FRANK TALK: ONCE WE DON’T ENCOURAGE, OR EVEN FORCE ALL OF OUR PEOPLE, ONE WAY OR THE OTHER – IF THAT’S WHAT IT TAKES – TO ADOPT THE CULTURE OF READING IN THIS PLACE, THINGS WILL TURN WORSE AND WORSE BY THE DAY, AND OUR ONLY PROGRESS AS A PEOPLE, WILL BE TO KEEP FIGHTING STUPID WARS AMONG OURSELVES AND WASTING INNOCENT BLOOD AFTER EVERY FEW YEARS. FOR READING IS NOT JUST FOR A CERTAIN PEOPLE, OR GOVERNMENT WORKERS ALONE, AS AMERICO-LIBERIA HAS MADE US TO BELIEVE. BUT INSTEAD, IT IS FOR ALL HUMAN BEINGS – YOUNG, OLD, BRIGHT, BLACK, POOR, RICH, AND JUST ALL!!!!! NOW, PLEASE READ THESE FEW ‘READING’ QUOTES AS A NICE BEGINNING POINT:
(1) There are crimes worse than burning books [or articles, papers, leaflets etc.], and one of such horrible crimes is your refusal to read them. – Joseph Brodsky (2) Read, Read, and Read!!! Read everything – thrash, classics, good and bad, and see how they do it. Just like a carpenter who works as an apprentice and studies the master, Read! You will absorb it. Then write. If it is good, you will find out. If it is not good, then throw it out of the window. – William Faulkner (3) If you would tell me the heart of a man, tell me not what he reads, but [rather] what he rereads. – Francois Muriac

OUR MOST CELEBRATED CONTRIBUTORS OR MOTIVATORS: OUR HEROES OF CHANGE
PREPARED BY THE PLAIN TRUTH REVOLUTION’S SECRETARIAT
PREPARED BETWEEN: JANUARY 2013 AND JANUARY 2017 Note: Because of our very deep appreciation of the work being done here by the United Nations, in addition to our confidence in the UN to ably govern all world affairs and put up an honest and constructive mentorship for the new nation that we are struggling to establish here now, far more than what the United States can do, we have prepared five big ‘sharables’ or street circulars that we call our Big 5 revolutionary statements, symbolic of the UN Security Council’s Big 5, and this is one considered our “Our Statement of Tribute to the Most Celebrated Contributors/Motivators of the Plain Truth Revolution.” Note: The remaining 4 are: (1) Our Statement Of Spiritual Backings, (2) Our Statement of the Key Event that Sparked the Plain Truth Revolution, (3) Our First Statement of National Call to Action – Spreading the Plain Truth Revolution’s Message as a Civic and Spiritual Obligation, and (4) Our Second Statement of National Call to Action – a time to peacefully start disobeying the current status quo.”. Please get all of them at once to get a complete idea of the Plain Truth Revolution’s agenda for this ONLY country that God has blessed us with. Also Note: If you don’t get a street copy, please go to https://web.facebook.com/plaintruth2013 for a copy. Thanks for doing so.

