Two of the many verses in the Bible that address issues pertaining to how leaders or stewards should comport themselves are as follows: I Cor. 4:2 says, “Moreover, it is required of stewards that they be found trustworthy, and, Titus 1: 7 (ESV) says, “For an overseer, as God’s steward, must be above reproach (blame, rebuke etc.).” However in a society, wherein people claim to be religious, and are even debating the possible Christianizing or ‘Christianization’ of their country, but on the contrary, leaders perpetually behave in morally decadent and ‘don’t care’ fashions, the best way to change this situation and begin to create new traditions and cultures is to hit them hard with the truth, and to counter their cruel lies with brutal honesty. This is the challenge we all now have as a people because truth is the only price that we can pay for lasting freedom, justice, reconciliation and stability; or else, we remain a fragile and negatively strange country and people until our Creator comes back to judge this world. That being said, there’s no other way that we can both be bluntly truthful, and at the same time remain respectful to Americo-Liberian President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, when we claim that she has no moral authority over the Baryees, Taryons, Sarpees, Sayes, Dokies, Zumehs, Wogbehs, Kamaras, Wheagars, Barsi Giahs, Bahs, Wahs, Tarpehs, and Kartees etc., other than outlining the fruits of her political, administrative, professional and moral actions, that back our Plain Truth Revolutionary argument. This is because the word of God says that it is by their fruits that we shall know them. Madam Sirleaf has been having too many issues with morality. To prove or disprove her critics, this Americo-Liberian iron lady has been afforded up to 12 years now in the driver’s seat – enough of time and opportunities to demonstrate who truly one is, but sadly what this woman has persistently and consistently shown is an incredible pattern of lies and conspicuous acts of insincerity and dishonesty. Some of the many fruits of Ellen’s actions and her maneuvers are as follows: 1. As Finance Minister under Tolbert, Ellen was accused of stealing more than US$3 million from the Liberian Government coffers. There is no public record to our knowledge of when she ever exonerated herself of this claim (http://bothainakamel.org/Ellen-Johnson...).This source was pointed to by www.rescue.com, from theperspective.org. 2. In June 1990, Ellen testified at a US Congressional hearing, stating among other things that the National Patriotic Front revolt – which she and Mr. Taylor mainly organized symbolized a civil war which encompassed regions of the country where more than twothirds of the population lived, and where the greatest resources were located. With respect to the issue of children fighting for the NPFL, Madam Sirleaf said, “These people, many of them children, have joined this struggle for freedom, with little more than courage, and hope for the future. It is within this context that the uprising represents an opportunity for the creative transformation of Liberia’s political
2
landscape.” Note: It is against this backdrop that Jackson Z. Towah (Undersecretary) and Bernard G. Goah (President) of ‘Operation We Care for Liberia’ called on the US Government not to allow Ellen entry into America because her presence there will be a violation of the United States Child Soldiers Accountability Act of 2008. (http://focusonlieria.wordpress.com/Ellen Johnson Supported the use of child soldiers during Charles Taylor’s NPFL war). 3. Ellen is a dangerous and bloody political power seeker, willing and ready to kill everyone else around her (if that’s what it takes) just to get power or to remain in power. Here is a short list of some of her unthinkable intrigues in this direction: a) Ellen is reported by http://limany.org, June 2011, to have been the one who planned the deadly coup against President Samuel K. Doe in November 1985, using Gen. Thomas G. Quiwonkpa as the executor/implementer. By doing so, according to this report, Madam Sirleaf effectively masterminded a decimating tribal divide between the Gios and Krahns that plunged this country into a terrible bloodbath for over one decade and a half. This also was a successful underhand implementation of the sinister age-old Americo-Liberian Agenda against us, the Natives, to keep our camp divided and helpless so that they take advantage of this confusion to exploit our resources, use these same resources to pit us against one another, while in the process, extending their NASTY dominance over us, and subjecting 99% of our people to everlasting excruciating poverty and misery. b) For the sake of power, a power intended for mere criminal self-enrichment and other cruel motives for that matter, here is how Ellen treated her own struggle mate, personal friend, and Americo-Liberian fraternal brother, Charles Taylor. In a leaked Wikipedia report (also called wikileak), published in early 2014, narrating conversations that Madam Sirleaf had with American Ambassador to Nigeria, Mr. Howard F. Jeter, at his residence in Abuja on February 22, 2003, few months before Taylor’s forcible departure from Liberia, these are some of the fatal shots that Johnson Sirleaf fired at Taylor from the back – all reminiscent of what Congressman John Randolph of Virginia said almost 200 years ago that the subjects of their ACS repatriation (the Johnsons, the Barclays’, the Bernards, and the McClains) were promoters of mischief: i.
Ellen told Jeter, “Taylor’s personality was one that could only thrive on chaos. As long as he is in power, he will burden his people. We must [therefore] work together to provide an exit for him [now].”
ii.
The document insinuates that America and others wanted Taylor to seek refuge or asylum in Morocco, but this is what Ellen told Jeter: “Because of his favorable French connection, Taylor might [win] a permanent Moroccan vacation”, adding, “the only country in the sub region that could serve as a place of exile and keep
3
Taylor sufficiently under wraps – [a place that will entrap him for easy imprisonment later] – is Nigeria…” iii.
The document also insinuates that by February 2003, the civil war had not yet intensified on Monrovia itself, as the Americans and others wanted to leave the situation as that and keep tactically persuading Taylor to leave somewhat gracefully, but Madam Sirleaf expressed her objection to such gradualist move when she told Jeter, “Taylor is addicted to power and money, and would not leave power quietly and quickly, and that the current levels of difficulties being imposed on Taylor were not enough to uproot him…” Everyone knows what subsequently happened to Monrovia by June to July of 2003, when 30 missiles at times used to be fired at one municipal district in just few hours’ time.
iv.
In compliance with this American ‘darling girl’s advice, Taylor was taken to Nigeria in August of 2003, with another criminally fascinating development of Madam Sirleaf’s unimaginable betrayal emerging. While Taylor was in Nigeria, several requests from the West kept pouring in to President Obasanjo to turn the former Liberian leader over, but Obasanjo refused and vowed that he would only do so based on a legitimate request from a legitimate Liberian authority. From reliable sources, when Madam Sirleaf became president, she did that legitimate request and Taylor was symbolically turned over to her in March of 2006 while on his way to the Hague, all in line with the World Bank’s darling girl’s roadmap for the treatment of a fellow compatriot. Here is a gist of how Expert Nicolas Cook of African Affairs at the US Library of Congress narrates Ellen’s callous betrayal of Mr. Taylor, a fellow compatriot. According to his report, responding to inquiries immediately after Ellen got [so-called] elected in 2005, she announced repeatedly that the issue of Taylor’s extradition was not an immediate priority of her new government. “Notwithstanding these statements, in early March 2006, (just one month after her inauguration, and just few moments or days after assuring the public that the Taylor problem was not an immediate priority of her newly installed government), published press reports suggested that the brand new Sirleaf administration was in talks with the Nigerian Government regarding Taylor’s possible extradition from Nigeria and that President Sirleaf had made a formal request toward that end to the Nigerian Government. Her government, however, publicly denied that a formal extradition letter had been given to the Nigerian Government — though Liberian Information Minister Johnny McClain confirmed the existence of a “briefing note” on this topic. At various fora during a mid-March state visit to the United States, however, Sirleaf confirmed that a request had been made by her government to Nigeria for Taylor……Responding to a suggestive concern of why so soon with the Taylor issue, President Sirleaf said, international pressure, pressure “constraining our effort to ... raise the resources that we need for our development” had, in part, motivated her to request that Nigeria extradites Taylor…..On March 16, 2006, Republican Representative Jim Kolbe of Arizona stated on the House floor that President Sirleaf had verifiably informed
4
Representative Nita Lowey (Democrat, New York) and himself that she had requested that Nigeria extradites Taylor. Nigeria later acknowledged that the request had been made.” Today, Taylor serves a 50-year selective justice sentence in Great Britain, when Madam Sirleaf and many of her top government officials are equally guilty of the same crimes against humanity for which Taylor is suffering punishment. Their lazy argument has been that Taylor is being punished for crimes he committed in Sierra Leone, but the question that will haunt them forever is whether the people of Sierra Leone are that better than the over 500,000 souls that were lost in this country. Another big question in this Taylor issue that President Sirleaf faces moreover is, what moral justification does she have for stabbing a fellow citizen several times like this in the back, just for power, and so-called desperately needed development money? Where is this development in this DIRTY Americo-Liberian country? Wasn’t it much better to have faced Taylor directly (even if it meant in a war), if this adversity was that deep, wherein there would have been possibilities for some truce or compromise domestically etc. than to sell him down the road to foreigners in such a barbaric fashion? What lessons of morality, nationalism and sovereignty can these people EVER draw from the cases of this same ICC and South Africa over the Sudanese President in 2015 and those of President Kenyatta and his Vice President Williams Ruto of Kenya? We wish Liberia were a legitimate country too, but that’s not the reality however. c) Still on the issue of Ellen’s bloody power quest, apart from it been established that she was a mastermind behind the 1985 bloody failed coup against Samuel Doe, she co-established the National Patriotic Front Rebel Group against Doe, an elected leader like her today too; she had a major ‘fish to fry’ in the setup of the United Liberation Movement of Liberia (ULIMO), the Liberians United for Reconciliation and Democracy (LURD) etc. just to oust Taylor. Madam Sirleaf’s ‘hyperphoebia’ for someone snatching the presidential cake from her can further be proven in the following reported cases: i.
Ellen, like the remaining 98% or so of her ethnic breed, the Americo-Liberian leaders, derive all their strength, their motivation for the way they continue to behave in this country etc. from America, and since America is an advocate of democracy, Ellen and her other Americo-Liberian counterparts must put up a democratic posture – no matter how pretentious and superficial it may be. Based upon this, when the National Patriotic Front of Liberia was making progress in her war in 1990, the next thing that came to mind was some ultimate electoral process to decide a president. Jackson F. Doe, Sr. was the most outstanding politician at the time, and a Native. With fear that this man would have caused some embarrassment in any eventual electoral process, the story is told in two accounts of how Ellen allegedly got rid of Jackson F. Doe, Sr.: (a) Patrick F. Tamba, on November 4, 2005, under the title, “I Know What Happened To Jackson F. Doe” and (b) this same story republished by
5
one J. K. K. Peah on August 29, 2011, under the topic, “Prez Sirleaf Ordered Former Presidential Candidate, Jackson Doe’s Execution” (http://thenewdispensation.com). ii.
In the 2014 Wikileak mentioned earlier, entitled, “…Abuja 507, Classified by Ambassador Howard F. Jeter”, this is how Ellen expressed her apprehension about facing issues with potential rival presidential ambitions, especially coming from the ‘enemies’, that is, the ‘Natives’ camp: Responding to a query posed by Ambassador Jeter, Ellen said “LURD’s Damate Konneh’s recent public statements to the media, where he demonstrated much more political ambition than acumen were troubling….” Politically assessing ULIMO’s Prof. Alhaji Kromah’s potentials, since Madam Sirleaf disclosed in that meeting that LURD was a ULIMO reincarnation, she described Kromah as no more a democrat than Taylor, and therefore she felt there were other Madingo hotheads who wanted to seize power as well – another troubling development for Madam Sirleaf.
4. According to www.publicagendanews.com/President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf Somersaults – From Giving Humanitarian Support To Removing A Dictator, Ellen, among others, spewed out the following criminal lies again: During the 2005 presidential elections campaign, Madam Sirleaf denied any links with the National Patriotic Front Rebels until former Defense Minister Tom Woewiyou of the Rebel group wrote in an open letter outlining her role in the rebel faction. Ellen angrily reacted to the publication and threatened a lawsuit against Mr. Woewiyou. Upon her election, the president stated that she was withdrawing her threat of lawsuit against Woewiyou because of appeals from some clergymen. During the Truth & Reconciliation hearings, one Alieu Swary testified that he remembered seeing Madam Sirleaf in a military uniform with Charles Taylor behind the rebel lines during the height of the Liberian Civil War. The Liberian President, in response said Swary might have mistaken her for one of Taylor’s wives (Agnes), who Ellen said has a fair color like her. Sirleaf denied ever going behind the rebel lines, and challenged anyone to prove it. But during another appearance at the TRC, when chokingly quizzed, Madam Sirleaf reluctantly admitted travelling to the rebel held territory to meet with Mr. Taylor. Madam Sirleaf indicated that she made a US$10,000 contribution for humanitarian services to the NPFL Rebels. At the opening programs of the TRC process at the Centennial Pavilion, the president said that any outcome (or recommendations) from the process would be respected, but later pushed an unprincipled Supreme Court to rule against the most material or quintessential part of the recommendations – the 30 year ban from politics against prime perpetrators and accomplices, including herself.

