A hero’s burial? I was born in 1966, a year after Ferdinand Marcos was elected president for the first time. As such, I am what you would call a “Marcos baby;” someone who grew up knowing only Marcos as president since he would hold on to power for the next two decades. One of the peculiarities of my generation is that many of us were not really aware of what was going on under the Marcos regime. This was because he had a complete hold of information: TV and radio stations and newspapers were all under his control, and no one could write or broadcast anything against him. The people were afraid to talk about the abuses they knew were happening for fear of being arrested. For much of my childhood and teen years I actually believed Marcos was the best thing to happen to the Philippines. I was six when he declared martial law in 1972, and 14 when he “lifted” it in 1980. I actually thought martial law was a good thing because the TV showed that people were more

It does not come as any surprise that things change in the immigration world. How many of you have been required to submit “new” or “updated” forms to IRCC? Changes are not confined to forms alone but also include documentation. In an otherwise quiet summer, unless you are focused on the American presidential race, the commencement of the Olympic games in Brazil, or the world threat of terrorism, it is always a good time to catch up on changes. I shall use this time to inform readers of changes in forms and – for applicants from the Philippines – documentation. In the first instance the primary form in the sponsorship of family members from abroad, or from inside Canada, there is the Application to Sponsor, Sponsorship Agreement and Undertaking (IMM1344). Sound familiar? This form is used as part of the sponsorship of family members from outside

disciplined. “Sa ikauunlad ng bayan, disiplina ang kailangan” [“For the advancement of the nation, discipline is necessary.”]. The TV showed that those who did wrong were promptly punished. It showed footage of curfew violators cleaning up the streets. (Speaking of curfew, we kids thought it was some kind of monster who ate up people who stayed out late at night, which in turn made me think that all activities done at night were bad.) Since there was no way of knowing otherwise, I thought all was well in the Philippines as I was growing up. It wasn’t until about my third year in high school that I became aware of what was really happening. Copies of the socalled “mosquito press” found their way to our school: WE Forum, Mr. & Ms., and Veritas — the last no doubt brought in by some of the nuns who helped run our school. In these papers my schoolmates and I began to learn about the abuses of the Marcos regime, about the victims of

Canada and well as from inside the country. Yes, it is possible, in certain cases to do one or the other. The IMM1344 was updated just last month, July 2016. This means that anyone submitting a sponsorship application from the date of the change must use the updated version of this form. If you are in doubt about whether or not the form you hold is correct or not, look at the lower left hand corner and check the date. If the date is July 2016 the form is good to go. If not, make sure you use the new form and, yes, it must be submitted with original signatures. The changes in Canadian immigration forms are only one thing that applicants have to deal with. There is also the documentation from abroad. Way back in December 2013, the Philippines announced that they have merged the National Statistics Office (NSO), National Statistical Coordination Board (NSCB), Bureau of Labor and Employment Statistics (BLES) and the Bureau

martial law, about the cronies who monopolized businesses, about those who had disappeared, and yes, even about the womanizing ways of the dictator. It was also through these small newspapers that we learned that what we had been taught about Marcos — especially that he was a be-medaled hero of World War II — was not true. We had been made to believe that Marcos received the Distinguished Service Cross, Silver Star, and the Order of the Purple Heart, and there was even a movie, titled Iginuhit ng Tadhana [Marked by Destiny] starring Luis Gonzales as Marcos and Gloria Romero as Imelda, which showed Marcos’ exploits during the war. But the mosquito press questioned these, and we young ones began to see that the feet of our hero were made of clay. The person we had idolized turned out to be a dictator. So by 1983, when Ninoy Aquino was shot dead, my generation was more than ready to stand up against the dictatorship. And by 1986 many of us were in EDSA, joining the thousands who were facing down tanks and soldiers armed with M16s in order to oust Marcos and his family. Our generation was angry that we had been fooled for so long, and we took the first real opportunity to get rid of him.

