Employability is the word for the Community Foundation It is a very exciting time within the Foundation with the opportunity to deliver Traineeships and the new Government incentivised Kickstart programme. The traineeships are being delivered in three main areas: Groundsmanship, Hospitality/Customer Service and Stewarding. With people between the ages of 19-24 undertaking work placements, learning new skills and increasing their employment prospects.