5. According to the Public Agenda Newspaper, a HIPC Audit conducted on five ministries [sometime in 2010 or so] unveiled massive irregularities covering sprawling ‘bogus transactions’ and other forms of irregularities amounting to over US$20 million. This was an accumulative amount whose status required explanation from both the then Minister of Finance, Mr. Augustine Ngafuan and his predecessor, Dr. Antoinette Sayeh, who were explicitly implicated for misappropriating these amounts (over US$5 million). Instead of allowing the Finance Ministry authorities to be made to personally exonerate themselves, the President, quickly interfered with the process, expressing her unqualified confidence in Mr. Ngafuan and his predecessor, Dr. Sayeh. Madam Sirleaf, as if anyone had ever requested her intervention, shamelessly rushed into laying the blame for this discrepancy at the feet of the system at the ministry. In the direct words of the president, the problem at the ministry was caused by mere “system failure, simple things.” This unsolicited intervention by the president reportedly prompted a stinging reaction from the Liberia Anti- Corruption Commission, declaring that it was not the president’s prerogative to be clearing audit indictees, while calling on her to refrain from such practice. 6. In a special editorial of the National Chronicle Newspaper’s publication of April 26, 2012, it was lamented that Madam Sirleaf and her son Robert Sirleaf unilaterally waived US$3.7 billion to American Oil giant, Chevron, while awarding Oil Blocks 11, 12, and 14. The total value of the entire deal was confirmed by the US Embassy to be estimated at US$10.7 billion according to a leaked US diplomatic cable published by the American Foreign Service Publication, Pro Publica in February of 2012. 7. In a National Chronicle April 2012 story entitled, “After Thoroughly Researching the Petroleum Laws, Oil Contracts, a Vehicle to Enrich a Privileged Few”, the Legislature itself, made the following two comments, among others, confirming the criminality of Madam Sirleaf, while also implicating themselves (the Legislators): “….According to the Legislators’ observations, the process of deriving a national decision on the awarding of oil blocks through a well-designed and manipulated international competitive bidding, serving as a mechanism to channel a national decision is counter-productive and serves as a vehicle to defraud the country and enrich a privileged few at the expense of the rest of the country.” The lawmakers further said, “The action of the President and her son to pervert the PPCC Laws (Public Procurement and Concessions Commission) and award Oil Block 13 to their American interest….. will definitely undermine the budget process…..” 8. According to a US Diplomatic cable of April 26, 2010, President Sirleaf, in the Liberian Oil Blocks 11, 12 and 14 deals vowed that she will ensure that the Chevron’s oil concession contract is ratified by the Legislature, despite all of the numerous faults and
7
flaws that were discovered in the documents, and this ratification happened with speed (ProPublica, February 2012; National Chronicle, April 26, 2012 etc.) 9. ProPublica and the National Chronicles again reported that after Ellen had violated every business best practice and criminally awarded Liberia’s Oil Blocks 11, 12 and 14 to Chevron, Mr. John Watson, head of Chevron’s Africa and Middle East Division, immediately came down to Liberia to visit the President, apparently to congratulate her for the job well done and for them to share some other business success joy and experiences. Four months after hosting Mr. Watson, warlord and blood stained Ellen Johnson Sirleaf won for herself the prestigious Nobel Peace Prize by October 2011, the same month she went on to win the so-called presidential elections that gave her a second, illegitimate term. 10. A few days after the signing and sealing of the Exxon Mobil Block President and a few of her top officials, according to an April 2013 FrontPage Africa Newspaper went on to celebrate their business success reception with their Exxon Mobil counterparts at the residence of US Deborah Malac.
13 deal, the story in the at a cocktail Ambassador
11. Even President Obama, the man who our criminal government of late has been boasting about his recognition of President Sirleaf’s excellence at governance and her gains at fighting crimes including corruption, is on record for smartly acknowledging Madam Sirleaf’s criminality. In mid-2013, according to a July 19, 2013 story in the Concord Times Newspaper, President Obama renewed some Executive Order on Liberia, enacted way back in 2004 to combat some of Charles Taylor’s criminal legacies in Liberia. The paper reported: “In a statement released on January 22, 2004 in Executive Order # 13348 from the White House, the US Government declared a National Emergency with respect to the Taylor’s regime. Pursuant to the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (50-USC.1701 – 1706) to deal with the unusual and extraordinary threat to the foreign policy of the US constituted by the actions and policies of Taylor and OTHER PERSONS; in particular, their unlawful depletion of the Liberian resources and their removal from Liberia and secreting of Liberian funds and property, which have undermined Liberia’s transition to democracy and the orderly development of its political, administrative and economic institutions and resources…” , an order that logically and otherwise still remains in place to date. In fact, President Obama formally kept this order against the Ellen-led government for 7 years up to 2015, when he apparently relaxed it because he had promised to help her government qualify for the US Millennium Challenge Corporation’s 2015 grant, and this promised was fulfilled when Liberian won for herself US$256.7 million in prize money for so-called good governance and responsible economic management. Note: By restating and upholding this old pronouncement for 7 years, Mr. Obama, from his tone here, apparently wanted to remain diplomatic by not mentioning Madam Sirleaf’s name directly, but from all indications that statement indicts her and her government tactically.
8
12. A National Chronicle underground investigation dug out one ploy by President Sirleaf and her inner circles to dupe Liberia of US$100 million in a deal in which they had requested a loan (already been approved allegedly) of US$160 million from the Equatorial Guinean President Theodore Obiang Nguama for the rehabilitation of the Roberts International Airport, which investigations proved that it actually cost US$60 million. At the point of almost receiving the money, the paper reported that the government of Liberia was putting the country under the false impression that President Nguama was extending Liberia a grant (National Chronicle, June 24, 2013). When this secret leaked that Ellen and her clique had planned to steal the balance US$100 million, they abandoned the plan. 13. The National Chronicle, through a mid-2013 criminal investigation uncovered how President Sirleaf had tipped her brother in law’s foster son, William Gyudee Moore, to become the next Public Works Minister so as to oversee the dubious Roberts International Airport’s Rehabilitation scheme, and to also protect the first family’s interests in other criminal business intrigues at the airport, including their illegally obtained shares in the hotel and catering services at the airport. The Executive Mansion denied this claim, but a year and a half later, Mr. Gyudee Moore was appointed as Public Works Minister by Madam Sirleaf. 14. According to a Friday, August 2, 2013 report in the People’s Newspaper, Liberia Airport Authority Board Chairman, Musa Bility, Roberts International Airport Managing Director, Ellen Corkrum and others had been indicted by the Government of Liberia for multiple crimes, including economic sabotage, theft of property, criminal conspiracy etc. Few days later, according to www.emansion.gov.lr, Americo-Liberian Iron Lady, speaking at the certification program for members of the Nimba Land Dispute Commission she had set up earlier and asked Mr. Bility to head, President Sirleaf, in appreciating the Land Commission Chairman (already indicted Musa Bility), made the following comments, implicitly making reference to the indictment hanging over her friend’s head, “….He always responds to government’s call to take on difficult and strategic assignments. Because of that, sometimes he gets all kinds of criticisms and false accusations; but in each case, I can say to you that the confidence we have in the carrying out of his responsibility with integrity and commitment is strong because we believe in him.” 15. Robert Kilby, former Auditor General, and his partner in crime, a Cameroonian, Nassh Panks, allegedly organized a shell company called the Independent Software Certification Company that dubiously dealt a US$220,000 transaction with the Liberian Government, through another partner in crime, Madam Pearing Davis Parkinson, of the General Services Agency. After Madam Parkinson absent-mindedly leaked the deal in a July 2, 2013 budget hearing session at the National Legislature, Kilby and Parkinson were fired at the direct instruction of the Legislature, after a vote of no confidence. The
9
both were never prosecuted by Madam Sirleaf and the next news that came up in the grapevine, that was later confirmed by Congress for Democratic Change’s Vice Chairman for Operations, Mulbah Morlu and others was that Madam Parkinson had been reappointed by President Sirleaf as some Ambassador At Large (In Profile Daily, August 27, 2013; Sky FM, February 13, 2014 etc.) 16. Particular about the inherent insincerity and dishonesty of Madam Sirleaf (all of which equally back her criminality), Mr. Christopher Neyor, former President of the National Oil Company of Liberia, in a June 13, 2014 open letter to the president, made the following points about the Americo-Liberian Iron Lady. He presented the intent or motivation behind the writing of his letter by saying, “I am writing this letter because our country and the international community need to know who you (Ellen) are from someone who knows you well, having interacted with you on many state matters, wherein your decisions and actions betray the people’s trust (www.monroviainquirer.com). Here are some of Mr. Neyor’s observations about Ellen: a. Madam Sirleaf, “You are good at showing two faces, one to the international community, where you have been awarded medals, accolades and degrees, and the other to your people at home, where you have shown disdain, deception, and malice.” b. “I started a quiet diplomacy with the Nigerian Government….to resume crude oil allocation to Liberia. The convincing reason we gave the Nigerians and later the Kuwaitis was to use the proceeds from the allocation transaction to reduce the high cost of electricity in Liberia until we have in place a more affordable power generation source ….When those sensitive negotiations [were about to yield fruit], you put your son Robert in charge as Special Envoy. The Nigerian Oil allocation, intended to support lower electricity bills has been flowing now for years, yet electricity cost in our country is the highest in the world. Not a penny from that allocation has gone to the LEC for fuel expenses and the cost of power continues to be unaffordable to most of our citizens in areas where electricity is provided. c. “When I started the reform process at NOCAL (i.e. the National Oil Company of Liberia), learning from errors of most of the African Oil producing countries, and formulating a foundation for empowering Liberians through lucrative local content participation in this new extractive sector, Robert Sirleaf interjected that it was unwise politically to allow citizens to have money like that…[Madam Sirleaf], you were fully aware that Robert began to portray himself as the defacto head of NOCAL and began soliciting huge amounts of money from individuals and companies desirous of acquiring oil blocks…[Consequently], oil blocks were promised to people and companies [by Robert], which you are fully aware of, and millions were brought in irregularly for your presidential campaign, with cash brought in on private jets and taken to your home. Oil blocks were also given out by Robert based on who were contributing to his Robert A. Sirleaf Foundation.”