This is my way of saying, no; let’s not bury Marcos in the Libingan ng mga Bayani (LNMB) [Cemetery of Heroes]. My family and I may not have been direct victims of martial law, but the fact remains that Marcos had not only lied about his war record, he also made a mockery of it all by using a lie to win the presidency and keep himself there. And even if he were a war hero, he threw it all away by every inhuman thing he did while in power. Many of his victims are still alive today — ask them if Marcos deserves to be buried in the LNMB. I get it that a lot of people — including Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) founder Jose Maria Sison — are pointing out that the LNMB is not a heroes’ cemetery because in it are also buried many people who had actually betrayed the Philippines. But that is not the point. Most of us attach a certain meaning to the Libingan ng mga Bayani, and for us Marcos does not fit the definition of “hero.” And even if the cemetery has not lived up to its name, there is no point in sullying it any further by burying Marcos in it. Changes in immigration forms and supporting documents of Agricultural Statistics (BSCB) into the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA). All civil registry documents, such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, death certificates, CENOMAR, and Advisory on Marriages shall be issued under the PSA. We are seeing more evidence of the use of the PSA during the transition period from NSO stamps. Don’t be surprised if you now must provide such documentation. It does not help that Manila still posts specific instructions reference the NSO. If you or your relatives are now obtaining the documentation listed above, try and obtain PSA stamps. There is a chance that the NSO stamps will still be accepted, especially on documents that were stamped before the change of name. Like the change from CIC to IRCC, we have to adjust to using PSA not NSO. If or when there are further

clarifications about this matter I shall report on this. Otherwise if you are doing your own immigration forms, make sure that all the forms you use are current. Look at the checklist and focus on the dates of the form and check these against the dates in the lower left hand corner. If or when the visa section abroad or the processing centres in Mississauga, Sydney, Ottawa or Vegreville request new documentation, the rule of thumb, that I have learned through thirty years of experience, is to give them what they want. Wolf whistles a crime? Dear Ate Anna I recently heard about a police force in England that is making it a crime to whistle at a woman. My husband and I discussed this and think this might be a bit extreme. I don’t appreciate it if someone makes rude comments but a whistle is OK. My husband says men are just trying to let a woman know they think she’s attractive. What do you think about this law? Lucille Hi Lucille, Thank you for asking about this. I did some research and found some interesting discussions about this story. Firstly, it is important to clarify that people will not be charged with a criminal offence for wolf whistling, as many headlines suggested. The police force is now including misogynistic behaviour and harassment of women in their definition of a hate crime. In Nottinghamshire, England, a hate crime is defined as behaviour that is motivated by hostility or prejudice towards any aspect of a person’s identity. This includes aspects such as disability, gender identity, race, ethnicity or nationality, religion, and sexual orientation. It really makes sense that sex or gender is also included in that list. What police will do is gather information about and monitor these types of incidents enabling them to create a picture of the problem and become aware of places where this happens more frequently. When notified of a hate crime, police in this community carry out a risk assessment and offer support to the victim. Misogynistic behaviour is behaviour that is targeted towards a person simply because they are a woman. Uninvited sexual advances and unwanted verbal contact, including catcalling or wolf whistling in the street can be recorded as a hate crime in an effort to make the community a

safer place for people who identify as women and girls. Police in Nottinghamshire decided this was the appropriate action after two years of consulting with the community and hearing testimony from victims of this type of intimidating behaviour. This initiative will focus on behaviours such as “groping,” verbal abuse and harassment (including using mobile phones to send unwanted or uninvited messages) and taking photographs without consent. These are behaviours that affect some women’s lives on a daily basis. Ate Anna thinks that this discussion can help us understand the serious impact these behaviours can have on women. Until now, it has typically been ignored or reduced to something trivial. A woman being followed from the bus stop by a man who is sexually propositioning her and refusing to take no for an answer; men making lewd gestures as a 15 year-old girl walks to school in her school uniform; a pregnant woman being groped on the bus; a female runner who has had to give up exercising outside because of repeated verbal harassment. These are examples that are familiar to most women. This type of harassment can make women feel unsafe and affect their freedom to move about in public spaces. Women often have to work at finding ways to feel safe – avoiding parts of the city in which they live, taking taxis and sometimes texting the company name and taxi number to a friend, or leaving events in groups.

Some women’s groups feel that if all police recorded such incidents it would give everyone a clearer picture of the frequency and types of harassment that women and girls are subjected to. We might also have a better idea of how to reduce it. So, while wolf whistles may seem harmless, they still send a message about women’s role in society – to be judged and commented on by men. Because we are so used to it, any objection is seen as an overreaction. Wolf whistles are part of setting up a power imbalance that leads to normalizing more serious forms of harassing behaviours. They send the message that women’s bodies in public places are there for male use and enjoyment. Many men are concerned that their intentions have been misunderstood. Next month Ate Anna will write about how men can support their girlfriends, sisters, and friends who have experienced street harassment. In the end, this challenge is about respecting the feelings of all those women who have felt unsafe in these situations. Take care, Ate Anna Ate Anna welcomes your questions and comments. Travel plans? Who needs them?

