The Abandoned Ownership In terms of the relationship of ownership and public area, the property of the object shifts between private and public according to people’s use. People’s reuse of the place or the thing creates new ownership of them. http://urbaninterior.net/ claimthecity/?p=541
A Public Birthday Party Since public area can has its private property, private events such as birthday party can be held in public too. The occupation experiment about a public birthday party texted people’s reaction to the space’s transferred function, which turned out to be noticed widely and accepted warmly. http://urbaninterior.net/ claimthecity/?p=1172
Reaction -Walking Posture Through lining up and walk through the tunnel hand in hand, the “body wall” managed to block people’s way and force them to change their postures (bending, turning, etc.). On the opposite, this annoying behaviour did get positive feedback: people were willing to participate and get their own experience of the wall crossing.
Division Without direct encounter, installations can quietly lead people to experience the space too. Within unfamiliar additives to the area, like signs written by water on the ground, people are attracted to wonder about the real function of the signs. What does it mean to cross this line? http://urbaninterior.net/ claimthecity/?p=1164

City Run Given a video camera, Can people show their own cognition of the city? Which can be developed into a further question: Offered by material, what will people do to claim the city? Since the people videoing took over all the right to decide, it’s really their turn to claim the city and a chance for us to know about their point of view. http://urbaninterior.net/ claimthecity/?p=787