10
d. “In your interview with FrontPage Africa, you even confirmed contributions made by companies to the Robert A. Sirleaf Foundation, while Robert was serving as Executive Chairman of NOCAL and Senior Advisor to the President, demonstrating how you and your son were trying to concentrate all of the oil money into the hands of your family. One can understand why that New Oil and Gas Act, drafted by your son left out provisions on citizens’ participation and oil revenue management mechanisms, but emphasized only the giving away of oil blocks, exempting future awards from the Liberian Public Procurement and Concessions Laws. It was a mockery when you openly praised your son for completing his task in reforming NOCAL with submission of the draft Oil and Gas Act to the National Legislature just before his resignation from NOCAL due to public and international pressure. Robert’s resignation was a mockery because it is an open secret that he still calls the shot at NOCAL.” e. Neyor further claimed, “Ellen has a history of vindictiveness and putting Liberians against each other.” He said Ellen threatened to destroy him, and [the scurrying thing] was that in this part of the world, when a president, with all the power of the state wants to destroy a citizen, the order is usually executed to the letter, as destroying a citizen can take many different forms, including makeup accidents, poison, fabrication of stories that attack one’s integrity or loyalty to the state (such as sedition or terrorism charges), or any combination of these. “I know you and your son are capable of doing all this because we have been down that road before; including when he (Robert) framed me as anti-American and had me under some 24 hour surveillance when I was removed from NOCAL… You uprooted from government, and from around you, those with the best integrity and competence to help you move our country forward, including John Morlu, Negbalee Warner, Tiawon Gongloe, Alfred Brownell, Wilson Tarpeh, Leymah Gbowee etc. – people you made your enemies only because they tell you the truth and will not want to betray their country and people, just to enjoy the spoils of corruption for a season…. I will be watching, I have much more to publish, including emails you begged me to destroy when I was at NOCAL.” 17. The UL Student Unification Party, in an October 2014 press release described the 9 year rule of Madam Sirleaf as a period of ‘corporatocracy’ (apparently meaning corporatized stealing) and sheer thievery of our nation’s resources for herself, her family and cronies at the detriment of the country’s people. Three of the many claims the students made against her, with authoritative backings included: Madam Sirleaf, who prided herself in the past as an advocate of democracy, human rights, the rule of law, and social justice, has transformed the Liberian Government into a family business and a family and cronies’ enterprise (USAID-Governance Stakeholder Survey Report) Madam Sirleaf is perpetrating economic injustices and social exclusion with over 17 members of the Sirleaf family and cronies ruthlessly ruling Liberia like a private
11
business enterprise with rampant corruption and impunity (Radio Netherlands Worldwide, 2012) President Sirleaf, who claimed to have spent her adult life advocating against corruption, fraud, waste, abuse and nepotism in Liberia, has, on the contrary, according to Transparency International transformed Liberia into the World’s Most Corrupt Country (www.theperspective.org) 18. As the Chief Executive Officer of Corruption in Liberia, Ellen blindly backs her few devotees and beneficiaries. In Ellen’s Liberia, laws are openly violated by her friends and family members; justice is brazenly denied people. Two cases in point are Fumba Sirleaf and the Korean Businessmen’s US$247,500 saga of 2014 and Antoinette Weeks’ willful destruction of Church properties in her neighborhood with impunity (www.theperspective.org) 19. Theodore Hodge of Atlanta, in an October 21, 2014 article entitled, “Ellen Johnson Sirleaf: The Welfare Queen Comes Begging Again”, described Madam Sirleaf and yea, the Liberian Government’s chief operating policy as “Use all the country’s resources for yourself and your cronies, and then carry a big [offering] plate around to solicit assistance from global partners.” On the issue of the big offering plate she has been carrying around and the big sorrowful plea to even street peddlers all across the globe to collect and send money to Liberia, Hodge asks Madam Sirleaf (his perceived con artist), the following questions: [Ellen], are you willing too to donate your share of the [fake] Nobel Peace Prize money to help your people? [Ellen], have you considered donating at least a year’s salary to the Ebola fight? [Ellen], have you asked your high salaried cronies to do the same? [Ellen], where is your son, Dr. Adama Sirleaf, as you are now appealing to American, Cuban, Chinese, etc. doctors to come fight the virus in your country (www.theperspective.org) 20. In demonstration of her true con artist pedigree, imagine this remark in her late 2014 ‘begging letter’ sent to the world and read by herself over BBC, in solicitation of funds to fight Ebola: ….“This fight requires a commitment from everyone that has the capacity to help – whether it is with emergency funds, medical supplies or clinical expertise. From governments to international organizations; from financial institutions to NGOs; from politicians to ordinary people in the streets in every part of the world, we all have a stake in this battle against Ebola. It is the duty of all of us, as global citizens, to send a message that we will not leave millions of West Africans to fend for themselves against an enemy that they don’t know, and against whom they have little defense.” (Idem). Note: Neither this shameless Ellen nor her ever criminal governments, now and before, has any record of ever materially rushing to other people’s aid around
12
the world when they are in trouble with natural and other disasters. For example, there is no trace of record that when the India Ocean 9.1 Magnitude Tsunami raged across multiple countries in Asia in 2004 destroying several cities in Indonesia, Sri Lanka, India, Thailand, etc. and leaving over 230,000 people dead just within a twinkle of an eye, the Liberian Government, or private Liberian citizens in the street, as Ellen was begging the others all across the globe to do with Ebola, could be seen or heard doing anything. What’s about Hurricane Katharina in August of 2005, a cyclone that killed over 1,800 in the United States and parts of Cuba, costing the US Government losses over $108 billion; what’s about the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) outbreak that hit places like Saudi Arabia, China, Hong Kong etc. beginning 2002 to even 2013, Liberia, or Liberians have got no record of ever contributing anything to help anybody; talk less about the H5N1 pathogenic avian influenza outbreak that raged across many countries from 1997 up to 2008, including China, Egypt, and Pakistan, Vietnam. Moreover, just in April of 2015, a 7.8 Magnitude Earthquake stroke Nepal and some surrounding territories, almost entirely destroying Katmandu and killing over 5,000 persons at once, with death toll even reported later to have doubled this figure. Rescue work was going on, as people slept in the streets and in the open for several nights, fearing more devastating aftershocks. The cost of rebuilding Katmandu alone was put by expert at around US$5 billion, let alone other costs including relief. (BBC). This too is a poor country. While we looked forward with bated breath to see Mama Americo-Liberia rushing there with some assistance package for these terribly devastated fellow human beings, nothing of such EVER happened. So Ellen disgracefully means to prove that this country, since 1822, is a mere grave yard that takes in, or receives every time, but NEVER puts out ANYTHING or anything legally. Shame on her and her Americo-Liberian forefathers for always disgracing us. Still in addition to criminally looking for more money in the name of Ebola, Ellen tried to con President Obama by using these kinds of remarks in another letter, apart from the one sent to the world in general, as below: “The virus is spreading at an exponential rate and we have a limited time window to arrest it…. Mr. President, well over 40% of total cases occurred in the last 18 days… To break the chain of transmission, we need to isolate the sick from their families and communities, but this is impossible because there’s nowhere to take them…. We need to provide up to 1,500 beds in ETUs in Monrovia. We also need to create additional sites in the outlying affected counties. This is beyond anything we are able to address on our own…..With our own resources, we can only support one ETU facility of 100 beds…At the current rate of the infections, only government like yours has the resources and assets to deploy at the pace required to arrest the spread….” Meanwhile, this is a president whose government, through corruption, blocked an intended 42 million Euros ($54.6 million) approved in 2012 for the Liberian Health Sector by the European Parliament, with the first tranche of 10 million Euros or $13
13
million provided in December of the same year, but the rest could never be disbursed owing to proven Liberian corruption. (www.liberiacorruptiont watch.org, July 1, 2013). Moreover, a 2015 Radio Veritas investigation revealed that the Liberian Health Sector had expended US$464 million between 2006 and 2014, an amount described by the UNDP Human Development Index as the highest health budget in sub-Saharan Africa, which constitutes 19.5% of GDP (April 1, 2015, Radio Veritas). 21. News have been in the grapevine about how Madam Sirleaf is secretly bent on criminally acquiring Liberian lands as much as possible in the name of buying these lands for her family and closed relatives. To achieve this, she has been using different strategies and techniques based on her current power, one of which has been tipped off as working through foreign capitalists, by means of bogus and illegal Agricultural concessions. According to a University of Liberia’s Student Unification Party’s Press Release issued October 24, 2014 and featured online at www.theperspective.org, Madam Sirleaf, through government has sold 57.5% or 5.6 million hectares of the nation’s lands – all in bogus deeds, some of which span for up to 98 years. This, the students claimed, was confirmed by Mr. Othello Brandy, Chairman of the Liberian Land Commission in some business report of January 21, 2013. To extend her grab into the balance 43.5% of the country’s lands, Madam Sirleaf has been shrewdly designing different strategies. During the Ebola crisis for example, just as they cleverly warded off public attention to use the Supreme Court to free Americo-Liberian convicted murderer and rapist, Mr. Hans Williams to get him out of prison and whisk him out of the country, Madam Sirleaf, wrote the legislature on two occasions in late 2014 requesting the use of presidential powers under some dubious state of emergency to do such things as: The expropriation of property (under Article 24) The restriction of gathering and speaking out (under Article 15 and 17) The restriction of the free movement of people (under Article 13) etc. All of these very strong requests were been made by this double-standards expert Americo-Liberian Iron Lady in the name of fighting Ebola, which she had no control over. (http://www.liberianobserver.com, Wed Oct. 22, 2014). Thank God that this one was too broad for the Liberian Legislature to let go, so they rejected it. Early on in 2015, Ellen had been on a so-called revolutionary community land ownership agenda (ELBC, February 20, 2015) 22. The Englishman says, “It never rains, but it truly pours.” As though Ellen is not conscious that there are people watching how criminally she and her government had enriched themselves at the expense of our poor people’s blood in the name of Ebola, she added insult to injury in an April 14, 2014 engagement with the press when she shamelessly decided to exercise what one Harrison Sleweon described as “granting the culprits clemency before the court trial”. Madam Sirleaf disclosed that she had
14
already been briefed on a post Ebola Audit Report released early April 2015, which among other things, established the following: The Incident Management System or the National Ebola Task Force received as per bank statements, the total amount of US$15,169,635 and L$342,883,302.08 from the Government of Liberia, public institutions, international and national organizations and individuals. As per bank statements, the IMS disbursed the total amount of US$10,757,320.17 and L$231,196,836 to various implementing partners’ accounts, including the IMS operating accounts…. It was observed, for example during the audit that US$30,050 was transferred to BTP Advisors, a UK-based international consultancy firm for communication support services without supporting documents US$672,617.56 was received and disbursed by the Ministry of Defense without any supporting documents L$853,875, for allowance, was paid to 68 officers of the Bureau of Immigration in 10 counties that could not be physically traced to the daily attendance records for the period, etc. and etc. In the end, according to the publicagendanews.com’, the audit concluded as follows: “Those who were handling the funding and materials to fight Ebola were not sincere with their efforts, and were only using the health crisis to solidify their financial capacities at the detriment of the dying population…Monies allocated were been squandered under shady arrangements by some individuals captured in the report released by the GAC.” The Newspaper continued, GAC also said that the response of the Incident Management Team to the audit report was not backed by supporting documentation, and the Commission said that these irregularities were caused by the IMS’s failure to adhere to the Public Financial Management Act of 2009, the Public Procurement and Concessions Commission’s Act of 2010, the IPSAS Cash Basis Accounting, the Ebola Trust Financial and Procurement Policy and other applicable laws and regulations. The GAC therefore concluded that Mr. Tolbert Nyensuah, Mr. J. Dorbor Jallah, Andre Porte, and Wede Eliot Brownell should be held accountable for the violation of Section 66(4) of the PPCC Act etc…” After admitting to been briefed about these kinds of revelations, Madam President, in her press engagement on April 14, 2015 opined, “…I have not read the audit report, but I got briefing on it, and I know that there may have been procedural errors….In those difficult days, when we had to make certain decisions, decisions that ran contrary to all procedures..” Madam Sirleaf was simply saying here that emergencies themselves don’t have some norm or procedure in the world of administration and accounting – What A Shame On This Criminal So-Called World Bank Economist!!!
15
23. Lawyers representing Clemenceau Urey, the indicted former Board Chairman of the National Oil Company of Liberia contended in court in April 2015 that President Sirleaf instructed both their client and Dr. Foday Kromah, NOCAL former CEO to comply with Legislators’ demands for money to ensure ratification of the Oranto and Broadway agreements because it was in the nation’s interest. According to the lawyers, “President Sirleaf, personally, specifically, and expressly instructed both Urey and Dr. Kromah to comply with the Legislators’ demands for ratification of this deal (www.liberianobserver.com/ April 13, 2015). 24. According to the BBC, Ebola has been around Africa for the past 39 – 40 years. In its about 5 recorded outbreaks prior to this Mano River outbreak, Ebola fatalities have never reached 450 in all, and none of its prior outbreaks had ever lasted for more than 6 months. When Ebola hit Liberia in March of 2014, the world was compelled to brace itself for a major health catastrophe owing to the criminally careless nature of Madam Sirleaf and her band of marauding economic vampires under the guise of a government. For example, Ivory Coast, a country sharing direct border with Liberia and Guinea was able to conduct its public health administration so adequately that no one case of Ebola ever hit them in all those long months of the epidemic; Liberia for example exported Ebola to 20+ million population- Lagos, Nigeria, but Nigeria only suffered less than 10 fatalities and successfully wiped out the virus in less than 4 months; Ebola hit Dakar, Senegal, but the Senegalese treated their one case quickly without any fatalities and wiped out the virus in less than a month; Ebola hit Mali, but within less than 4 months, Mali wiped it out with less than 8 fatalities etc. But DULL and CRIMINAL Liberia harbored this disease for some deep, sinister reasons for more than 20 months, with fatalities almost reaching 5,000. For our interest here, more economically and administratively damaging however with respect to our relationship with America, has been the level of waste that the US Government incurred, and may further incur, as a result of Ellen’s ineptitude and carelessness, even if she were acting as a rogue agent for her principals, ironically, the very same America. According to the New York Times’ April 11, 2015 edition, in the largest American intervention ever in a global health crisis, the US Government had spent a staggering $1.4 billion on its Ebola Mission in West Africa (mainly in Liberia, including the deployment of 3,000 troops with the cost of $360 million), constructing a total of 11 Ebola Treatment Units around the country, 9 of which NEVER hosted any patients, with the balance 2 hosting a combined total of 28 patients. A Swedish Medical Expert advising the Liberian Health Ministry, apparently on behalf of the World Health Organization is quoted as saying, “My task was to convince the international organizations that you don’t need any more ETUs. I warned them [including the Liberian Government], that the only thing you will show [when you go ahead with your new ETU constructions] will be empty ETUs, so don’t do it.” Liberia’s current Deputy Health Minister Dr. Francis Kateh added, “I knew that most of the ETUs that were being built may not receive a single patient, but at the same time,
16
you could not put a stop to that process, the train was coming full force” (New York Times, April 11, 2015). But interestingly, here is what made this train to come full force from President Obama, just to end up later into an utter waste. The criminal Liberian Government, under the internationally trained con artist, Madam Sirleaf, had left other national assignments and what they all now embarked on, as usual for selfish material interest, was to blow the Ebola issue out of proportion to be able to attract more riches in the form of the incoming humanitarian assistance. Their ‘chicaneristic’ cries and big sophistries are what led President Obama into acting so robustly and massively. For example: A. Health Minister Walter Gwenigale, talking to BBC on the 4th of August 2014, was virtually shedding tears while announcing to the world that Liberia lacked even rubber gloves for her health workers in the Ebola Fight B. Information Minister Lewis Brown, speaking to BBC News Hour’s Julian Marshall on August 10, 2014 made the world to understand that the Liberian Health Sector was completely overwhelmed by Ebola. C. In early September 2014, Defense Minister Brownie Samuka, making a case for Liberia before the UN Security Council in New York announced with respect to the Ebola situation that the country was facing the greatest threat ever to its existence, while crying out loud to the world for help (BBC Focus on Africa, September 10, 2014). D. The con artist in chief herself, Madam Sirleaf inflamed the situation in countless recorded international appeals, three of which can be summarized as follows: i.