I can’t believe the summer break is almost done! I’ve always wondered why it flies by so quickly and I think I’ve finally figured out why. We try and pack in as much as we can during July and August. Camping, road trips, flying around the globe – the options are limitless. This year, I was able to cross something else off my bucket list. Along with trips to Tofino and Long Beach, on the west coast of Vancouver Island, I am finally able to say I’ve driven down the picturesque west coast of Washington, Oregon and California states. If you asked me at the beginning of summer, I would have told you we had no plans. If you asked me a week before our trip, I would have told you the same thing. You see, my wife Elizabeth is very spontaneous, where as I am a planner. I need to visualize my vacation beforehand. I need to know which hotels to stay at and on what day. You can imagine how frazzled my brain got when Elizabeth told me that I needed to pack up the truck, because we are embarking on a road trip the next day! But where? How long? We haven’t booked or researched anything! I was quietly crying inside. The silver lining – we’ve always had some of our best family moments when we hadn’t planned a single thing. Being a dutiful husband, I packed our camping gear, filled up the tank and tried to have a good night’s sleep. The next day we hopped on the ferry to the mainland and drove south. Got to the border where the U.S. Customs officer asked where we were going. I told him for a drive down the coast. “To where,” he asked. I said I didn’t know. “Do you have any places booked,” was his next inquiry. To which I replied, “No,

we will find campsites along the way.” He seemed to mull his decision to let us through as he looked at our passports. In the end, with a smile, he tells us to enjoy our vacation. I looked over at my wife thinking that this is where planning and a schedule would have been helpful. Being a dutiful husband, I didn’t say a word. We drove through Seattle, not much to see as we’ve already been there and found a quiet campground outside of Olympia, Washington. The next day we encountered the “World’s Largest Oyster Shell” and started our journey on the winding roads of the west coast. We didn’t have any problems finding campsites along the way – some had amazing views and others we were tucked among majestic trees. I’ve been told that the Oregon Coast is one of the most beautiful places on the planet, but nothing could have prepared us for what was to come. Marvellous panoramic views of the coast from cliff side viewing points, blue water with waves that would be in any surfer’s dreams. If you ever have a chance to drive the coast, do it. Just be prepared for countless stops and whiplash from turning your head all the time. With having no plans or access to Google and guided solely by a road atlas, we moved on and were pleasantly surprised. We found the Devil’s Punchbowl Park and a small town called Astoria in Oregon. It was here where they filmed The Goonies, Kindergarten Cop and Stand By Me. I took a snapshot of the school where Arnold Schwarzenegger played a teacher who denied he had a tumour and took a picture of the Goonies house from afar. We weren’t able to get close as the locals frown upon that. Along

with picturesque coastal towns, we also took a tour through the Redwood Forest. We rolled into San Francisco about a week into our trip when the fog cleared just in time for us to see the Golden Gate Bridge. The kids were excited as this represented the goal of our trip. We drove over the bridge and very quickly got lost in downtown San Fran. We eventually found Fisherman’s Wharf, the Painted Ladies houses, and drove down the Crooked Street. The city didn’t disappoint and we will definitely go back for a longer visit. It was then that we decided we went far enough and would save a trip to Los Angeles and San Diego for another year. We took a detour inland to visit my cousin who lives outside of Sacramento. Those few days we spent with family were just what we needed. Can’t wait to visit them again! They suggested that we check out Lake Tahoe as it was only a couple hours away. So off we went and once again, someone’s suggestion did not disappoint. The water was clear and the beaches were packed with sun worshippers. The town itself was impressive with all the amenities you can imagine. Then we figured we needed a place to rest, so why not Reno, Nevada, which is only a couple hours from the lake. As we aren’t gamblers, we stayed one night and decided it was time to go home. Back through Nevada, Northern Cali and back into Oregon. We missed out on visiting the Oregon Vortex by a mere 15 minutes, but plan to go back sometime in the future. Drove through Portland and pretty much got through Washington as quickly as possible, as Seattle and surrounding areas are notorious for traffic congestion. Almost two weeks later, we arrived home safe and sound with a ton of new memories. Travel plans? Who needs them! The yin experience – getting more done by doing nothing OK. You’re busy. You’ve got stuff to get done. Did you know that “doing nothing” could actually help you get more accomplished? It’s true. Sometimes the way to get more work cranked out is to stop working. If you think about what it takes to accomplish things and be productive, you’ll realize that it also takes a lack of activity to make the time you spend producing to actually be more productive. Think of it this way: in feng shui, the building blocks of all energy are either yin (negative) or yang (positive). Bear in mind that the descriptions of yin as negative or yang as positive, though, are not about yang/good and yin/bad but are more like the energies of the two wires that make electrical sockets work. For instance, one wire is positive (yang) and the other wire is negative (yin). Without a negative (yin) wire, the positive (yang) won’t work and vice versa. That’s also a good description of feng shui. It’s a proven fact that in the summer time there are many