While we have acknowledged a long list of people and institutions in all of our work, people and institutions who truly deserve our honest acknowledgement, there are those who we think went beyond the call of duty in either inspiring us, or supporting us, or empowering us – one way or the other – or comporting themselves, or taking actions etc. that contributed and continue to contribute to the compulsory nature of this revolution for changing our country for the better right now, by the grace of God. Their extra-mile motivation, empowerment and inspiration have helped us to embark on this huge national agenda (through God’s power) for example, by enabling us with the right level of confidence, bravery and faith to do such radical, but lifesaving things as this: Even though we did have a single, personal case between us and the Management of LPRC, we have managed to escalate it to the national, and even world scene, by employing one strategic spiritual mantra, or formula and two strategic formulas from philosophy, science, and management, as these immediate 3 below: Spiritually: We believe in the Bible when it says in Romans 8:28 that “all things work together for good for those that love God, and those that are chosen for His purpose.” Philosophically and Scientifically: Archimedes of Greece has said, “Give me a lever long enough, and a fulcrum on which to place it, and I will move the whole world.” In our case, it is about, “give me a good corruption or human rights abuse case long enough, and the prevailing circumstances in the society so ripe enough, and I can change my country, and impact the whole world positively by the grace of God, using this single case.” Managerially: One American Management Scientist, Mr. Paul Hawken has said, “Good management is the process of making problems so interesting and their solutions so constructive, that everyone wants to get to work to deal with the problems.” It truly takes extra-mile work, imagination and the employment of concepts to take things from their mere theoretical state to bring them into real life so that people’s living conditions are improved. But for us to have acquired the maturity to take the first giant step in this direction, God first, many other persons and institutions have inspired us through. They deserve our extraordinary recognition, and are thus acknowledged here, with their names arranged in our own special order as follows: INDIVIDUALS 1. Thomas Nelson Williams, II and Jackson F. Doe, Jr. – MD and DMD/A of the Liberia Petroleum Refining (Storage) Company respectively – These two bosses of ours are all friends and people that admired us a lot for our professional abilities, and drew us closer to them, to the point that we even shared personal problems at times. But just because of our increasingly sharp stances at approaching policy issues, we got terribly hated by these two bosses in a twinkle of an eye – a hatred that dragged them into deciding our so-called dismissal in just less than 24 hours – but again, we have gotten to know that this was a preordination 2. Aaron J. Wheagar, DMD/O, LPRC – This man had been, and continued, even to date, to be our all-time friend in top management, who could do everything possible to ensure that we were protected, but again, that force coming from the Americo-Liberians against a ‘Kartee’
2
was too strong for him to stand, and so as usual in Liberia, he just had to succumb and join in to approve our fake dismissal. 3. Elizabeth M. Tubman, Comptroller, LPRC – This woman had also been a close personal friend to us, but Americo-Liberian mischief against Natives in this land is a matter of unison among the Tubmans, Browns and Johnsons, and not the issue of who’s a friend to a Native, and so forth, so Ms. Tubman probably could do nothing too. 4. Rev. Dr. Herman Brown, Board Chairman, LPRC – When we started seeking redress, Dr. Brown saw real substance in our case, but again, when Americo-Liberians meet at their Masonic Craft Temple up Cape Mesurado, down town old, dirty, 1822 Monrovia to decide the fate of a Kartee, objectivity gives way to MISCHIEF unconditionally. 