Production facilities A manufacturing site with a total floor space of 31,000 sq. m, two factories - steel and aluminium - equipped with sophisticated technologies, such as welding robots, N/C machines, etc. Product research An integrated Creation and Design department and a Production Engineering department using CADD and CAPM techniques to constantly improve our products and assist you in your projects. Materials and standards Aluminium section: EN AW 6060 - NF EN 573-3. Shock-resistant plexichoc glazing: glazing in transparent organic UVblock material, having a good resistance to shock - ISO 7032-2. Shatterproof glass: tempered glass glazing - EN 12150-1. Aluminium posts: EN AW 6005 - NF EN 755-2, with high mechanical strength. Steel posts: NF EN 10.029. Surface treatment Anodizing: electrochemical treatment that coats the surface with a 15 µthick aluminium oxide protective film. Paint Wet paint: liquid polyurethane paint pistol-sprayed on a stripping compound base layer, oven-baked at 80 - 100°C, 30 µ-thick. Polyester powder: applied by spraying, and then oven-baked at 160180°C, 60 µ-thick. RAL: numbered colour chart created by RAL (a German organization). We offer 7 colours widely used for poster display cases (see the page opposite). Packaging High-quality packaging to reach your products to you in the best condition. The packaging material used is specific to the product - cardboard boxes banded on pallets, wooden crates, fabric sheaths, cardboard tubing, etc. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior permission. "Instructions" poster frame

An ideal display surface for your silk-screened logos, access maps, etc. 75mm thick aluminium frame with two 1mm metal sheets, and a white lacquer finish. Radius corners in aluminium casting. Each model is suitable for "portrait" or "landscape" installation. Finish: silver anodized finish or paint finish with RAL colours. Silkscreening or printing not supplied. 4