crimes of passion; tempers flare and become shorter. That’s why summertime is the perfect time to bring more yin to your life. Stephen Covey in his 7 Habits of Highly Successful People said that you have to stop and “sharpen the saw” if you want to be productive. In other words, staying busy can actually cause you to be less efficient. Too often, we feel that doing nothing isn’t productive, when it’s actually more productive than to keep going and digging ourselves deeper into a pit of fatigue. In today’s fast-paced lifestyle, the principal energy is yang energy – going, moving, doing, busy. “Overwhelmed” is the state many of us constantly live in. And whenever there’s excess yang, there’s burn out. Summer is another time – the season when the earth is at its maximum yang state – when we need more yin energy. Withdrawing to the beach with a good book is a great way to spend time in the summer – and indulge in some beneficial, and energyproducing, yin activity. Or, perhaps go even deeper. Everything comes from nothing, so why not indulge in a little “nothing” this summer?

Read on about other ways to enjoy yin energy and help keep your energy balanced in the dog days of summer! • Think cool and dark. Is the heat outside getting to you? Why not withdraw and sit in the movie theatre for one (or more) showings of your favourite film? Or, create a movie theatre experience at home and rent several movies and spend a whole day watching films. • Be spontaneous. Yin energy is also about lack of control. There’s a saying that “change is as good as a rest.” Take an afternoon and travel to an area where you’ve never been and just wander around. Or go to a new restaurant where you’ve never been or try a new food – Korean barbecue anyone? Just do something completely spontaneous and different, not scripted, scheduled, planned or known to give yourself a break. • Eat cool foods. Foods that are cooling are more yin. Try foods that are double yin – liquid and cool. A cold cucumber, gazpacho (my fave!) or strawberry soup would give you that cooling, refreshed feeling and make you feel full. Liquids are good feng shui for weight loss, too. A full glass of water or a cold soup before a meal will help fill you up so you eat less. • Clear your desk. Feeling

overwhelmed, can’t think clearly? When you’re spinning your wheels and not getting anywhere, stop what you’re

doing and then clear your desk. Dust it and clean it, too. Time spent putting things away reduces See FENG SHUI p9

Golf and picnic fundraising event In previous years, the Filipino Members Chapter-Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba hosted golf and picnic events separately. This is the first time that a joint golf and picnic event was organized with a fundraising component. The event took place on Saturday, August 4 at Harbour View Park. It was beautiful, warm August afternoon weather to play on an inviting course – perfect even for golf newbies. “Weather forecast 24 degrees, a lovely day to play golf with fellow engineers and friends,” said Ray Sator, one of the organizers. A total of seven teams of four members each participated in the golf fundraiser, which had a good turnout. As most participants were not familiar with golf, the organizers assigned at least one team member who knows a thing or two about golf. Newbies, experts and enthusiasts enjoyed the game on the greens, where upon completing the nine-hole golf tournament, everyone was invited to proceed to the picnic area. At the picnic area, other chapter members, family and friends were waiting to feast on a whole litson and potluck meal. Amidst food,

