WELDING TENTS SUPERIOR MANUFACTURING Pierce Co. welding tents are manufactured from a heavier wall tubing than all others on the market. Our welding tents are made from a minimum of 1Âź x 1Âź heavy wall tubing. We manufacture all the components from our branch in Edmonton, Alberta, ensuring that we always have replacement parts in stock. We have approximately 80-100 welding tents of most sizes in stock at all times. Ask to see the certification of our lifting lugs on all our welding tents.

WELDING (COOLING) BLANKETS AND CAT CURTAINS
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS All welding (cooling) blankets come 12” wide with the exception of multi-size blankets. Our multi-size blankets come in 3-6” and 8-12” (fitting three sizes with one blanket) and are 9” wide. All blankets are made of glass cloth on the underside with a temperature limit of 5381000 F. On the inside is 1” fiberglass insulation and 12 oz tan treated water resistant canvas on the top outside. They come with rings and hooks to ensure a tight fit.

STEAM BLANKETS
Pierce Co. Steam Blankets are a ground-breaking de-icing, thawing or warming up tool for equipment, pipes, and any surface and can be used for soil steaming as well. It is a safer, faster and more consistent alternative to hand thawing or electrical defrosting tools. Our blankets are compatible with most stationary and portable boiler systems. The steam blanket connects to the steam or water line, which is then directed through the blanket by pressure. Then, it is consistently moved through eyelets at the bottom of the blanket to thaw the equipment.

Sound Barriers are installed to decrease and enclose the noise created by rig generators, exhausts and other loud applications. Noise and vibration control is essential for your health & safety, and the protection of neighbouring surroundings. Generally, our modular sound panels are built with hooks on the top, straps and buckles along the sides and bottom with exterior grade Velcro seals along the vertical edges. The blankets can be constructed on galvanized steel frames which are loader accessible for ease of handling. Our barriers have a Class A (or 1) flammability rating, and all materials used are UV, weather and oil resistant.
REUSABLE HOSE & CABLE PROTECTOR SLEEVES Our Reusable Hose & Cable Protector Sleeves are designed to wrap around hydraulic hoses, cables and lines to protect them from abrasion and wear. They feature wide Velcro for easy installation without having to disconnect any hoses and cables, making your job on site easier and faster. In the event of a hose burst, hose and cable sleeves contain hydraulic fluid spray, keeping clean up to a minimum and your workers safe. They also protect hoses and cables from heat and exposure to sunlight, so your equipment lasts longer in harsh environments.
