▪ To achieve a 'GOOD DESIGN' at the level of detail, it is essential to have a clear understanding of design codes to ensure compliance with local government building regulations. • He has a basic understanding of BIM and grasps the key concepts and benefits in project management.

• Although he is not an expert in this field, he has spent time studying, learning, and applying sustainable design theories related to green buildings. He has also actively participated in seminars and practical tours organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Green Architecture Association.
• Among many green building standards in Vietnam such as LEED, LOTUS, or EDGE, meeting the strict requirements of these standards while still ensuring project budget feasibility will face some of the most difficulties.
