Thank you to everyone who has helped and encouraged this venture. A special thanks to Cath Bruzzone of Bsmall Publishing whose professional advice and friendship I value so much. Sincere thanks also to Gordon Nuttall who has kept up morale, Dot Zacharias whose advice is always spot-on, and Gill and David Nicholson, Helen Shacklady and Irvine Hunt for keeping a weather eye on progress. Preparing a book for publication means team work and I have been particularly lucky to meet and work with Sophie Bennett who created the designs on the cover and page headers and Russell Holden from Pixel Tweaks who, with utmost patience and skill, put it all together at the end.
