Biography Pin-I Huang, an Interior Architecture and Design student at The Academy of Art University-San Francisco, was born and grew up in Taipei, Taiwan. She had job experience back home, but her passion in interior design brought her to San Francisco in 2010. She felt living in a different country and speaking a different language were challenge that she could not resist. Before the age of twelve, Pin-I had traveled to four different continents. Different cultures and people, from the Czech Republic in Central Europe, Australia, Hawai’i and Asia left her with knowledge. As an interior designer, these cultures gave her inspiration and flexibility to apply different styles in her design. Pin-I is a flexible designer that loves to mix contemporary style combined with traditional pieces mostly, in order to create a unique space. During her free time, Pin-I enjoys exploring urban life, photography, fashion, dining out, socializing, and theatre.
