In life and in death we belong to God. Through the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit, we trust in the one triune God, the Holy One of Israel, whom alone we worship and serve. With believers in every time and place, we rejoice that nothing in life or in death can separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord. Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit. Amen.

ANTHEM The God of Love My Shepherd

The God of love my Shepherd is, and He that doth me feed; while He is mine and I am His, what can I want or need? He leads me to the tender grass, where I both feed and rest, then to the streams that gently pass: In both I have the best. Or if I stray, He doth convert, and bring my mind in frame, and all this not for my desert, but for his holy Name. Surely Thy sweet and wondrous love shall measure all my days and as it never shall remove, so neither shall my praise, so neither shall my praise.

PRESENTATION OF THE GIFTS

Praise God, from whom all blessings flow; praise Christ, all people here below; Praise Holy Spirit evermore; praise Triune God, whom we adore. Amen.
