INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Install the roller mounting plate at the front of the passenger side of the box. Drill 1/4” holes and install the 5/16” self tapping screws. Attach the winch to the mounting bracket using 2-3/8” x 1’ volts. Slide the roll pipe through a loop on the tarp the slip the end of the roll pipe through the mount plate. Install the winch mount bracket on the drivers side of the box by drilling 1/4” holes then inserting the 5/16” self tapping screws into the holes. Slip the stop collar onto roll pipe outside outside the passenger mount plate. Tighten collar snugly to hold roll pipe in position. Cut off excess roll pipe. Position the tarp in the center of the truck box, on the roll pipe. Install a U-clamp at one side of the tarp holding the clamp in position and drilling a 3/32” hole through the tarp into the roll pipe. Holding the U-clamp in position install a 3/16” self tapping screw. Stretch the tarp along the roll pipe and install a U-clamp at the other end of the tarp. Install the two remaining U-clamps evenly spaced along the tarp. * It is important to make sure the 3/16” screws pull the U-clamps tight to the roll pipe. * Install pipe hooks using 5/16” self tap screws. Hooks can be placed on top or on rear of box. Install rope hook assembles, one on drivers side near the front and the other, center of rear using 5/16” self tap screws.

OPERATING THE TARP Pull the rope to close tarp. Catch the pipe in pipe hooks. Increase the tension on tarp with handle ratchet. Wrap excess rope on rope hooks.
