Piedmont Mountainside Hospital Town Hall Date: Monday, February 18, 2013 Time: 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Location: Jasper United Methodist Church 85 West Church Street Jasper, GA 30143 Piedmont Healthcare recently conducted a community health needs assessment for Piedmont Mountainside Hospital where a wide range of community leaders shared ideas on local health issues. The information was compiled with other data sources to create a community health needs assessment report. This report will be used to create an implementation plan that will address health issues identified in our community. Piedmont Mountainside Hospital will hold a public meeting to share the findings from the report. The meeting will include a review of the findings and a discussion of future plans of action.
