Pi Ortiz

Self-taught artist born in Barakaldo (Spain) in 1973. Started making comic at the age of 14 years after seeing in the comic magazine Metal Hurlant authors such as Pratt, Moebius and Manara . She has made several exhibitions throughout the years and has also collaborated with various publications and fanzines , winning some contests comic. Pi Ortiz autopublished her first comic book "Tales of a Siamese crab" in 2011, a collection of short stories about a crab and his way of dealing with life. Lately has autopublished some titles: "Musa" , "Hands", "La Maraña", "20 rules of Grace", "Otra historia de mierda" and "Kisses/Besos/Musuak" Siarte editions