5. All LPRC Board Members of our time: Dr. Herman Brown, Mr. T. Nelson Williams, Mr. George Kpawulu, Mrs. Ophelia Freeman, Dr. Henrique Tokpa, Mr. Manyu Kamara, Atty. Tupee Enid Taylor, Ms. Nohn Rebecca Kidau, and Rev. Emmanuel Bowier – We are grateful to this 9-member LPRC Board of Directors for their role in helping to enlarge and escalate what at first appeared to be a simple case between one employee and his bosses (or the company) into a big national and international debate. People truly have many different ways to contribute to a situation. While this Board for example took less than 1 month to thoroughly investigate a whistleblower’s claim, using Tens of Thousands of US Dollars to organize an impromptu meeting (Concord Times Newspaper, April 17,2013), to discuss these whistleblower’s claims, then putting lies together calling it a press release in some very weak defense of themselves against these grave claims, this same group of people took 6 round months to criminally and very carelessly ‘investigate’ in their own words, Roland Kartee’s, a bona-fide senior staff’s complaint against a very fake and criminal action taken against him by top management in the name of some dismissal in January 2013. The Board’s claimed 6 month investigation into this criminal and fake dismissal action took place in the absence of the complainant, and they were brave enough, through the Board Chairman’s Office, to communicate these criminal activities of theirs in two separate, and carelessly prepared communications, one dated July 1, 2013 and the other dated July 15, 2013 – all of which have now been made available for the public’s and the world’s consumption to see how AmericoLiberia is making mess out of administration and leadership in this age and time. Some of the whistleblower’s claims mentioned earlier, to which the LPRC Board of Directors used Tens of Thousands of US Dollars to respond to, included for example those disclosed in the Tuesday, March 19, 2013 edition of the New Democrat Newspaper, with LPRC’s response coming in the Wednesday, April 17, 2013 edition of the Concord Times Newspaper. In this place, the President, for his/her political or corrupt personal interests, appoints bunches of people everywhere called Board of Directors (without prejudice to our good people), who have got no growth and productivity impact on the economy, but even help to add insult to injury in the country’s lack of priority and vision plagues. Our company’s case is a very classic one. LPRC Board members walk away every month with multiple thousands of US Dollars and hundreds of gas coupons in Board Fees and other incentives, but have sadly got nothing to contribute, and are almost always in Managing Directors’ pockets, not necessarily because these individual Board Members are bad or unprofessional, but because that’s how
3
the dirty and unproductive Americo-Liberian system works. Cllr. Negbalee Warner knows this for sure, that’s why he resigned from the LPRC Board Chairmanship position in less than 8 months in 2012. 6. Mr. Kamau M. Lizwelicha and Mrs. Sophie Hobbs – both USAID/GEMAP Comptrollers with the Liberia Petroleum Refining (Storage) Company/LPRC, for a combined period of about 3 years between 2007 and 2010. These two Americans, who apparently saw some great deal of potentials within us (i.e. Roland Kartee), made sure that we were enlisted for almost every training event at LPRC during their stay (whether technical, academic, or administrative), to the point that we sometimes attended more than two different training programs simultaneously. Our close professional relationships with each of these two Americans prove very rewarding in the end for who we have become today. 7. Messrs. John M. Dukuly and John K. Wangolo – Mr. Dukuly is our current boss at the Management Information Systems Department – this man strongly understands, among many things, a very key aspect of building institutions, called succession planning. Mr. Dukuly truly empowers and enables his subordinates in different productive ways. He truly trains and builds confidence and independence within his staff, especially when he considers you an immediate successor. Our former boss, Mr. Wangolo, who is currently at the Central Bank of Liberia is a boss too who truly believes in the empowerment of his staff, especially when he sees in one a potential to do great ahead. Our professional experience with these two “John” bosses have been very fulfilling. And we say current boss above because as far as things stand, we have not done any legal divorce with LPRC yet, and anything not legally done is NOT done at all yet!! 8. The Seventh Day Adventist Church – this is a church, which has inculcated into our family line the dominant culture of speaking nothing else other than the truth all the way, and living nothing else other than this hard, plain truth, even if it meant that things went against us in this treacherous life. In our admittedly irregular church going however, we have been the kind of person prioritizing righteousness (meaning, some high level of moral uprightness) over religiosity in our daily deeds. 9. Mr. Tarkpor R. Kartee and Mrs. Moinma Gweh Kartee (deceased): God brought us to life through the industrious union of these two natives of Nimba County. This is not a materially wealthy family, but is proudly a family strongly rooted in moral and spiritual values, and they were keen on passing these traits and disciplines to us, their offspring. Their trainings and values imparted to us did prepare us to take on any big challenge in life. We remain very grateful to our parents forever. 