He can be a difference maker. Transferred from the University of New Mexico where he played two seasons.

Will Brown is a transfer from the University of New Mexico who served out a redshirt season last year. He will mark his first competitive season with the Cowboys this year, playing as a junior.

Pre-McNeese: he played two seasons at New Mexico and averaged 4.2 points and 3.6 rebounds in 35 games two years ago..he made 49.2 percent of his field goals and 50 percent of his free throws...he was second on the team in blocked shots with 32 ...in conference games only he averaged 4.9 points a game...game highs were 11 points against Texas Tech and seven rebounds vs New Mexico State...as a freshman he played in 32 games and started one...he had a 1.9 scoring and a 2.2 rebounding average...his highs as a freshman were 10 points (vs Ole Miss) and six rebounds (vs Air Force).. 22
