We met with Owen for the first time 7 months before we decided to put our house on the market. We were looking to get an idea of values, how the market was going and what we may need to do (makeover) to ensure we maximise the value when selling. Owen was very professional when we first met with him, he was not pushy and gave us a lot of information & things to consider. When we finished our house "makeover" and it came time for us to consider selling the house 7 months later we engaged with a couple of different agents. We decided to choose Owen as we was very professional in his approach, he explained things in detail when required and answered all questions we had very well. Owen made suggestions about marketing and sales methods but we always felt that the choice was ours he just highlighted what was available. Owens appraisal of the property was a fair one and he did not try to "inflate" a price he thought he would get just to obtain a listing. We chose to Auction our property and although it did not sell on the day Owen and his team where exceptional, what they did was professional and both him and the team pushed to try and obtain maximum price on the day, it was just unlucky we just did not have the right buyer on the day. I can say they where exceptional as I attended a many other Auctions in the area and the caliber was not as good as what Owen and the team delivered. After auction we then priced the house and this was our decision on what price we set. Owen never pushed us to lower the price and we always felt like we had control over what we set. Owen did a great job over a couple of open homes post auction and obtained a contract on the property for what we felt was a very good price. He not only got a good price the contract was unconditional the day we signed the contract. I would highly recommend Own to use as an agent and will definitely use him again in the future. Thanks Owen to you and the team for getting the result we set out for!