10. Mr. Mitchel Markowitz, former American Peace Corps Volunteer to Liberia in the 1970s, and Physician, Mr. Tomah Mahn (deceased): We would neither have been motivated, as we are boasting of here today, nor would we have achieved anything else if the conditions were not created for us to have survived from infancy in the first place. These two great persons worked along with our parents to reach us to the stage of being a human being, God first, and we remain grateful to them. American Peace Corps Volunteer, and family friend, Mr. Mitchel
4
Markowitz, for example, took full financial responsibility of me, from the very point of hearing about my mother’s conception with me, all through to my infancy and very early childhood in Sanniquellie, Nimba, Liberia, during his tenure here in the mid-to-late 1970s. The story is long and fascinating, but this man stood by the family and lived up to his commitment in ensuring that this child is born and supported to the point of his (Mitchel’s) departure from the country after the expiration of his tenure right before 1980. He hired Physician, Mr. Tomah Mahn, who played his role in the long months of maternal care. 11. All those that played guardianship roles in our upbringing: (1) Mr. Nathaniel M. Doeward (deceased) and family, including Mrs. Beatrice Kor Doeward, Maureen Doeward, Olie, Tetee, Florence, Agnes etc. (Unification Town, Margibi County, Liberia); (2) Ma Filani Kamara (deceased), including son, Mr. Soree Kamara and family (Danane and Abidjan respectively in the Ivory Coast); (3) Mr. John A. K. Leabeh and family, including Mrs. Anna W. Leabeh, Duanyen, Marnue, Laytopoe, Menmond etc. (Monrovia, Liberia) – the superb guardianships we received from each of these 3 strong families helped to shape our lives so tremendously, so we remain grateful to them for live. 12. All of the Instructors under whose voices we have sat – From our elementary days to our graduate level – in institutions such as R.S. Caulfield (Unification Town, Liberia), Protestant Methodist Resource Center (Danane, La Cote d’Ivoire), University of Liberia, Cuttington Graduate School etc., we are grateful to God for all the many powerful instructors whose voices we sat under in these great institutions from the late 1980s to 2013. They truly impacted our life tremendously. 13. My Significant Other, Miss Alice Wamah and our 3 children: Preston Merciful Kartee (or Joyful), Courage Kartee, and Stamina Hero Kartee – Ordinarily in Americo-Liberia, being a known working young man, or working class man, once out of job for protracted periods, in addition to going the extra mile at pursuing some difficult idea that brings no immediate financial benefits, you either will lose your relationship immediately or your family will get thrown into disarray, or you will have a disorganized home that lacks coordination and discipline. By the grace of God, this has NEVER been our case, even though Alice and I got together a few months earlier, and started planning a formal wedding immediately ahead, before this LPRC ordeal stroke, and we had to get on the offensive and suspend all of our personal pursuits for a while. Sunk into this eventual national battle, we have been moving on with our family undeterred, and in a more responsible way – with God’s blessings, since it’s only He who sees the heart, not man – hoping to legalize our relationship later, under a more legitimate authority, God willing. Thanks too to the understanding of Miss Alice Wamah, who is single, of her industrious kind, among thousands of young women in Americo-Liberia. 14. Mrs. Doris Zor and her children (Delcontee, Gloria, Prince etc.) of Bardnersville – We began renting Madam Zor’s house before this LPRC professed dismissal saga of January 25, 2013 took place, and totally shattered our economic life, closing our only source of income and rendering us incapable of continuing with our rental payments since then. Ordinarily in Americo-Liberia, you are immediately thrown out of the facility. But strangely compassionately, and ‘understandingly’, this woman and her children have, and continue to
5
