Mission Statement Pilgrim Shoes is a leading US based manufacturer of comfort wellness footwear. We have been known in the industry for our ability to combine appealing look of the shoe with excellent functionality. European styling, the best quality materials, components and all latest technological innovations helped us to deliver the best product on market today — DEER TRACKS. Every season we are setting new level standards with out-of-the box innovative ideas and concepts. We put efforts to make our manufacturing process environmentally friendly to save our planet for generations to come. Use of sustainable materials and complete avoidance of harmful to environment adhesives helps us make the active contribution to this cause. Your Feet Deserve the Best The result of our development is the best quality comfort wellness shoe available today. To achieve this goal, we use only the very best soft full grain leathers for the uppers. All those uppers are fully adjustable allowing for perfect fit. We use highest quality leather lining, known for softness and breathability. We put those linings together by reversed stitching avoiding this way any kind of potential irritation of the foot. All of our sandals feature removable highest quality ergonomically designed cork/latex footbed with excellent metatarsal and arch support. Our polyurethane outsole is as light as a feather and features patented HEEL CRADLE SYSTEM™. To make the shoe we use the very latest availbable technology which helps us achieve productivity and maintain consistent quality. Our footwear includes numerous other features, which are described in more details on the following pages. Deer Tracks footwear sets a new quality standard in the shoe industry because it is completely dedicated to your well-being.

Special Features Heel Cradle System ™ We took our inspiration from nature by studying the functioning of deer hoof. That is how we came up with idea of HEEL CRADLE SYSTEM™. This exclusive patented system stabilizes and protects the whole body. With every step heel area of the outsole spreads outwards allowing for more lateral and medial stability and acting as an excellent shock absorber. This process spares the joints and protects the knees, hips, and spine.
Cork/Latex Footbed All of our sandals feature removable highest quality ergonomically designed cork/latex footbed. This footbed is the heart of every sandal. The raised support in the center of it provides support for correct posture and prevents falling of the arch. The longitudinal arch provides for excellent support and balance while walking. Deep heel cup of the footbed helps to properly position the foot. Metatarsal support helps to reduce or prevent pain in the ball area of the foot. Vegetable tanned suede cover of the footbed provides moisture-wickening qualities and foot friendly environment.
Adjustable Upper Construction All of our sandals feature adjustable straps with Velcro ™ closures. Each strap helps to individually adjust to a needed level of support. This allows for proper fitting to the foot. All the cut-outs and straps designed the way to guarantee the optimum support.
Seamless Lining Construction All of our sandals have natural leather lining inside. The most important part of our lining is way they are assembled. We are using reversed stitching of the lining. Reversed stitching provides for complete absence of any kind of stitch on the surface. This makes it feel smooth and has no potential to cause irritation of the foot.

Payment Terms Customer with approved credit will be given terms of Net 30 days from the date of invoice. Accounts with balances 30 days past due will not receive new shipments until account balance is current. A late fee of $25.00 or 3%, whichever is greater, will be assessed on each invoice if payment is received more than 30 days after the due date. Prices based on F.O.B. Baltimore, MD. Prices subject to change without notice.
Shipping All shipments are made via UPS Ground. Proof of delivery can be provided at any time by request. At customer request shipment can be made using their accounts. Shortage and damage claimsShortage, damage, and size/color discrepancy claims must be reported to Pilgrim Shoes within 7 days of receipt in order to be properly investigated. Specific damage information must be explained to Customer Service in details.Return PolicyPilgrim Shoes requires that all returns be approved and Return Athorization Number (RA) be obtained by contacting our customer service division by calling 866.493.2859. Unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back to the customer. After obtaining a Return Authorization (RA) Number, please write this number on the outside of the shipping package. Worn shoes without manufacturing defects cannot be returned. Closeout items cannot be returned, but can be exchanged for the different size if available. Winter boots with fur linings must be returned within 7 days of delivery. All other items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Except for damaged/defective items, customers are responsible for shipping charges on all returns. Pilgrim Shoes will not issue a credit for worn, altered or deliberately damaged merchandise. No deductions can be made on outstanding invoices untill credit memo is issued. Returned merchandise must include original insoles and shoebox to receive credit. Shoeboxes damaged by writing/tape will be charged 15% restocking fee. Return Authorizations will be voided if return is not received within 30 days.
