Sabrina Danielle Sleeper Saturday,

December 26, 2015, Heaven rejoiced as Sab r i n a Danielle Sleeper entered the gates. Sabrina is the eldest daughter of William Daniel Sleeper and Billie June Jamerson Sleeper. She leaves behind her parents, a younger sister, Courtney Sleeper Hood, brother, William Aaron Sleeper, brother-inlaw, Jeremy Shane Hood, and two nephews, William Shane Hood and Matthew Lawrence Hood. Sabrina resided in Danville, VA, worshipped in Martinsville, VA and worked in Chatham, VA. In short she blessed lives all over Southside Virginia. Sabrina demonstrated grace, faithfulness, and excellence in all that she did, from teaching at Halifax Christian School to office work to designing her own line of jewelry, Flair. Of the greatest importance to Sabrina would be her faith. Her belief in the grace of God and the power of His Holy Spirit purchased through His Son’s, Jesus, blood permeated every avenue of her life. Sabrina worshipped and served at Mercy Crossings in Martinsville, VA since 2007. Through this body of Christ she hosted events, taught in small groups, decorated parts of the children’s building, and faithfully served on the praise and worship team. A few years ago, Sabrina met Joseph Short. Joseph and Sabrina had plans to marry in 2017, in keeping with her love of “7”s. She said that in Joseph she had found a man who loved the Lord and with whom she could be completely herself.