bear all of the patience with us, while we and our small family work assiduously, day and night, theoretically designing the foundation of our new envisaged country other than Americo-Liberia, through God’s grace, and using His ideas. This has gone for 4 years now, with our financial obligation to them at present clocking over US$7,500 (Seven Thousand Five Hundred United States Dollars) in rental arrears. This has happened not because the Zor’s family is rich or because they are afraid, or lazy at deciding to kick us out of their business facility, but because they have decided to trust God first, and then trust us, believing that with God above, and with what they know us to be by our comportment, every cent accumulated will be recouped one day very soon. These are our heroes of faith – people found at the rate of one among a thousand in this Black American country. 15. Mr. & Mrs. Solomon and Krubah Wamah, Mr. & Mrs. Sylvester and Linda Julius, and Mary David etc.: No real man will do without the right woman, as women truly put up the backing required for any successful man, and a woman’s upbringing and continuous background support are responsible for making her that right woman. To this end, we are proud to extend heartfelt thanks and appreciation to all our ‘in-laws’, including Mr. & Mrs. Solomon and Krubah Wamah, Mr. & Mrs. Sylvester and Linda Julius, and Mary David, including the rest of the family whose names are all not mentioned here, who have unconditionally stood by our side as God prepares to work for His children. 16. Victor G. Badio, Bobby G. Brown, Philip S. Sassie, Augustine W. Williams, Paul S. Jappah, Patrick Wreh, Andrew G. Gibson, and Musa Barry etc. – These are our friends of friends, whose extra-ordinary personal openness to us we will never forget. In the process of being out of job in this cruel Black American country for 4 years now, working after things none of these close friends quite understand, each of them made sure that every request from us to them never went unattended to. 17. President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf – She is given extra recognition here for two key reasons, as follows: (a) We made up to five attempts to seek redress from her office to help us address some of the grave issues ongoing at the so-called LPRC, but as usual in this MISCHIEVOUS Black American country, her office proved very irresponsive, and thus, irresponsible – absolutely refusing to respond to even one out of these whole 5 attempts that we made; (b) In no connection whatsoever to this case, or with very little administrative connection to our personal experience with her office, Mrs. Sirleaf’s overall leadership fruits prove her to really understand what it truly means to be a FLOP. Ellen proves to be a great Harvard University and Americo-Liberian Flop, who has beautifully, ultimately brought an end to this, FUNNY, FOUL-SMELLING Americo-Liberian hegemony, and fake superiority over the Natives of this land, including their grossly contaminated influence over our society since 1822. She for example, brought up all the vices in their excessive forms; and come to think about it however, things MUST be excessive before opposite actions are taken against them. Ellen may not be as bad as she is performing, but God allows some of these kinds of negative surprises so that He can prove the Devil a liar beyond all reasonable human doubts. The Grain Coaters (‘Liberians’) had felt that Ellen, with all of her big educational credentials and huge international contacts would have set things right in this country, but sadly did we not know that by allowing this good expectation to have become real, God would have made Himself to
6
be liar – God Forbid, 10 million times!!! But He allowed Ellen, and let her secret, cruel plans and actions go through, just to expose the fakeness of America’s agenda here, and loosen up the Americo-Liberians’ real gene of criminality, lack of governance, and just open up these many mess, so that we conclude once and for all, this fake America and Americo-Liberian superiority theory in our country in order to begin the fight for our true independence finally. If Ellen had succeeded, then the agony of God’s children here would have just been prolonged, while He God, too would have allowed Himself to be mocked – God forbid. If you doubt this debate, you may look up Bible verses such as Proverb 21:1, Exodus 19:12 etc. In conclusion to all this however, the essence is for God’s will to finally take root for His children once and for all in this country. For we, especially the Natives, the Aboriginals, have been suffering too much at the hands of the Americo-Liberian criminals, called leaders or government in this place, backed by the United States since 1822 up to this date in 2017. And God has finally used Ellen to close this dark chapter. 