parlour games, laughter and raffle draws, fun did not end on the golf course. The organizers would like to thank all the generous donors for the cash donations and prizes that were given away for golf contests, raffle draws and parlour game winners. This fundraiser is one of two events that the chapter is planning for 2016. Proceeds from the golf fees and cash donations will go directly to the bursary fund, which benefits the chapter student members. FENG SHUI... From page 7 visual clutter, which can make your mind more active. You’ll be amazed that simply stopping and clearing your desk can do for your mental state. • Clear your schedule. Too many people live and die by schedules – even fun gets scheduled. When was the last time you cleared your calendar and just let the mood move you before deciding what to do – like on a weekend? Take some time off and don’t make any plans. Then, see where the day leads you. • Clear your mind. Meditation – the act of clearing your mind – can make you think more clearly once you go back to working and living. Allowing all the “white noise” of your mind and mental chatter subside is invaluable for helping you make decisions, feel less hurried and prevent nervous exhaustion. Sitting quietly and focus on your breath. Imagine

PILIPINO EXPRESS white smoke going into your nostrils as you breathe in and black smoke coming out as you inhale. Do this for five minutes and then build up. • Read a good book. Take an afternoon off and read a fiction book. Non-fiction books often focus on learning something and this just piles on more pressure. Fiction and biography books let you get lost in the experience being written about. When you’re reading you can’t do something else and that frees up your mind, allowing you to put your mind into “neutral” – which relaxes your mind. • Schedule a vacation. The mere act of planning a weekend off or vacation well in advance will help calm your mind and give you something to look forward to. Too often we’ll schedule our teeth to be cleaned six months in advance, but we’ll wait until the last minute to plan a vacation. Vacations – and the time off they bring — need to be scheduled in advance. Don’t wait

to give yourself time off. FENG SHUI Q&A Question: I’m a single woman and I live with my mom and my younger sister. I am having a really hard time meeting any decent men. Well, actually, I’m having a hard time meeting any men at all. Do you have any feng shui advice? Answer: This is a great question for all the single ladies! If you live with your mother and sister, or another girlfriend, or alone, you need the dragon’s vibrant yang energy. When there’s too much feminine energy, it repels the male energy, so that could contribute to being single or only attracting needy guys. What your household needs is more yang energy. In fact, you have to have yang energy for love – just think about it. Love is passionate, intense and can grow. If you’re ready to stop being single get yourself a dragon figure or image and place it in the East or Southeast corner of your living room – never the bedroom – to enhance your chances of meeting a wonderful, supportive man. Hundreds of thousands enjoyed Folklorama Summer is the season when most Manitobans try to lessen their workload or go on a vacation. For those who did not have the chance to get their holiday from work, it was not a total loss because most of them were able to “go around the world” from July 31 to August 13 without leaving the city. “I just loved the Israel Pavilion and of course, our very own Pearl of the Orient Philippine Pavilion… my family and I enjoyed their amazing shows and the delicious food they offered,” said Jocelyn, a loyal Folklorama enthusiast. “That’s why we always schedule our out-of-town holidays after Folklorama… we enjoy staying in Winnipeg during the first two weeks in August exploring most of the pavilions..” “I was mesmerized by the excellent shows at the Cuban Pavilion… I visited it not just once but three times during the week,” exclaimed Pilipino Express’ Creative Director Rey-Ar Reyes who visited almost 95 per cent of the pavilions in two weeks. “We have received incredible feedback from Folklorama attendees, the cultural communities, and via social media about this year’s festival,” says Zaleena

Salaam, Folklorama President. “We owe a huge part of our success to the volunteers who worked tirelessly for months on end to prepare for the exciting event. We are so thankful to them. They are the heart and soul of this wonderful Festival.” Preliminary estimates for the 2016 Festival saw over 447,000 visits to the 45 pavilions across the city of Winnipeg over the two weeks. This represents a 5% increase from 2015. Two new pavilions were introduced this year: Andean and United Kingdom. The Chinese, Mexican, Argentina “Tango” and Chile Lindo pavilions returned to the festival this year while the Nayong Pilipino Philippine Pavilion organizers decided to take a break. From the time the Festival held its first celebration of ethno-cultural heritage in 1970, volunteers have grown to over 20,000. This year, Folklorama celebrated its 47th year. It has been internationally recognized as the largest multicultural festival in the world. It’s now over but it will be back next summer. Next year’s Festival will be held August 6 to August 19, 2017.

Madaling-araw noon, sumisigaw ang sports personality na si Joe Cantada, “They just robbed us of the gold!”

