Services SELLING This program is specifically designed to give employees an advantage when selling their homes. Our Piatt Sotheby’s International Realty sales professional will advise the client through the entire selling process, relying on up-to-date market data and our professional expertise to obtain the highest price for their home in the least amount of time. Our sales professional will: • Work with the client and our marketing team to develop an aggressive marketing plan • Review and implement the marketing plan, while providing updates to the client • Offer ongoing guidance to maximize marketing effectiveness • Monitor your clients’ progress and satisfaction throughout the marketing period • Complete a comparative market analysis prior to listing the home • Continually evaluate market conditions and pricing • Assist the client with review and negotiation of all offers to purchase • Follow-up and coordination through the closing of the home