18. [Nyezee Baway, Isaac Taryon, Stephen Gloto, Prince Youty, Emmanuel Mah, Moses Baryee, Moses Sarpee, Sam Tarley, Jacob Saydee, Mohammed Massaquoi, and the 3 borrowed/adopted surnames of James Lee Cooper, Morris Cole, and Alfred James]; (Fred Saye, Yei Dokie, Prince Zeaduah, Jerome Zumeh, Wilson Gondo, Wuo Gballah, Peter Zuweh, William Gbanda, Saye Jebolo, Saye Garteh, and Oretha Gono); {30 motorcyclists arrested in April 2015 for protesting for the wrongful murdering in cold blood of their fellow riders at the hands of Americo-Liberian security forces wearing batches and other insignias that absolutely neglect the interest of the forefathers of the bike riders, the Yarkpawolos, the Janjays, the Yormies etc. which still continues to be so today; the 20+ protestors arrested and jailed in Greenville, in 2015 as a result of the government-provoked Butaw, Sinoe County Golden Veroleum riots etc.}; ([Mr. Albert Bropleh, Dr. Lawrence Bropleh, Professor Wilson Tarpeh, Mr. Moses Wogbeh, Lusu Sloghn, Jenkins Yonley, Jonathan Geegbaye, Patrick Akinrenmi, Anthony Nyole, John Kamara, Benedict Sargbeh, David Blayee, Torwon Yanty, Aloysius Jappah, Wesley Jlue, Humphrey Karn and Varney Massalay etc.]); Charles Taylor, Chuckie Taylor, and Tom Woewiyou etc. - The victims (direct and indirect) of the United States’ and her Americo-Liberians’ jungle justice in this country, or pertaining to people of this country, are so countless, but these five (5) groups represent a relatively fair categorization of the different manners and extremes to which the US/Americo-Liberian injustice works against the Natives of this country primarily, and in another sense, how the US uses a different kind of shamefully debasing justice design against Liberian elements: (a) In the first group above, the square bracket group, those 13 Grand Gedians were cruelly sentenced to life in 2014 by the wicked and very unjust Liberian Judicial System for what it claims their involvement in mercenary activities in the Ivory Coast even though these people, according to very reliable sources, were never arrested in Ivory Coast – the claimed crime scene – neither by the Ivorian authorities nor the Liberian authorities. They were never arrested at the borders with any arms and ammunitions or stuffs like those, but were instead picked up by Americo-Liberian security people from their poor villages and towns in Grand Gedeh County on these allegations. And in a Liberia, known very well as being only an expert arrangement setup for seeking revenge against the Native people for mainly no reasons, these Grand Gedians could never have survived whatever had been planned against them by an Americo-Liberian president that openly has qualms with their county. (b) In the second group, the parenthesis group, those over 10 Nimbaians got jailed for
7
10 years around 2015 for protesting for their own rights in Nimba County. Government here is a clearly proven criminal gang, and this is a claim that every God-fearing and honest person in this place can attest to by now without fear. They have never signed for example, any good or fair concession deals before. Each time they strike those massively criminal deals mortgaging our resources, they rob the community dwellers and the country as a whole so big time. People have come to themselves and started protesting peacefully so as to highlight how they feel terribly cheated out of their own resources. That whole batch of Nimbaians in group 2 in the parentheses, and another group of around 20 citizens from Sinoe County – part of the group in the braces, fall into this category. After long months of being in pretrial detention, the over 10 Nimbaians have been finally sentenced, while the Sinoians die one by one reportedly under pretrial detention yet; the motorcyclists, for their part, in this group were not protesting for resources, but for the injustice meted out against their colleagues that were illegally and unjustifiably killed by Americo-Liberia; (d) the fourth group, the one in the combined parenthesis and bracket container constitutes those representing victims of the level of gross administrative injustice being meted out against elements of Native backgrounds in this country. In this place, only tribal people are guilty of corruption for example, but not bona-fide Americo-Liberians and their stooges, paid agents or foot soldiers. For instance, in this 4th group, a Moses Wogbeh is jailed for 10 years for a document that he and all of his bosses, including a Chinoweth Board Chairman, a Johnson President and their AmericoLiberian Legislature, either signed or approved of directly or indirectly, while in similar case as that of Wogbeh, a Clemenceau Urey, a Randolph McClain etc. will never even stand in court for 1 hour let alone go to jail for a day; in this same group, it is only the actions of the Broplehs, the Tarpehs, the Jappahs and so on that are reprehensible, but never the actions of a Herman Brown, a T. Nelson Williams or an Adolf Lawrence; the last two in this 4th group are two new Native recruits of the Americo-Liberian Police Force fired for allegedly receiving US 16 cents in bribery, and attempting to collect bribes