremony of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for a major cooperation between Filmore Real Estate Development (Vietnam) and POSCO E&C Group (Korea), at Songdo International City , Incheon, South Korea
POSCO E&C is not only one of Korea's leading construction and real estate development corporations but also has a large position throughout Asia and many key market areas globally.
An important and proud trip helped Phuong increase his experience and understanding of the real estate market in Korea.

With rapid development and great application potential, artificial intelligence (AI) has become an important topic as well as an important direction in the development of multi-industry companies, not just in the field of technology. Real Estate sector.
As many strive to become pioneers in applying AI to their operations or at least to avoid being left behind in the race to apply AI.
Not out of the trend, Phuong also started the first steps in researching AI applications that can be applied in the Real Estate industry.

• He has a basic understanding of BIM and grasps the key concepts and benefits in project management.
