A NOTE FROM THE PRESIDENT On behalf of the Pinto Horse Association of America I would like to extend a warm welcome to the 2019 Pinto World Championship® show! What could possibly be better than two jam packed weeks in Tulsa of the greatest horse show in the nation? It’s kind of like being at camp or a freshman in college and meeting your roommate for the first time when you show up at the stalling office to find out who your barn neighbors will be. This is a great opportunity to make new friends and learn about different areas of the country and maybe even learn about a different type of Pinto or a new discipline! With over 700 classes to choose from there is quite literally something for everyone! From NSBA dual approved classes, the ever exciting mini barrel racing, the action packed long ear classes, youth, amateur, open, utility, saddle, pleasure and ponies oh my! Not to mention the special events like the dog and pony show or more commonly known as the costume class, one of my personal favorites the ice cream social because who doesn’t enjoy ice cream after a hot dusty ride, the Pinto cookout I mean how can you go wrong with a free meal, and the Challenged Rider Leadline where dreams often come true. Whether you are an exhibitor, a judge, a cheerleader, a show official, a vendor, or a spectator you are part of the Pinto family and we are all blessed to live the Pinto Life!

For each day of competition, a placing is pre-assigned to that day to determine who becomes eligible for the Top 10 PWC Disc Toss. In each World Championship class, the exhibitor that finishes in the overall judges placing that matches the previously assigned placing will receive a disc. Each exhibitor that receives a plastic disc will return to the last arena showing the last class of the day and will toss their disc at a cone. The disc that lands the closest to the cone wins $100 cash courtesy of PtHA®, so you better remember to write your name on your disc!
