He graduated with a Business Administration degree from Elon University in the United States, launching his international sales career at a French firm. His broad experience led to founding his business, Pierre Inc., in Lynchburg, Virginia, in 2009. The company is renowned for producing innovative, affordable footwear that meets the demands of large U.S. retail chains. Embarking on his American journey at 18, he attended Parrott Academy in North Carolina as a foreign exchange student. This experience was pivotal, deeply immersing him in American culture and business practices, essential for his future entrepreneurial success. After gaining valuable international sales experience across the Middle East, Pierre settled in the U.S. in 1992. He then transitioned to education, teaching French and Spanish and coaching soccer in Lynchburg, which facilitated profound community integration.