On September 9, 2014, Ellen writes President Obama, using such strong statements, warnings and caveats as follows: “…Without a more direct help from you [President Obama], we will lose the fight against Ebola; ..This virus is spreading at an exponential rate and we have a limited time window to arrest it. Mr. President, well over 40% of total cases occurred in the last 18 days;… I am being honest with you when I say at this rate we will never break the transmission chain and the virus will overwhelm us;.. We need to provide up to 1,500 beds in Ebola Treatment Units in Monrovia [alone]. We also need to create 10 additional sites in the outlying affected counties. This is beyond anything we are able to address on our own; … With our resources, we can only support and manage one ETU of a hundred bed; .. Mr. President, at the current rate of infections, only government like yours has the resources to deploy at the pace required to arrest the spread.” etc.
ii.
This letter to President Obama wasn’t enough. Around this same time, Ellen wrote the entire world, coning the globe again with such expressions like these: “…In just 6 months, Ebola has managed to bring my country to a standstill. We have lost over 2,000 Liberians. Some are children, lost in the prime of their youths. Some were
17
fathers, mothers, brothers, or best friends.. This fight requires a commitment from every nation that has the capacity to help – whether it is with emergency funds, medical supplies or clinical expertise. From governments to international organizations, financial institutions to NGOs, politicians to ordinary people on the street in any corner of the world, we all have a stake in the battle against Ebola. It is the duty of all of us, as global citizens, to send a message that we will not leave millions of West Africans to fend for themselves against an enemy that they don’t know, and against whom they have little defense..” iii.
In October 2014, in addition to these big letters, Ellen further warned the world that Africa was about to lose a whole generation to the scourge or effects of Ebola (ELBC News) What these insincere miscreants failed to emphasize in all these communications too was that strong humanitarian groups and individuals were on ground every step of the way helping the country. For example, Medicins Sans Frontiers was busy here from start to end, engaging every wave of transmission as frontline warriors; the World Bank was pumping money and exclusively taking care of healthcare workers’ compensations and salaries; the Chinese were here providing both their medical expertise and providing drugs etc., but because the immoral wealth seeking Americo-Liberian Government probably thought that some of the US support would have come in physical cash for them to quickly squander, they cried and inflamed the situation, without adequately advising Mr. Obama what to prioritize. As a result, the US Government in the end wastefully spent over $1.4 billion in an investment that promised less than a quarter of this staggering amount as returns. This too is the Americo-Liberian country that America herself has shamefully created and continues to sustain. Apart from these and many more criminal activities, criminal facilitations and devilish maneuvers, Ellen is also an expert liar. She lies so broadly without showing any remorse of conscience. Theodore Hodge of Atlanta, USA, usually describes Ellen as a pathological and bold face liar running a criminal government. He even claims Ellen is a ‘con artist in chief’ rather than a commander in chief. Here are just a few examples to prove this argument:
25. In her 2006 and 2012 inaugural addresses respectively, Madam Sirleaf made the following commitments, among many more, which she herself can now attest to as BIG LIES today, even if she were in deep sleep during the middle of the night: …Any member of my administration who sees this affirmation (corruption being declared public enemy number 1) as mere posturing, or yet another attempt by yet another Liberian leader to play to the gallery on this grave issue should think twice. Anyone who desires to challenge us in this regard will do so at his/her personal disadvantage (2006 inaugural address excerpt).
18
True reconciliation means a process of national healing. It means learning the lessons of the past to perfect our democracy. But above all, it means economic justice for our citizens and the spread of progress to all of our people. It means creating job opportunities and giving our young people the skills that they need to prosper and create the life they choose (2012 inaugural address excerpt) 26. In 2012, Ellen stood before the national legislature and made a solemn proclamation about the relocation of Liberia’s capital, or simply put, the construction of a new capital city in Zekepa, the convergence of Nimba, Bong, and Grand Bassa Counties. She rightly cited growing population, climate change, and erosion as reeling factors. One year later, 2013, while performing similar function, Madam Sirleaf reechoed this commitment with resounding punctuations. In fact, she announced that a task force had been set up and charged with the responsibility of conducting the research, technical analysis, master planning and design that will be essential to the comprehensive development plan for the proposed city of Zekepa. In 2014, while performing yet this same function (State of the Nation’s Address), this is how Madam Sirleaf now addressed the issue of Liberia’s new capital: “…..I am talking to every citizen of this nation when I say: Our progress belongs to you and the future is yours in the taking, a future in which the process would have started to move the capital to the center of the country…” (www.allafrica.com, January 30, 2014). This, all along has just been another scam. Meanwhile, colonial Monrovia was established in April 1822, intended to host 400,000 persons at maximum, but now hosts about 1.5 million people. It has no zoning standards, no high-rise buildings, less than 2 straight miles of formally paved streets, and has almost always been graded or voted as the world’s most uncomfortable municipality for living. 27. During the weekend of February 7 – 9, 2014, President Sirleaf visited [some] intellectual centers in Monrovia, including CENPID (Center for the Promotion of Intellectual Development). At CENPID, Madam Sirleaf claimed that many Liberians, particularly the youths, who participate on Radio talk shows, most often say negative things about her administration. In her direct words, using the Liberian parlance, “There are no jobs, but if you want us to solve this problem, then you have to work with us to solve it, but if you get on the air and start talking that the president is bad, then it is not good….. Let us identify the problem and work it out together instead of just going on the airways and talking bad things about the government.” Commenting on her officials, President Sirleaf said that she doesn’t protect her officials when they do or go wrong, but instead, she has observed that Liberians always have problem with people who are doing the right thing; and as such, will do all they can to bring these people down. She assured the people that if anyone provides evidence that her officials are in the wrong, she will take action (http://monroviainquirer.com, February 10, 2014). Let us test Madam Sirleaf’s sincerity here by relating these beautiful cautions and commitments of hers to the author’s (Roland Kartee’s) case. Kartee is a manager at one of Liberia’s supposedly major revenue generating enterprises, the Liberia Petroleum
19
Refining (Storage) Company. Because Roland thinks and acts in a way that demonstrates his conviction that LPRC is not proceeding the right way in the interest of the masses (i.e. by leveraging its very huge output potentials to massively create jobs and wealth for his fellow compatriots etc.), he is rudely mistreated by this LPRC’s Americo-Liberian authorities by illegally driving him out of his office in the name of some dismissal action. Based upon what Mr. Kartee has read from this inquireronline.com’s publication and the appreciable level of trust he has in his president, all of which give him the assurance that Madam Sirleaf will not stand on the side of her precious appointees, Roland, instead of first running to the airways to complain or blow alarm, he systematically documents every qualm he has about how LPRC is proceeding against his overall civic wishes, takes this document to the rightful governmental institution and gives the president a copy to let her know. This is after three failed attempts have been made to meet the president in person to vent out some of these problems, which again, have always never been viewed from the lens of personal interest (August 27, 2013; September 2, 2013; and September 23, 2013). The copy of this special documentation is taken to the president’s office on March 10, 2014, and a reinforcement communication heightening the national corruption debate, putting this LPRC case into perspective is sent to the President’s office again on April 3, 2014. This president, who, one of her former close confidant, Mr. Darious Dillon has disclosed that she reads every communication that reaches her, no matter the volume, and that if one wants to lie to her, it’s better not to place it into writing because of the extra grit she has for reading etc., NEVER responded to any of these five attempts made by an electorate with a concern, no matter how stupid or poor this electorate might be. 28. The Fund for Peace Failed State Index has for the past couple of years been painting a gloomy picture about Liberia’s governance and economic outlook for which Liberia has been progressively placed in the institution’s red zone, depicting states that are too far from stability and could rupture into conflict at any time soon. For example, in its 2013’s report’s breakdown by indicators, Fund For Peace disclosed that Liberia had terribly declined by 6.1% in human rights, while its economy had been dreadfully declining by 8.6% (the People and Concord Times Newspapers of July 19, 2013), but Ellen and her Finance Minister had always been putting the country and the world at large under the impression that they had been growing the Liberian economy at the rate of 6 – 8% per annum, until some relatively small shock – a pandemic that the international community took care of almost 100% - hit and according to government dropped their growth to -0.4% in less than a year. 29. In an allafrica.com’s June 2013 article, the Liberia Institute for Public Integrity (LIPI) lamented that over 60% of Liberians didn’t have access to safe and pure drinking water at the time Madam Sirleaf serves as Africa’s Goodwill Ambassador for Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH). In March 2015, at programs marking World Water Sanitation and Hygiene Day, a conglomeration of Liberia’s Civil Society Organizations expressed their frustration about government’s utter lack of interest in providing safe and pure
20
drinking water for her citizens. Mr. Timothy Kpeh, head of the Youth and Disabled Wash Network, speaking on behalf of the CSOs said government should not have been celebrating a day that has to do with the provision of safe drinking water, when in fact Liberians are still not accessing safe drinking water and improved sanitation. The CSOs blamed Madam Sirleaf for this embarrassment and gave her government a 90-day ultimatum to implement just one of the 17 recommendations enshrined within the Liberian WASH Compact, which has to do with the establishment of a WASH Commission (http://www.shout-africa.com). Meanwhile, this same Madam Sirleaf was heard lying in her January 2015 State of the Nation’s Address that around 68% of Liberians now had access to safe drinking water. Though we could go on and on listing these fearful narratives about your mischievous maneuvers and workings, let’s pause for now, but with a great deal of broken heart, to have you informed that all of what we have listed here, among many more, are not just unique to you, Madam President, but are very common traits and characteristics attributable to almost all Americo-Liberian presidents, and by extension, almost all Americo-Liberian elements. So to you again Madam Sirleaf, we say, apart from the above long list of misdemeanors and crimes, which you will be convincingly guilty of at least 80%, if not all, you and many of the top brass of your administration are proven criminals through an internationally approved due process. You were all formally indicted and ‘convicted’ in a special judicial arrangement, the Truth and Reconciliation Process, as hardcore criminals responsible for countless crimes against humanity such as the cold-blooded murdering, maiming, raping of our poor people etc., and the willful infliction of economic and psychological trauma and agony on our ever suffering people. The big question, Madam President becomes, where is your moral authority then over anyone for that matter? Moreover, Boss Lady, you run a government whose three branches keep conspicuously breaking every law themselves, while at the same time cruelly subjecting our people to inhumane treatments and illegal and long jail sentences in the name of dispensing justice. Are you honestly convinced that criminals like you can fight crime, or you are just on another spate of revenge against us, the Natives, as your Americo-Liberian Declaration of Independence has implicitly instructed you to do? Why for example would you sit there in most instances and create the condition for choiceless and defenseless people to agitate for their survival and wellbeing, and when these agitations go the wrong way, again, most times, if not all times, due to your (the socalled government’s) ineptitude and negligence, then you grab our poor people and treat them perpetually like domesticated animals? ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, MADAM PRESIDENT!!!!! We now begin the process of challenging your Americo-Liberian Government’s moral authority and its social and democratic legitimacy by posing to you the following key questions among many more we still have for you:
21