CRISTY... From page 14 pa rin.

Pati ina at kapatid mo, kinalaban mo! Naiintindihan n’yo bang lahat?

Charice, at ikaw Alyssa!

Ang kaniyang sabi, “You are a disgrace, Manny Pacquiao. You bring shame to the Philippines!” Disgrace? Shame? Bakit at paano? MARCOS... From page 1 remains firm: There is clarity in the regulations governing the late President Marcos’ burial.” “The law is there, existing,” said President Duterte, at his meeting with Rio Olympics silver medalist Hidilyn Diaz in Davao City. “You read it a thousand times and you still arrive at a conclusion that he is qualified. Even if he is not a hero, he was a soldier.” Although the Armed Forces of the Philippines’ (AFP) regulation regarding the allocation of cemetery plots at the LNMB allows for the burial of former presidents, it also includes an exception for those who were convicted of offenses involving moral turpitude. This was just one of the points Senator Risa Hontiveros raised in a resolution against the burial filed in the Senate on August 8. “In the case of Hilao v. Estate of Marcos, the jury found the estate of defendant Ferdinand Marcos liable to 10,059 plaintiffs for the acts of torture, summary execution and disappearance. This conviction should suffice to disqualify Marcos from being buried at the heroes’ cemetery,” she said.

CRISTY...

“Allowing the former President to be buried at the Libingan will only cause further divisiveness, and will reopen old wounds, especially as the country is also in the process of providing reparations to Martial Law victims,” the senator added. Hontiveros also said that President could not end the rule of the country’s oligarchs – whom Duterte himself has called “monsters” – “by honoring the very man who created a crony oligarchy during Martial Law.” It is, she said, the “height of contradiction.” Even Duterte’s allies, such as former running mate Sen. Alan Peter Cayeteno and Senate President Aquilino Pimentel, have raised objections to his plan. Cayetano is not in favour of the burial, “unless we change the name [of the cemetery] to Libingan ng mga Bayani at Diktador.” Aside from the AFP’s regulations concerning the cemetery, the Marcos family also signed an agreement in 1992 with the government of Fidel Ramos – now a Duterte supporter – which allowed for the return of Marcos’ remains from Hawaii to the Philippines on the condition they be flown directly to his home province of Ilocos Norte and not popularity, ilang taon lang, wala na agad-agad. “paraded in Metro Manila.” “Because the burial will have to be done in Ilocos Norte, there will be no burial in Libingan ng mga Bayani,” said Rafael Alunan III, another ally of President Duterte. Meanwhile, martial law victims, lawmakers, artists, civil society groups, religious groups, students and concerned citizens gathered in Luneta Park in Manila on August 14 chanting, “Marcos is not a hero” in protest of the former dictator’s burial in the LNMB. Speaking before a crowd of some 1,000 people, former Akbayan Representative, Walden Bello, said, “Burying Marcos at the Libingan would be rewarding deceit, greed, and crimes against humanity. Its message would be that dictatorship is okay. It would give the wrong signal to the young,” Ferdinand Marcos died while in exile in Hawaii in September 1989, more than three years after he was ousted by a peaceful revolt. He ruled the country for 21 years, escaping with an estimated $5 billion to $10 billion of ill-gotten wealth and leaving a national debt of $26 billion. Since then, his family has kept his body in an air-conditioned crypt in Batac, Ilocos Norte.

Currently the plan is bury Marcos in the presidential section of the LNMB in a plot next to former President Carlos P. Garcia. President Duterte, who has publicly declared his admiration

EH KASI, PINOY! PILIPINO EXPRESS

PAGE 19

Gotta catch them all! Phenomenon. Uso.

Ganoon pa man, isang malaking accomplishment ang makumpleto ang lahat ng Pokémons at the same time mabawasan ang timbang. I ran with my kids to hatch the eggs. Example: You may

catch an egg with a 10-kilometer required running or walking distance to hatch. Don’t play while driving. Simple lang, maglakad ka o tumakbo, but keep your eyes on the road too at baka madapa.

Wow! Bayaning Pokémon player. Time management. Being appreciative of things around us

makes us happier.

“Gone too soon. Napakabilis.

Sabi ng kaibigan naming See CRISTY p21

CRISTY... From page 17 sa tabi niya.

This is very damaging, he should know when to start and when to stop.

– CSF