respectively by a Police Boss who ‘provenly’ helped the escape of an indicted economic criminal in addition to his being voted out by the Senate, but he refused to leave office, and he remained there until he was satisfied to leave. (e) In the 5th interesting group, America, in bringing peace, justice, and reconciliation to Liberia says Charles Taylor never killed anyone, or never did anything wrong in Liberia, but instead, he only did wrong in Sierra Leone, and so he should go to jail for what he did in precious Sierra Leone. America also has suggested that with respect to all the 14-year carnage that went on in this colony of theirs called Liberia, only Charles Taylor Jr. or Chuckie and Tom Woewiyou did all the wrongs, and that’s why Chuckie has been jailed for 99 years while Tom rots in jail waiting too for his final sentencing like Chuckie, which for his part, may span over 100 years, but names like Ellen Johnson Sirleaf and others represent the very immaculate and righteous people who have even walked away with their Nobel Peace Prize etc. 19. George McGail, Samuel W. Seton, Didhwo Twe (also D. Twe), Magbay Boyah, T. J. R. Faulkner, Presidents William R. Tolbert and Samuel K. Doe, Jackson F. Doe, Sr., and current Senator Oscar Cooper of Margibi County – (a) George McGail was fired from his teaching job at the Methodist Colonial Elementary School in the 1830s and ex-communicated from the church because he had chosen to marry one Native woman that he loved; (b) Seton was punished by the Liberian Legislature of the 1880s for introducing a bill on the floor to grant unconditional citizenship to all tribal Liberians, there are other accounts that he was
8
even ultimately expelled for such STUPID move in the eyes of the Americo-Liberians; (c) D. Twe was explicitly expelled from this same Liberian Legislature in the 1920s for introducing a bill seeking to stop the subjection of our Native people to domestic forced labor and external slavery, and he was chased out of Liberia into exile. When he returned later and registered to run against America’s wonder boy Tubman while championing these same indigenous causes etc., Twe was mal-handled and his name deleted from the ballot during an election in which Tubman claimed to have whipped Twe (1951). Twe’s frustrations for change, plus his constant beating and harassment piled up until he died; (d) Like his predecessors Samuel Seton and D. Tweh, current Senator Cooper is threading the same paths bit by bit, but apparently not too assertively like his predecessors, so he is presently only facing intermittent threats from this 21st century 53rd Legislature. The day Senator Cooper decides to get a little bit radical and practical on behalf of the truly suppressed and suffering people of this country is the day he will either see himself expelled finally as they’ve already started threatening to do so, or just to sadly get rid of him; (e) Magbay Boyah was the Gio Military strategist who put up the stiffest resistance to the so-called Liberia Frontier Force during their very cruel and ulterior-motive driven territorial expansion of the 20th century. It took the Government to beg Boyah for a truce, all because they covertly wanted Nimba for its rich iron ore deposit. (f) Because of Mr. Faulkner’s position against the Americo-Liberian ill-treatment of the indigenous population of this country, which persists up to today at aggravated levels in different forms and shades, we were blessed to have had the 1930 League of Nations’ investigations into these grave issues. Today, the outcome of these investigations serve as a substantial piece of evidence for us, the huge Native population of this country to use to build our case for reparations; (g) Bill Tolbert was the only Americo-Liberian president that demonstrated a sincere belief in the indigenization and impartial development of both the material and human resources of this country. His reward, sadly, was the most gruesome of ‘normal day’ deaths in this country. (h) Samuel Doe, although came to power so barbarically at the expense of Tolbert and others’ lives, he came to himself later and walked in Tolbert’s footsteps, which contributed to his part of gruesome demise too, but in a war. (i) According to a purported old fighter of Ellen and Taylor’s National Patriotic Front Rebel Group, Patrick F. Tamba, this very bright indigenous son of the soil, Jackson Doe, Sr., was ordered killed by Madam Sirleaf in August of 1990 when he refused to be part of a campaign that was designed to [‘massively’] waste the blood of his own people. This made Ellen afraid of her political fate with Jackson remaining alive, according to thenewdispensation.com. We are nationalistically appreciative to all of you here. 20. Dr. Elwood Dun: We thought it was only