Aldeburgh Music incorporates Snape Maltings Concert Hall, the Aldeburgh Festival the Snape Proms and a yearround programme of events.
As part of the Aldeburgh Festival, throughout June, hundreds of townspeople and visitors enjoy free concerts from the Bandstand on the Beach, with different artists every day.

Moving back to the middle of town you find the historic Jubilee Hall, offering an array of musical and dramatic performances throughout the year. It plays host during the summer months to the Summer Theatre by the Sea, presenting plays to appeal to all tastes.
Over the years, the town has also hosted HighTide Theatre festival, premiering brand-new productions before transferring to bigger theatres across the UK. As well as theatre, HighTide Festival also offers music, cabaret, comedy, readings of new plays, site-specific theatre, and talks with world-class artists.
