Planning a vacation can be daunting. Most of us have a hard enough time managing our days. Let alone spending time fiddling online for travel deals. And really…..who can you trust?

Vacationers often think using a travel agent will cost them money. When the reality is a good travel agent will save you both time and money. They know the business. They work with airlines, resorts, hotels, cruise lines, and tour companies every day, and know all the “ins and outs” to find the values. And they do all the work, so you don’t have to. Bottom line….we get paid by our travel suppliers we use to book travel. So our services are “free” to you.

Travel agents take time to get to know your travel wants and needs, and then they use their experiences and connections to research your options and make ideal recommendations. And a good travel agent generally speaks from experience when they make suggestions. They know the difference between what’s great and what only “sounds” great.

Your travel agent will sit down with you and will get to know you, and better understand and visualize your dream vacation.

After the initial meeting, your travel agent will work to browse multiple properties, destinations, and incentives available exclusively to travel professionals. They will produce quotes for you to analyze and help you determine your best options.

Once final decisions are made on destinations, resorts, itineraries, activities, etc., a deposit is applied to the booking.

And in many cases, a payment plan can be established. Generally, using a travel agent, you have between 30-60 days from departure to pay in full. So you can pay what you can, when you can, as little or as often as you’d like.
