Project Intake
Working under a structured framework such as NDA or JDA, we work with our customers to gather all necessary product details while maintaining sensitivity to any propriety formulas and data.

Verification Testing
We ensure the quality and replicability of the process at each stage. Product may also undergo additional evaluation at our customers’ testing facilities.

Lab Scale Validation
After the initial information intake, we then proceed to validation of the product at lab scale.

Production Trials
Once the product approved at each of the stage gates, PIDC trials the product at its production facility.

Pilot Scale-Up
Lab scale validation is followed by a larger scale technology demonstration or pilot process.