1) What kind of justice system do you have when you use our meager state resources (hundreds of thousands of US Dollars in a single case, for example, the Hans Williams’ case), conducting four different autopsy formalities, just to free this one Americo-Liberian rape and murder convict, but you are cruel enough, in order to use us as your cannon fodders and sacrificial lambs etc., to round us up from our poor homes and villages in Grand Gedeh, brutally separating us from our livelihood activities and our family members and loved ones in the name of fighting crime for neighboring Ivory Coast, and pretentiously satisfying the United Nations, by sending us to jail for life? Among many genuine points, you were neither formally requested by the Ivorian authorities to help them arrest any suspected criminals, nor were you given a list by the Ivorian authorities to help them perform any such role; the Ivorian Government did neither arrest and turn us over to you based on some bilateral arrangement, nor did you go and arrest us on Ivorian soil, your alleged crime scene, or arrest us at the border, crossing with arms or ammunition to and from the Ivory Coast; no one as yet even understands the workings of your so-called anti-mercenary laws etc., but you went ahead, in pursuit of your age-old vendetta against the Natives, and arrested us from our homes, and locked us up for life because our names are Nyezee Baway, Isaac Taryon, Stephen Gloto, Prince Youty, Emmanuel Mah, Moses Baryee, Moses Sarpee, Sam Tarley, Jacob Saydee, Mohammed Massaquoi, and 3 borrowed/adopted surnames of James Lee Cooper, Morris Cole, and Alfred James (Daily Observer, December 2, 2014; http://article.wn.com, March 19, 2015 etc.), and we are not sons of the original Browns, Williams, Weeks etc. But be aware that we are closing in on this NASTY 200 year old chapter now, God willing. 2) What moral authority does your Americo-Liberian Justice system have over us, when it can indict a Clemenceau Urey, a Stephen Dunbar, a whole Legislature etc. (with the complicity of you yourself, the President) for economic crimes you all committed since 2006 – 2007, and the countless concession laws you (and your government) have, and continue to break, with no action taken, but this same government, with its justice system will have the audacity to sentence us, poor, helpless people to 10 year imprisonment just because we demonstrated for our own economic rights (which will NEVER be given to us by any Americo-Liberian Government), and some things went wrong in the process? Did you and your government ever take into account who created the conditions for these unbearable realities in the first place, that are leading to these strong resentments and consequential actions? Have you and your government ever realized that government in this Black American outcasts’ country doesn’t provide any fair and easy recourse to justice for any of these problems? If you disagree, can you show any proof of one case? Does the government know that apart from stealing our resources under the guise of signing concession agreements, its so-called president (you) have been in the business (according to our county authorities) of “crediting” the little proceeds that supposed to come to us yearly? Have you addressed yourself to any of these NASTY situations? Then instead of arranging a reasonable roundtable session for
22
us to resolve these issues and share the blame for what has happened (the claimed destruction during the demonstration that was beyond our control), you have decided to use your already rotten court system to sentence us to 10 year imprisonment (www.liberianobserver.com /Weeping in Bassa – 12 defendants guilty for multiple crimes”; Voice FM Costa Show/April 20, 2015; Fabric FM News, April 21, 2015 etc.). This we know, is all because our names are Fred Saye, Yei Dokie, Prince Zeaduah, Jerome Zumeh, Wilson Gondo, Wuo Gballah, Peter Zuweh, William Gbanda, Saye Jebolo, Saye Garteh, and Oretha Gono, and we are not the children of the Ureys, the Johnsons, the McClains etc. But the time has come to resist you to the letter, God willing! 3) Your immoral and partial Americo-Liberian Anti-Corruption Commission will repeatedly bring up cases like those involving the mismanagement or simply the stealing of County and Social Development Funds by Legislative and Executive Officers (LACC 2013 annual report for instance); cases of corruption involving key members of the Executive Branch (“); cases involving big names, for example, like Speaker J. Alex Tyler, Rep. Adolph Lawrence, Superintendent/Senator J. Milton Teahjay etc. and many more, and there will be absolutely NO court appearances with respect to these kinds of so-called indictments because the perpetrators or the suspects of the alleged crimes are Tylers and Lawrences or criminally well-connected Native stooges, but this same AntiCorruption Commission will ensure at all costs that people bearing the names like Beatrice Munnah Sieh, Albert Bropleh, Lusu Sloghn, Jenkins Yonly, Jonathan Geegbae, Patrick Akinremi, Anthony Nyonle etc. are harassed and made to appear in court – to the point of handcuffing some of them in the streets (even if they will not be found guilty by the courts, since it’s now proven that corruption is not a crime in Liberia, but an instrument of witch-hunt used by your Americo-Liberian Government when you want to get at someone). Your main point here, in many cases, is that people bearing these names must be disgraced, but you will do all you can, through delay tactics and other forms of tricks, to ensure that the dignities of people bearing the other surnames are preserved (http://www.frontpageafricaonline.com, October 24, 2014/ Liberia’s Graft Agency Submits Top Dogs For Prosecution; Daily Observer, January 4, 2013 etc.). But be aware that a countdown to the abolition of this kind of uncivilized dispensation of justice has already begun! Let’s not forget what Martin Luther King, Jr. said once: “Law and order exist for the purpose of establishing justice, but when they fail in this purpose, they become the dangerous structured dams that block the flow of all social progress.” 4)
While your Kangaroo Justice Corruption Fight will exempt names like T. Nelson Williams (though his name appears in countless General Auditing Commission Reports for multiple acts of corruption and malpractices whose monetary values are beyond measure), Augustine Ngafuan, Amara Konneh, Dr. Chris Toe, Louseni Donzo, Miatta Beysolow, Rennie Jackson etc. (because these are special names that perform special stealing missions for you, the Americo-Liberian President and your top officials, for
23
which they have grown legally above Liberian Laws), your government’s corruption fight’s axe is so fast to fall on the heads of names like poor Pewee Flomo, the NOCAL Junior Accountant that your Judiciary jailed for two years the last time and asked to restitute US$16, 000 (ELBC, August 27, 2014), when NOCAL itself cannot account in any way for the tens of millions of US Dollars it earns in this country every year to the point that it has even now broken down; the poor Native Wesley Jlue of the National Drugs Service that your Judiciary sentenced in 2015 to 5 years imprisonment for what you called the stealing of US$179,183.06, while you and your Finance Minister stole US$13 million intended for the health sector in 2013 and your government can never convincingly account for the over US$460 million that has been reportedly used on the health sector since 2006 (Radio Veritas, April 1, 2015). Your Americo-Liberian Government has again used its partial and criminal justice dispensation techniques to illegitimately jail some former officials of the Forestry Development Authority for what it calls economic crimes involving the alleged issuance of Private Used Permits for logging. Because these guys bear such surnames as Moses Wogbeh, John Kamara, Benedict Sargbeh, David Blayee, Torwon Yantay etc. and they are not criminally well connected in your highly mischief-making institution called government, they have been sentenced for 10 years, while your Americo-Liberian Florence Chenoweth and others who headed these people and approved all the so-called illegal PUPs go scot-free swimming in the river of impunity (FrontPage Africa, April 3, 2015 etc.). Meanwhile for corruption, this same Americo-Liberian Government, with the preponderance of proofs it had against the former Charles Gyudee Bryant’s interim government and the international pressure for her to set a new legal precedent in the fight against corruption, went ahead and acquitted ALL of the accused top dogs in that government like Mr. Bryant himself, Edwin Snowe, Richard Devine, Orishall Gould and the likes, on grounds that Government lied on these names, as they were never involved with any acts of economic sabotage, or any forms of economic crimes at all (www.theperspective.org, June 3, 2009). Even the Amnesty International bitterly decried this ugly situation and described this GOL’s action as a major setback in the fight against corruption (http://www.amnesty.org). The sad picture that your successive Americo-Liberian authorities continue to demonstrate when it comes to the dispensation of justice can be equated to what Aristotle meant when he said, “At his best, man is the noblest of all animals, but separated from law and justice, man becomes the worst of all animals. This is the NASTY situation that we must fight to turn the tables against now, as this country continues to run like an animal farm since the Black American criminals, your forefathers, landed on our soil in 1822. 5) About five years back, you, Madam President lied to the country (chicanery) that you and your government were going to create 20,000 jobs per annum (mainly targeting the youths). This lie continues to endure today. While we, the helpless and disappointed youths (over 99% of which are children of the Yarkpawolos again) try to find some living by taking onto riding motorbikes as a form of self-employment, we have now
24
turned into a target of deadly attacks by members of your Americo-Liberian Security Forces. Your army and your police officers who bear batches with flags and other symbols that brutally neglect the interest of the ‘Yarkpawolos” began a wave of killing us (peaceful, armless bike riders) some time ago in 2015, to the point of killing three of us for no reason just within a short space of time (Fabric FM News, April 21, 2015). Pushed to the wall because we have a system that cares less about citizens, we took to the streets in protest, and in the process, rioting ensued that saw some properties get destroyed. Instead of first getting to the drawing board to solve this problem through some fair and transparent blame sharing (knowing that you are the root cause of all this), your first step, as usual, was to grab 30 of us (genuinely protesting sons of the Yarkpawolos, the bike riders) and arraigned us in court for multiple crimes, including so-called criminal attempt to murder, criminal attempt to rape, criminal mischief etc. (www.liberianobserver.com, April 24, 2015 etc.) without the world first hearing about what had become of your agents who had cold-bloodedly murdered our friends for no reasons. The next news that will come from your kangaroo courts, we know, will be long jail sentences for us, in addition to the already long pre-trial detention we will surely have to suffer first. Again, we say here, you and your institutions lack all remorse of conscience, and we are going to resist this move to the letter God willing – no matter what we are going through today. While we could go on asking you more of these questions that you will NEVER provide any concrete answers to, or while we could go on listing all of your criminalities and boldface lies here, things that are attributable to almost all Americo-Liberian presidents, we want to stop here and sound these great caveats in line with our revolutionary agenda, that the time has come for the names Johnsons, McClains, Bernards, Jones, Tubmans etc. to take onto private lives and leave our public sector alone, as you all have strangely taken 160+ years to prove the Americans right to the world that you (the Americo-Liberians ) are mere promoters of mischief and criminally oriented breed of Black Americans who totally lack every iota of self-governance. You, Madam Sirleaf, the most educated, knowledgeable, advanced and exposed of Americo-Liberian presidents have been a God-sent person to come and let members of the 16 indigenous communities of this country know now that it is time to rise up and take over our country, redesign it, and take control of our own destinies, while you the Jones, Johnsons, Weeks etc. take the back seats since we will not be so cruel to ostracize you guys like what your former slave masters did to you 200+ years back. We will instead create a system that will rehabilitate you because banishment and ostracism are God’s, and not man’s. We are to love one another, but with fairness and justice at the helm of our love. Madam Sirleaf, you have validated all of the age-old warnings and pieces of advice extended to us, from tribal backgrounds, that one of the major troubles we face is our continuous willingness to allow criminals, you the Americo-Liberians, to rule over our destinies forever, while using us as stooges against our fellow brothers and sisters. Here are
25
some of the observations or caveats sounded to us with respect to this situation; most of which have been published us by www.theperspective.org: a) Sir John Simon of the British Foreign Service, on May 29, 1934 wrote to the world that: “it would be a dereliction or neglect of duty to civilization if the misgovernment of the native tribes of Liberia was to be allowed to continue.” Note: He was referring to you guys, the Johnsons, Joneses, and McClains continuously being allowed to be in our public sector. You guys surely have an everlasting damaging influence on society according to history. b) Dr. Ibrahim K. Sundiatta of Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts, visited Liberia right before the 1980 coup and wrote extensively about this country and its peculiar history, including the following prescient commentary: “The reform-minded, unselfish native intellectuals – men like D. Twe and F. W. M. Morias etc. and the idea of a native republic received little support from any quarter (anywhere from the outside world). Yet, it was [or it is] here, that the greatest possibility of change lays. …. [If] an indigenous Western educated elite with strong connections to the traditional rulers (eg. Senyo Juah Nimley) and political groupings could come to the fore, the political structure of Liberia would have come to resemble that of many African states in the post-colonial period. It is evident that, in the 1930s, the idea of a West African Republic representing such a union of forces presented an anathema (opposition, hatred etc.) to a wide spectrum of outside opinion….” (Ref 5) c) For Dr. Charles Johnson of the League of Nations’ Investigation team, what he claimed to have seen when he visited this country, that Liberia was [is] a nation conceived solely as a haven for freed American slaves to the detriment of the majority indigenes. Note: Each time the Johnsons, Reaves, Greene, and so on, are given power, and with their name Liberia still maintained on our beautiful Grain Coast, Dr. Johnson’s observation will be our fate forever. A hint to the wise is quite sufficient! As a glaring proof of these and many similar claims, after 194 years of your running of statehood, including the long years you, Madam Sirleaf have had in power, the country has not broken with any past, and in fact, things relatively continue to turn worse with respect to our moving times of today. Every current event; every historical fact; every intellectual and scholastic masterpiece on this Dull country etc., establishes the fact that America and her Americo-Liberians had gotten it all wrong with the spiritual, moral, economic, political, and psychological arguments and ingredients that went into the design of this Liberia, beginning with that fateful meeting held in Washington D. C. in December 1816 that brought forth the American Colonization Society, and this DIRTY legacy continues on. For example: a. Young Martin Kollie of the University of Liberia describes this Americo-Liberian state as follows:
26
