Divorce is a process of separation of matrimony bonds existing between two persons. This is a procedure of dissolution of marriage. There are two kinds of alimony where the spouse should be supported for a short term till the spouse is equipped to continue her career. The other kind is permanent support. The spouse would be supported permanently.

Collaborative divorce is a popular method of divorce where both the parties come to an agreement regarding the custody and all the other issues with the help of an attorney who would just guide them in knowing their rights regarding divorce. The attorneys would not be allowed for further legal proceedings after the consent is obtained.
