PTC Piecoserwis offer PiecoSerwis PTC specializes in hot dip galvanizing technology and offers both fitting the equipment and technological installation into existing industrial buildings and also the construction of galvanizing in the open areas.
Patent The design and use of the 'fast-outflow burners' heating system in galvanizing furnace (original solution of PTC PiecoSerwis patented RP No. 196465) provides the intensification of heat exchange, which results in excellent low rates of gas consumption per unit of production, gives the possibility of galvanizing including very high efficiency and also significantly extends the resilience.
Chemical treatment baths (degreasing, rinsing, etching, flux treatment) equipped with heating, air mixing and fume extraction system with adsorber. Process solutions storage tanks, with filling, emptying and dosage installations Continuous regeneration flux station and wastewater technology neutralization station. Galvanizing furnace with gas stove heating system (galvanizing bath dimensions from 1 to 13 m) with a heat dryer reheated by the heat discharged from the furnace. Installation of exhaust fumes reduction from above the galvanizing bath with fabric filter. The forming and unforming positions of batches with electric lifts. Technological transport system.