A global recycle bin where waste products of all kinds [including problematic human beings] are sent for storage…., and this is truly how America and the ACS sadly designed Liberia Martin also laments how Liberia has turned into a trash can and a garbage ground for foreign experimentation and exploitation (www.theperspective.org). * Martin apparently didn’t know that this has been Liberia’s fate since 1822. b. The British described Liberia as a mere philanthropic experiment, according to Prof. Joseph S. Guannu’s Liberian History Up to 1847 c. Jacob Massaquoi and Lawrence Zumo, both Diaspora Liberians, had the following sad descriptions of Mama Country, in their debate for placing this failed, rogue state under trusteeship (www.theperspective.org): A country in which majority of the people live in grinding poverty and deprivation, while a tiny fraction of the citizenry bask in stupendous wealth and unbridled (unchecked, unrestrained, unchallenged) political power A tiny problem-prone West African State that for nearly 200 years has continued to baffle the best gnomes (malfunctions, glitches, bugs etc.) of proper governance and geopolitics A nation with structural governance deficit and lack of justice A country with an extreme form of limited statehood A country with a 2 century old history of stagnation, misrule and economic retrogression, and one that is also cursed by serious historical missteps and continuing layers upon layers of uncorrected injustices A country that has remained in a perpetual state of failure so much so that any system perturbation to it (in the Liberian parlance, any bush shaking) will always degenerate into a major threat to world peace, world health, and world security A country with so many bad externalities that its problems are surprisingly immense and ultimately threatening to frontiers that span beyond its own borders d. This is a country which has now gone through more than 18 different experiences of substantial bloodbaths in its 194 year history, with the last round lasting for 14 consecutive years, which the whole world has been trying to relieve in these past 13 or so years, using over US$50 billion, and sadly, it has again produced another global worry called Ebola, which is leading the international community into another untold waste of around US$10 – 15 billion. While this is ongoing, Liberia’s State Radio, ELBC reported some time ago that a serious post-Ebola medical challenge is now emerging as the country takes on its Ebola free status. This new health challenge, which is due largely to Liberia’s carelessness, vulnerability, ineptitude, and criminality etc. will soon turn into a world problem. It has to do with multiple Ebola survivors now coming down
27
with different health complications including blindness, impotency, facial and other body deformation etc. Poor Jemama Konneh of Monrovia’s suburban Brewerville is the living witness and a major victim. (ELBC, April 20, 2015). e. Liberia is a country that, during the course of its recent 14 year civil war, was described by former Tanzania President Julius Nyerere as “first and foremost” an African problem, with respect to the economic crisis and overhead that it was posing to fellow African countries, as Liberia’s 21 different rounds of peace accords and other warrelated activities kept placing serious economic strain on the meager resources of the African governments that were involved in resolving the crisis (http://journals.hil.unb.ca) f. This is a country that has had 200 long years of pseudo national existence and a very delusional sovereignty (www.theperspective.org) g. Dr. James Ciment of New York describes the Liberian debacle as a [living] example of America’s ugly affairs with slavery, which produced an illegitimate, yet potently abrasive (cruelly rude) child named the Republic of Liberia, a nation with a twisted approach and [a thwarted] modus operandi (idem) h. Cllr. Tiawon Gongloe labels Liberia as a country whose [professed] dream remains elusive, and a country still fighting to live up to the true meaning of its name after one century and a half, and a country that practices a defacto Black Apartheid etc. (www.theperspective.org). i. Liberia Business Association Boss, D. Maxwell Kimaya claims that the country is a place of Economic Apartheid. j. Politician Darious Dillon says, Liberia is the only country on the planet that if you travel and come back 25 years later, you will always see all the communities just as you left them, if not even in much worse conditions. But just as a building must be constructed based upon the design, input or advice of a construction or civil engineer, the construction of nationhood or statehood must be advised and informed by seasoned political and civic engineers. If this is true, then there can be no clear cut way to conclude this embarrassing Liberian debacle other than what the astute professor and authority of political science at both the University of Liberia and the Indiana University in the USA, Dr. Amos C. Sawyer said about this country. Prof. Sawyer, after all of his historical and empirical analyses of this country, is quoted by Jo Sullivan of the Salem Public Schools in the US as saying that “the idea of Liberia was flawed in conception, design and implementation” (http://www.footstepsmagazine.com/Teahers’_Guide_Prepared_By_Jo_Sullivan, Salem Public Schools etc.)
28
Now, Madam President, as children of God and honest patriots, the big challenge we all have now is “what do we do with this glaringly embarrassing reality”? “Should we sit by and allow this big mess called Liberia to flourish?” Will this established mess be able to fix itself out with the passage of time, and not with the sweat, blood and tears of men and women taking matters into their own hands and standing up for change”? We, of the Plain Truth Revolution, being children of God and counting on His miraculous power do believe that something can be done about our country’s situation now, but that the truth MUST be unequivocally established first, as we have started with you here – no mincing words, no matter how difficult it may be to put out these harsh, honest truths. We also believe that God works wonders for human beings, but does not do so in a vacuum, or in an empty space, or over nothing at all. He loves to miraculously add up to what we already have – whether as dreams, roadmaps, game plans etc. That’s truly who our Creator is!!! In the Bible, for example, when Moses was faced with the challenge of how to cross the children of Israel through the Red Sea, with Egyptian troops already closer to them, He asked Moses to use whatever was in his hand. Of course Moses only had a rod in his hand, and everyone knows what became of this rod, or what Moses accomplished with this rod. When Jesus’ disciples were terribly challenged with the issue of feeding over 5,000 hungry people that had come to listen to the gospel message, but got hungry, Jesus asked the disciples to bring whatever they had available, and they brought 5 loafs of bread with 2 pieces of fish which He turned into surplus to feed all 5,000 persons with enough of left overs etc. In the case of the Plain Truth Revolution, with our Liberian problem perceived and established as the greatest of all social problems in this world, during this 21st century, we do have a 7-point revolutionary agenda, we hope to win souls to help the country pursue very aggressively. We would not have gotten out so publicly, beginning to pull this old bull by the horn, if we hadn’t properly constructed these 7 points, with a game plan on how they can be achieved for our dear country by the grace of God. Our 7 revolutionary points are also referred to as Septuplet for Total Rebirth (SEPTOR). Although we are of the firm conviction that our country has got everything wrong from the very beginning, and sadly, that this curse of keep having everything terribly wrong continues unabated to date, for which a complete revolution is the ONLY way out of our situation, our revolution aims to first tackle these 7 key issues. As such, we do demand the legitimization and subsequent commissioning of these 7 revolutionary provisions at a proposed, but also demanded National Rebirth and Constitutional Convention (NRCC or NRC2) to be held as quickly as possible (i.e. between now and the close of 2017, at which full and bolder national debates into these issues will be conducted, with results adopted, and that all other new adjustments, provisions and amendments to our new national framework will be considered for action. Provisions within our SEPTOR, which place more

emphases on what today’s scholars call “juristocracy” or the judicialization of politics therefore, are as follows: 1. A national mandate or resolution declaring (or if one may say re-declaring) our independence. What we have here is NEVER an independence. A few criminals just assembled themselves somewhere and imposed some very limited level of sovereignty on us just for their own personal gains. We must gain our true independence from America and her Americo-Liberians now. 2. A national mandate for the rewriting of a completely new constitution. 3. A resolution/national mandate for the complete change of name for our country, and a redesign of all of its emblems and symbols 4. A national resolution for the compulsory and immediate setting up of a Claims Court under the new national arrangement 5. A national resolution mandating the commissioning of some legal proceedings against the United States Government in pursuit of reparations, which must comprise two components: (1) a written apology from the U.S Government for all of the wrongs they have committed, and continue to commit against our country and its people, as shall be authenticated at the proceedings; and, (2) the construction of a new world class capital city, with modern zoning standards, connected to all 15 counties’ capitals with paved 4lane roads. 6. A national resolution mandating the commissioning of legal proceedings against the Americo-Liberian ethnic group of this country, in pursuit of a 100 year ban from politics and governance for all their cruel activities against the indigenous population and their complete failure to ever put up any form of sound and responsible leadership and selfgovernance in this country, for which our country can boast of no substantial achievement for its very old age. These claims plus more will be established and authenticated at the proposed proceedings. 7. A national resolution on the compulsory and immediate setup of a Ministry of Civic Education, to begin operations concomitantly with the coming into being of the new nation. This will be the most staffed and the busiest of all ministries in our new country from the word go until later, or forever. The last unnumbered agenda item of course will be Miscellaneous, which will include several distinct points, as follows: One of the miscellaneous points of our NRCC will be the unconditional replacement of the unproductive Presidential form of Democracy we have now, to a Parliamentary Democracy, wherein we will have some ceremonial president (called head of state), though with reserve powers, and a Prime Minister to head the Government, meaning the Executive and the Legislature. Some of the key arguments that are going into this change include: (a) we want to try out something new, which looks more promising than the old one, for helping us to speedily move forward, as a badly left behind people on this Planet; (b) we are tired with the practice of putting all of our eggs into one basket, especially in a twisted way, as is being done currently, whereby all power just sits in one American Colonial master surrogate, called President in this place, who just does everything here,
30
at their will and pleasure, unchallenged and unchecked. We now want two most powerful persons, a head of state, and a head of government – with distinct functions too – in our country, who also will be accountable to the authority of a 57-member welleducated, principle-minded, and well-organized Legislative body, representing the cream of the crop of our 16 indigenous ethnic groups, and our other three key communities of citizens by birth (the Whites, the Fulas, and a small, separate group of other Africans). There is a little reservation here on these last three groups with respect to top leadership position in Government for now, until proper adjustments are made). (c) One of the commonly attributed advantages to the system that we now demand, i.e. parliamentary system, is that it is faster and easier to pass legislation, as the executive branch is formed by the direct or indirect support of the legislative branch and often includes members of the legislature; (d) In addition to quicker legislative action, parliamentary governments, do have attractive features for nations that are ethnically, racially, or ideologically divided; (e) In a parliamentary system, with a collegial executive, power is more divided; (f) The Prime Minister is seldom as important as a ruling president, and there tends to be a higher focus on voting for a party and its political ideas than voting for an actual person etc. Some other findings, according to Wikipedia, that substantiate our claims here are as follows, among many more: (a) In his 1867 book “The English Constitution”, Walter Bagehot praised parliamentary governments for producing serious debates; for allowing change in power without an election, and for allowing elections at any time; (b) Some scholars like Juan Linz, Fred Riggs, Bruce Ackerman, and Robert Dahl claim that parliamentary governments are less prone to authoritarian collapse. These scholars point out that since World War II, two-thirds of Third World countries establishing parliamentary governments successfully made the transition to democracy. By contrast, no Third World presidential system successfully made the transition to democracy without experiencing coups and other constitutional breakdowns; (c) A recent World Bank study found that parliamentary systems are associated with less corruption etc. Therefore, during its concluding stages, the National Rebirth and Constitutional Convention will set up a Revolutionary ad hoc Elections Commission which will later conduct elections among our 19 qualified ethnic groups for a 57-member Revolutionary Interim Parliament immediately succeeding the convention. Our research categorically establishes that the Grain Coast of today, (i.e. “Liberia”) now has 20 ethnic groups – which include the 16 indigenous African Ethnic groups, the Americo-Liberians, a sizeable group of White citizens by birth (predominantly Lebanese), a sizeable group of Fulas, who are citizens by birth, and need to be distinguished as a separate ethnic group, and finally, a Minority Group of other Africans, who are either defacto or dejure citizens here by birth, including some small number of Ghanaians, Ivoirians, Nigerians etc. who will constitute their own ethnic group. We use 19 qualified ethnic groups above to maintain that Americo-Liberians, based upon all of the available historical and current event realities, are non-political or nonleadership materials until they are rigorously rehabilitated and disciplined, thus making them absolutely unqualified for any effort at self or national governance right now. This is a
31
