An increase in the population and the economic viability of the community begins to struggle and many residents can no longer sustain education, health care and food sources. In order to attain local prosperity, it takes efforts and discipline for both the residents and the leaders of the community. Being open minded and ready for a change are the only ways to achieved it. We need to realize that we can achieve prosperity. Here are some ways we can do which may take some time. • • • • • • • • • •
Optimize resource allocation through efforts that enhance local businesses. Materials and energy resources should be used efficiently. Look for new ways to be productive. Proper use of land for the creation of products and services. Attract new investment and support existing businesses. Provide an economic environment that captures opportunities and promote innovation. Residents should the community and spend a portion of their shopping budget locally. Always use online and other available resources in educating ourselves. Business owners should be ready to adapt new technology in growing and sustaining their businesses. Community leaders are for the sustainability and efficiency of the community.
The main point we is that we can get together with our local leaders and get involved in the community and do something for them. New strategies and ideas are only great when they fit the community and obtain a degree of acceptance to the people. 1. Prepare the fillet of beef by hammering it with a meat cleaver or 14 ounces filet of beef the side of a chinese meat cleaver. 2 tablespoons peanut oil 1 teaspoon rice wine or 1 teaspoon dry sherry 2. Slice into wafer thin slices. 1 tablespoon soy sauce 2 ounces cilantro, leaves and 3. Mix all the ingredients for the spicy coating on a plate. Coat the beef in stalks, roughly chopped the spice mix. 1 scallion, finely chopped For the spicy coating
4. Heat a wok or pan over a high heat and add the peanut oil.

As the beef starts to cook, add the rice wine and season with flakes the soy sauce and a pinch of salt. 1 tablespoon ground black pepper 1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt 6. Take off the heat, stir in the cilantro and scallion and serve immedi ately.