no-compromise argument of the Plain Truth Revolution. Note: If you really want why more emphasis is being laid on Ethnic Groupings in our revolution, then please get the pamphlet, “Unspeakable Ethnic Suppression, Liberia’s Original Sin: Who Accounts and Makes Amends for It Now!!” and read more; then further go, please to our YouTube website and download our podcast about how we want to use the other side of Ethnicity called Ethnic Mapping or Profiling to unlock our country that has been locked by America and her Americo-Liberians using the very negative key of Ethnicity called Ethnocentrism. With this clarity made, the first major responsibility of our demanded Revolutionary Parliament is the setup of a complete interim government through Parliamentary votes and other processes. What will make this proposed Parliament truly revolutionary is the fact that our ad hoc commission will be instructed to conduct elections from among the 19 qualified Ethnic groups to elect 3 members of parliament (MPs) each, whose qualifications will be restricted to such key things as: (a) At least a proven Master’s Degree and above; (b) Must be able to appreciatively speak the local language which he/she represents; (c) Must have very little or no prior active engagement, if possible, with mainstream “former” Government of Liberia; (d) Must be permanently resident in our country; (e) Must be relatively established, and of good moral and ethical conduct etc. Note: Education will be a very serious priority here, and a priority of our new nation henceforth because for far too long, our criminal Americo-Liberian counterparts, who have been ‘front-running’ their society, have kept us under the fake impression that education doesn’t matter; they have joked with education, such that almost 99.9% of even the very few ‘educated’ people in this country are sadly half-way educated, and so, all of their solutions to burning problems of our times are half-baked. For instance, these criminal Americo-Liberians, have always had a first branch of government, with predominantly illiterate elements, and sometimes completely numbskulls etc., and expecting to ever make progress with such a NASTY condition, failing to realize that sound, quality education is the foundation for all that we do successfully on this Planet. Let’s get a gist of what a US Congressional Research Expert on African Affairs, Mr. Nicolas Cook had to say about Liberia’s 21st century Legislature, which is also representative of the entire government, then we will back Mr. Cook’s claims with observations made by a few local Legislative reporters too, about the current Legislature/government, including what even a lawmaker himself said, all of these without prejudice to our fellow countrymen, who we believe one way or the other, have been subjected to these mocking situations by America and her Americo-Liberians:
32
Nicolas Cook: “…A key impediment (meaning, some of the obstacles to putting up maximum leadership for the country) is the relative inexperience of many of Liberia’s legislators. ….In meetings attended by the author (referring to himself, Mr. Cook) in July 2006, many members expressed a need for instruction or information regarding the basic functions of being a legislator, the workings of the committee system, and the legislature’s oversight, appropriations, authorizing, and constituent relations roles. In many cases, Members are unable to turn to their own personal staffs to provide expertise on legislative functions because, as it is common across the public sector in Liberia, many staff lack appropriate training or job-specific skills….. The two chambers largely lack bill drafting expertise, and most bills are drafted by the executive branch or by outside organizations. Parliamentary record keeping capacity is also limited; legislative debates and votes are recorded by hand, in part due to a lack of audio or stenographic recording equipment. Legislative debates and decisions, therefore, are reportedly often documented incompletely and sometimes erroneously….. Some Liberians, including some legislators, as well as outside observers are also concerned that legislators’ lack of knowledge regarding their normative and constitutional roles as representatives of the public might cause some to seek to use their offices for purposes of private gain, rather than to serve the public. Such concerns were highlighted in October 2006 when, just prior to the slated start of a U.S.supported project to rehabilitate the Capitol Building, several Liberian news reports described acts of alleged “looting” of the Capitol Building by some Members (i.e. lawmakers) and staff of the Legislature, who were reported to have removed and appropriated government property for personal use from the Capitol. Similar concerns reportedly arose in relation to Legislative negotiations relating to the recently enacted Forestry Law Reforms. According to informed observers, during talks prior to the passage of the Forestry Reforms, some Legislators made remarks suggesting that they viewed a successful outcome of the reform process as being one in which they personally—as persons…, in contrast to [people representing] the general Liberian public itself— could directly benefit from [the ongoing] processes, such as the allocation of forestry concessions or revenues…...( Liberia's Post-War Development: Key Issues and U.S. Assistance: Nicolas Cook, Specialist in African Affairs - May 19, 2010: Congressional Research Service: 75700: www.crs.gov : RL33185 : CRS Report for Congress: Prepared for Members and Committees of Congress). Then comes Farbric F. M.’s New Dawn presentations for August 26, 2015 and November 17, 2015 respectively, featuring a few Legislative reporters making comments on the workings and comportment of the Liberian Legislature thus far, which again is representative of the whole government, capped by comments once made by Rep. Gabriel Smith of Grand Bassa County. Sorry that we could not get some of the reporters’ full name: (a) Keith Morris: …There’s no coordination in the administrative structure of the whole country…[There’s a serious climate of deceit in the government, so much so], that people/officials come to the public and talk different things, but behind the scenes, they mean quite different things…(Farbric New Dawn, August 26, 2015) (b) Musa: - The Legislature is always in agreement with the Executive just for the sake of appeasement (…(Farbric New Dawn, August 26, 2015)); “…..Grand Cape Mount County appears like it doesn’t even have any representation; Rivergee has lawmakers who only
33
back others’ arguments on the floor, but don’t bring up any substantial issues on their own; for almost the entire 4th sitting of this 53rd Legislature, Grand Gedeh County Zoe Pennue for example, only commented once during a debate on the TRC etc. (Farbric New Dawn, November 17, 2015) (c) Dayboy: - the presidency is not administratively organized [at all], and the Legislature is noted for [mere] grandstanding...” (Idem) (d) One of them suggested that the Speaker has no regards for Parliamentary best practices, with no one even daring to bring him into check. They said, in demonstration of this handicap, during the peak of the Speaker’s ongoing US$25,000 corruption saga, he mockingly selected all those who were on his side to form an investigative panel to try those who opposed him (i.e. the few of their colleagues who were rampaging because their letter to plenary against the Speaker was not placed on the body’s agenda for discussion). At the close of the day, all those that opposed Speaker Alex Tyler were adjudged guilty and punished….” (Farbric New Dawn, November 17, 2015) Rep. Gabriel Smith, Grand Bassa County – Responding to, or addressing concerns about the Legislature’s own share of the blame in all of the economic mess being experienced by the country, he bluntly says, “We too, as lawmakers have limitations. We pass on these agreements [referring to Liberia’s always bogus, criminal concession agreements] with little or no knowledge on the sector. We rely on the expertise of a few of our colleagues to advise us, and by that, we make the political decisions… (www.frontpageafricaonline.com.../Nocal Blame Game...) Note: No breed of leaders with such careless, ignorant and criminal comportment, under such a criminal superstructure, like the GOL, can ever bring sanity, talk less about development to a people, even if afforded 1 billion years to keep trying!!!!This again, is without prejudice to our fellow countrymen. Back to our main point, not to make things difficult for the new Revolutionary Parliament, the Plain Truth Revolution proposes in advance a list of possible Interim Presidential candidates, i.e. the first ceremonial president of our new parliamentary democracy, which the Legislature shall be voting upon. Plain Truth believes in these names because of several reasons, including (a) their established in-depth knowledge of the “Liberian” problem; (b) their deep and proven Ethnic African backgrounds, (c) their very high levels of education or professionalism, (d) their observed strong stances on issues; and (e) their convincingly demonstrated principle-mindedness etc. As such, our possible candidates based on these and many more beautiful yardsticks, for the proposed Revolutionary Interim Parliament to vote upon as Interim Head of State, to lay the foundation of our new country in line with the Septuplet for Total Rebirth (SEPTOR), are as follows, not to waste any time: 1. Prof. Dr. Twan Wleh 2. Prof. Dr. Joseph Saye Guannue
34
3. Dr. Yarsuo Weh Dorliae 4. Dr. Tokpah Nah Tipoteh 5. Mr. ‘Tarbarosa Tarponweh’ 6. Imam/Mr. Ali Krayee 7. Pastor/Mr. Solomon T. Juah 8. Cllr. Tiawon S. Gongloe 9. Rodney Sieh 10. Mr. Thomas Doe-Nah While we desire to completely break with the past, in terms of such things as Liberia’s usually crowded playing field of candidates that confuse already deluded voters, we are also mindful here that some of the people nominated by our revolution above may decline their nomination, while others, instead of standing, may want to place their support behind another nominated colleague. The Revolutionary Parliament too will also have to do its own due diligence in line with some of its own set of criteria. If all these variables go into place, we may then expect a race of at least 3 or 4, which will make the race competitive. But one thing that the Plain Truth Revolution is assured of, by God’s grace, is that with the criteria set for parliament members above, we will have a very educated, principle-minded and nationalistic Legislature, which will rigorously checkmate the actions of the Interim President that they themselves shall have elected, in line with our SEPTOR. We are also confident that any one of the persons named above, when chosen as President by our Parliament, cognizant of what this country has gone through, and is still facing today, will put aside their selfish interests and serve God’s suffering children in this place excellently. We have chosen them because we believe in their abilities, and not for any favor, and these choices are being made without anyone of the party’s prior knowledge or consent. It is revolutionary. Other miscellaneous issues in addition to this could be brought in at the convention. Suggestions, recommendations and proposals covering different concerns will be entertained from all delegates to the convention, then acted upon, and finally documented appropriately. The Plain Truth Revolution is very proud of the United States of America, and we (meaning our envisaged new nation) strongly aspire to be like them in splendor and magnificence, by copying all of their good examples (in their entireties, and not negatively partially, like what you the Americo-Liberians have done here). To this effect, history has told us that America didn’t survive and become as strong and great as we see it today based upon the discussions, debates and arrangements done at a single pre-independence national consensus building activity or meeting like in the case of DULL Liberia today. Our history says three different rounds of citizens’ groupings, though with the same authority and overall agenda, selected from all of America’s existing thirteen states by then, met at different scheduled times, debating different issues in response to the challenges they had at hand, in a form of rebel arrangement that they referred to as congresses, outside of the power that be, which was the British Parliament, in the UK, that decided issues for the Americans, reportedly in consultation with some Colonial State Legislatures on ground.
35
These three different rounds of citizens’ groupings or congresses, which actively met and performed different key functions such as making the case to their colonial master, Britain, for America’s independence, designing the independence struggle, declaring the war for independence, designing the first constitution, designing the federal system of government etc. became known as the First Continental Congress (which for example met from September 5 to October 26, 1774 at the Carpenter’s Hall in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania), the Second Continental Congress (which met regularly between May 10, 1775 and March 1, 1781), and the Confederation Congress (which met from 1781 to 1789), that eventually set up a suitable administrative structure for the Federal Government and finally gave in to the Federal ‘United States’ Congress in 1789, after the adoption of a new Federal Constitution around this same time. So in logical terms, the current US Federal Congress that started in 1789 could be referred to as the fourth, but now more legitimized convention or congress, that set the real foundation for what we now call the United States of America today; whereas, for Liberia, only that STUPID, grossly partial pre-Mickey Mouse independence convention, held from June to July 1847, still forms the basis for statehood in this funny, illegitimate AmericoLiberian arrangement called country. Woe unto a lazy people, with no substantial accomplishments in their entire 2 century old lives!! This 4th and last outstanding ‘Continental Congress’ produced an entirely new constitution that created a much more powerful and efficient central government, one with a stronger president and powers of taxation, and a much more improved form of government than the old Confederacy. This fourth round of Congress was conducted under the great, able leadership of Mr. George Washington (who was called from private, non-political life on his farm in Virginia, where he was resting after winning the 8 year-long Revolutionary War, 4 years back). This was the beginning of the Federal Arrangement (one could say, the beginning of the real America), with George Washington voted at the convention to be the Federal Government’s first president (1788 – 1796) – a man who was later petitioned, according to sources, to go for a 3rd, 4-year presidential term because of his military and political smartness, and especially owing to the fragility of their new state, BUT categorically rejected this petition, leaving office with a strong warning and advice for all future American leaderships and generations, among other things, against any forms of foreign influence, constitutional violations, and the mushrooming of political parties – terming these tendencies as DANGEROUS to the stability and progress of any state (www.en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_America; www.en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George Washington etc.). America, also, in its 240 year history has had around 27 Nationally Approved Constitutional Amendments – each of which covered multiple strategic and cross-cutting issues that have, and continue to substantially enhance the American Society.
36
As we earlier hinted, on the continuous BAD side of history however, we have established that DULL Liberia still thrives for almost 170 years now on the myopic, bias, ethnocentric, and criminal arguments and arrangements made at a single pre-Mickey Mouse Independence National Convention of only the Johnsons, Bernards, Grippons etc. held from June to July of 1847. It is this CRIMINAL Convention that validated STINGING LIES such as: (a) all of us here are from North America; (b) the love of liberty brought us here from North America, and so, our country’s name is Liberia, due to this love of liberty; (c) we inherited a complete wilderness when we came here from America, and all that we met on ground in this ‘wilderness’ were wild beasts and not humans like ourselves etc. That is why the resulting object of this 1847 convention (i.e. this criminal Liberia), almost 200 years into its existence, continues to possess all of the NASTY profiles and records, including for example, a so-called democracy whose social contract, if one even exists, can be described as unilateral, informal and voidable, instead of being bilateral, formal and valid, between the citizens and the government; a failed project calling itself a state; a horrible warning to the world at large; a faulty ‘hyperbola’ that never holds water in any of its worthwhile endeavors etc. In fact, nations (like how business units are validated by their Articles of Incorporation), should be validated by their Declaration of Independence. And just as one proven lie in an Articles of Incorporation legally renders that document invalid, a single proven lie in a Declaration of Independence should legally render this document utterly useless too. To still be thriving on these very GREAT LIES almost 200 years on, sadly demonstrates too much of laziness, fear for concrete change, terrible disregard for fellow human beings, no matter how long in the past they lived, and a fatal lack of fear for our CREATOR, whose eternal principles of JUSTICE, MUTUAL RESPECT, AND LOVE can NEVER sleep, no matter how long it takes. ALL THIS EMBARRASSMENT MUST CHANGE NOW, GOD WILLING. The Plain Truth Revolution demands that instead of keep banging our heads on brick walls building substandard roads, inferior quality hydro-plants, and keep carrying out haphazard infrastructural projects (all on borrowed monies) etc., that in the end will still do us nothing good owing to curse, this current administration, your government, should suspend all such investments or projects, and use their allotted funding to facilitate every process leading to the holding of this proposed, but demanded National Convention for Rebirth. We feel too much pressed against time, particularly based on our desire and conviction that current US President Barack Obama and the United Nations Mission In Liberia must have some momentous stakes in these processes that promise to produce a new powerhouse in Africa that will now truly represent America’s boldness and dynamism in Africa, and that will also prove a tremendous return on the tens of billions of foreign US Dollars that the United Nations has, and continues to spend on this tiny, DULL country since 13 years now. In pursuit of this agenda, it is our prayer and urge that all well-meaning citizens across this country establish themselves into multiple small community or civil society groupings
37
(aiming to tackle this burning civic obligation for change from different positive angles), in addition to joining hands with us to launch an immediate campaign of gathering of at least 10,000 signatures to petition the current Legislature to commission a referendum for the holding of this urgently needed National Rebirth and Constitutional Convention (NRCC) that will expressly discuss the demands of this revolution. Because this is proudly the introduction of our nation’s Age of Enlightenment – no matter how late ours is coming, we have prepared 11 revolutionary pamphlets or literature, including this very one, to put you into the right frame of mind for this national enterprise because as you may be aware, information is the precious oil that lubricates any democratic process. These pamphlets try at best to put up arguments in defense of each of the points within our SEPTOR. They include: 1. Why Is This Case Considered A Revolutionary And Game-Changing One For Our Country” – this is Pamphlet #1, a “MUST READ”, and it treats in detail about how our experience at the LPRC neatly ties in with almost all of Liberia’s 194 year problems. You can get a copy at www.facebook.com/plaintruth2013; https://is.gd/cO3rbV; https://is.gd/cyZm54; https://is.gd/SnsihD. And on Google drive, it is put in both Microsoft Word and personal document formats. 2. Why Do We Need A Complete Revolution, And Not Reforms, And How Can We Conduct This Revolution” – Depending on the depth of a people’s problems, they can decide to employ gradualist, reformist political solutions, or a complete going back on the drawing board to redesign their state structure. We are saying our country must employ the second formula now – JUST NO IF AND THEN ABOUT THIS. 3. Liberia: A Small, Failed, Dirty Country, Built on the Pillars of Corruption – Here are the proofs” – This pamphlet proves beyond all your doubts – with historical evidence from 1816 to current events this 2016, that the structure or political entity called Liberia, was built on the foundation pillars of corruption and its lieutenants of deceit, ethnocentrism, chicanery etc. and until this structure is theoretically, politically, legally, and psychologically dismantled, no fight against any societal vice in this country will ever succeed. 4. Unspeakable Ethnic Suppression, Liberia’s Original Sin: Who Makes Amends For It Now?” – Liberia had been torn apart by negative ethnicity – the one called ethnocentrism, even before it was established in 1822. With ethnocentrism, one group of people say they are the superior over the rest of the people. And in fact, because Liberia’s part of ethnocentrism is so extreme, as predicted by the US Congress in 1817 that this place would be a land of aggravated mischief, the Americo-Liberians here say they are the human beings, while the rest of the 16 indigenous African Ethnic groups are animals, and as such, all policies of the Americo-Liberian Government are tactically geared – mischievously behind the scenes – to uphold this claim and belief. This pamphlet will drill you through how the Plain Truth Revolution has established this bloody reality, and has advanced its solution options in line with Divine principles 5. “How Liberia Sadly Makes Mockery Out Of The Divine Concept Of Justice” – Because the founders and societal frontrunners of Liberia themselves are predominantly criminals, and because they have an inherent hatred for the Natives, justice in this place is a complete mockery. This pamphlet gives you more details.
38
6. Liberia: A Name Associated with Misery, Poverty, Failure etc. It Must Be Changed Now!! – Just as Rep. Bhofal Chambers once said, “People change their names at certain times in order to redefine their purpose in life”, our revolution believes that its time to change this deceitful and divisive name called Liberia for a new name, as we redefine our country’s main purpose. We believe that the funny name, Liberia, is bent Hell-wards, and it’s heavily impacting our good people, and it must be changed now. Please access this pamphlet for more details. 7. Liberia’s Justifications For Demanding Reparations From America Now” – We believe all of the mess gravely affecting our society today were primarily imposed upon us by America, and she’s hell bent on continuing this trend for her economic gains if we don’t bring these facts to their attention right now, and seek appropriate reparations. ADDENDUMS 8. How Based On Its Origin, And Today’s Realities, The Structure Called Liberia Is A Big Criminal Gang, That Must Be Peacefully Dismantled Now For A Better One, Based On Better Principles. This is the first addendum to Pamphlet #1 and can be found on the same sites as the others. This addendum brings to light how almost all of the activities of the Government of Liberia, from 1822 up to this date, are downright criminal, or, are at least characterized by criminalities. 9. How, Based On Her Ancestry, And All Her Current Performance Profile Thus Far, AmericoLiberian President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf Has Got No Moral Authority Over Any Native Person For That Matter. We now endeavor to establish a new society where national leaders and all those in authority will first be of good moral standing, that’s why we decided to emphasis on this Americo-Liberian professedly ‘most educated and best’, so that those wanting to serve in our new nation will have the first ugly example to avoid in Americo-Liberian leaders. 10. 17 Solid Reasons Why We Should Demand Independence Now, Rather Than Going To Stand On Line Again In 2017 In Another Stupid Americo-Liberian Elections. – This pamphlet outlines several reasons that we believe, speak to our good people’s senses about why election now, is not a good solution to our country’s huge fundamental problems. Let’s remember that it’s only a stupid group of people who will keep using the same formula over and over again that does not produce them any genuine results. Please take this pamphlet seriously 11. If This Is The Best Of Americo-Liberian Leaderships, In Harvard-Trained Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, Then What Else Are We The Natives Waiting For To Constructively Snatch Their Arm Robbed Country Out Of The Hands Of America And Her Americo-Liberians. We say, the dangers for not acting in this direction right now, are already at our door steps. Note: Everyone, from the honorable Nobel Prize Committee to Forbes Magazine, to a long list of world leaders and opinion leaders, to Americo-Liberian Government officials etc., is lavishing praises on this Americo-Liberian “Iron Lady” as Liberia’s best, and her government as Liberia’s best. Yes, we agree with you all, but we are now saying that based upon this fact, it is now clear that we don’t belong to this NASTY state structure anymore.
If one were to find another name for our Plain Truth Revolution, they would better call it a “Reading, Writing & Civic Revolution”; a “Common Sense Revolution” or an “Enlightenment Revolution” etc. So even if you cannot read ( a pitiful condition that the founders of this failed state and their descendants, up to this age and time, keep subjecting
39
bulk of us to), we advise that you still get copies of these revolutionary items and take them over to your children or neighbor and friends to help you go through them. We also hope to get out there to you in the communities to educate you God willing, as foot soldiers, to better inform you, our suffering people, so that we all can make informed decisions and take the right collective actions by the grace of God to change our situation around for the better. We encourage our fellow compatriots not to be frightened by this big English word called ‘revolution’. It is only the evil people who can make it turn sour, but it is not meant to be sour. It is also a civilized approach to solving chronic problems. Let us take the courage; take our future into our own hands, and change our situations around under responsible community-based and other different forms of grassroots leaderships. Just as Mr. Peter Graaf, leader of the UN Intervention Team in Liberia once said during the Ebola crisis, let this Plain Truth Revolution be a matter of communities taking responsibility for their own future – not waiting for the government; not waiting for the United States; not waiting for the United Nations or the international community, as our current leaders have made us to believe to be the ONLY way out. The word revolution may just sound so big and fearprovoking, but it is just the same as every major endeavor or enterprise that men can undertake everywhere to change their lives, in such things as economics, technology, education, politics etc., or taking all together at once. Yes, it may sound difficult to do, but it is truly doable, as we will neither be the first nor the last. For many countries have successfully executed meaningful revolutions, and today, their situations have changed for the better. One revolutionary quote from British Scientist and TV Show host, Sir. Arthur C. Clarke says, “Every revolutionary idea seems to evoke three stages of reactions, which can be summed up as follows: It is completely impossible It is possible, but it’s not worth doing, and I said it was a good idea all along.” For the power that be, you must understand that when things have gone so wrong in a society to the point that a group of people will no longer understand themselves or take hold of anything substantially, the only solution is to entirely uproot old, failed systems and replace them, nothing like face lifting old unproductive systems. This can be done peacefully. But John F. Kennedy says however that if you the power that be refuse to accept a peaceful revolution, then you make a violent insurrection inevitable. In our case, we say it is our prayer that it be peaceful because in the end, all of our destinies are tied together, despite the inevitability of this change now. To close, please be informed that the Plain Truth Revolution represents 7 big constituencies of God’s children, and as such should never be considered a force to joke with, or to want to destroy. We stand all for all of the below:
40
(a) Millions in their graves today who have died at the direct cause of Americo-Liberian statesponsored and state-promoted mischief, mayhem, atrocities and other criminal activities; (b) Millions in their graves today who have died completely unaccomplished, even though they had vast potentials, but these potentials could never be explored and exploited due to America’s imperialist activities here and the Americo-Liberians’ explicit vendetta campaign against us; (c) Millions alive in our country who have missed out, or given up on the realization of their dreams and fullest potentials in life, all because their country works out every policy behind the scenes to stifle such possibility under the guise of running government; (d) The millions who have suffered untold kangaroo justice at the hands of the ever rotten Americo-Liberian Justice System in this country, and continue to suffer this same fate over and over today; (e) Our entire future generations for whom this cruel national arrangement has laid no foundation, but yet expects all of the magic of nation-building and society-stabilization etc. to be performed by them (i.e. these hopeless, “deprived and destroyed in advance” future generations; (f) citizens in the diaspora who worry a lot about what’s happening to their country, but are just unable or incapacitated, one way or the other, to impact the situation, and (g) foreign friends who love our country, and love us personally as friends, but keep worrying, what the causes are, that this country will not wake up to the true meaning of nationhood, especially for the benefit of all of its citizens etc.
All this means that it is only the devil, or the strongest of his lieutenants, who would want to thwart such a great agenda like this Plain Truth Revolution for God’s children, and if they are tempted to try anything murky or mischievous as usual, the aftermath will be very catastrophic and disastrous for everyone – something we all pray against, that’s why this strong very caveat for peaceful and civil interactions and engagements every step of the way. Having made all these points clear, we therefore urge you to please find our other numerous revolutionary materials to start reading them for us all to get on fire in unison for this much needed change by the grace of God. In mean time, we encourage you to please share your thoughts or any concerns at any of these provided email addresses herein, i.e.: plaintruthrevolution@gmail.com, plaintruthrevolution@yahoo.co.uk, or plaintruthrevolution@hotmail.com. Thank you so much for helping to change our country and making our world a safe place for current and future generations, as Liberia now truly poses a major threat to its own people and the rest of the world due to its dangerous lack of the presence of leadership and governance.
TRIBUTES TO OUR EXTRAORDINARY FRIENDS
While we have acknowledged a long list of people and institutions in all of our work, who truly deserve our honest acknowledgement, there are those who went beyond the call of duty in either inspiring us, or supporting us one way or the other, or comporting themselves, or taking actions that contribute to the compulsory nature of this revolution for our country right now. In short, the list below, which constitutes our defacto Plain Truth Revolution members won their place in this list either because they motivated us through their great excellence or through their gross negligence or very dismal performance, the both sets of behaviors which all contributed to our desire to ask God to grant us all of the courage and other virtues we needed to change our country through this civic agenda. They deserve our extra-ordinary recognition, and are thus acknowledged here as follows: Note that you access one of other articles called “Statement of Our Most Celebrated Heroes of Change” for some relative details about these special individuals’ and institutions’ contributions.