us thinking about breaking down the Liberian foundation to build a new, better, and just national foundation. But to our applause, astute University of Liberia Professor Dr. Dun, in 2013, strongly proposed that because of the flaws, dualities, and [just many sheer mess] within Liberia’s legal foundation, the current constitution, which makes it a recipe for chaos, this supposedly supreme law of the land must be immediately revisited and revised. The Government agreed that this legal foundation of the country must now be broken down, and as such, assembled and commissioned the Constitutional Review Committee in 2013. Dr. Dun didn’t stop there. Few months later, at another beautiful opportunity afforded him, the professor alarmed that the symbols, emblems, and creeds of the country are just like those of the vision, mission and other common objects of a group, which in the case of a country, the seal, the flag, the motto etc. should be able to,
9
among others: (a) steer every citizen in the same direction in fulfilment of common national objectives, (b) serve to hold the mirror to the value of the country, (c) help to instill confidence in, and also to gain the commitment of all citizens to work for the common good of the country, (d) help to place focus on the core values of the society, or an embodiment of the principles and ideals of society, while motivating all citizens to perform well etc. Dr. Dun smartly found that all of Liberia’s national symbols and emblems. (including the current flag, the current motto, the current seal etc.) – all do not work in these beautiful directions listed above, but only work to satisfy the interest of the Americo-Liberians at the total neglect and detriment of the aboriginals of the land, which spells serious danger for the country; and so, in June 2014, he strongly proposed the re-visitation and revising of all these symbols. The government conceded that these moral, psychological, spiritual, and emotional foundation pillars of Liberia were all flawed, and needed to be broken down. As such, the Government of Liberia established the Symbols Review Committee in 2014. We just don’t know how else in this country again will any soul disagree with the Plain Truth Revolution that the entire Liberian foundation needs to be broken down and rebuilt. All of our hats are up to Dr. Dun. 21. Our Plain Truth Revolution’s 7 big constituencies: Please look in our other articles such as: “The Key Event That Sparked This Revolution”, “Liberian Government, a Criminal Gang, etc. or the dedication section of our pamphlets for more details on these 7 groups of heroes and constituencies that our revolution strongly represents by the grace of God. 22. Representative Emmanuel Nuquaye, Margibi County, former Ways, Means, and Finance Committee Chairman and current Speaker of the House – this very discerning man validated all of our claims about the Liberian Government being a powerful white-collar terrorist organization that uses ‘slow poison ‘to kill’ all future generations through policies and actions of today, when he made this claim about how Liberia’s first 10 blocks of precious oil resource went to foreigners in very shady and downright nonsensical deals. Mr. Nuquaye wrote a letter to Speaker Tyler on May 8, 2012, excerpted as follows: “…. We established through NOCAL’s report that all of the existing production sharing contracts violate sections 3.3, 3.4, and 3.7.of the Petroleum Law of 2002. Today, Hon. Speaker and members, we are confronted with the situation wherein 10 production sharing contracts grossly and flagrantly violate our Petroleum Laws. (National Chronicle Newspaper, May 9, 2012). 23. President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama – every time this young, grayhaired, first African American President speaks, we are greatly inspired to make a difference for our people too, no matter how many strings of gray hair we too will have to grow even before age 40, owing to the extraordinary complicated nature of our part of national problem. Mr. Obama’s struggle in life, his mammoth achievements thus far in the midst of unspeakable challenges, his speeches and administrative actions etc. are enough a motivation to ignite the flames of change in any determined person or people. For instance, we learned from President Obama when he spoke to the people of Estonia in 2014 that intrusive foreign influence can be very deadly to any people; we learned from Mr. Obama when he spoke to young Africans at the Mandela-Washington Forum in 2014 that economic prosperity is something from people’s indigenous and united efforts that derive from within, and not from outside; we learnt from President Obama that change will never come if we keep waiting for some other person or some other time; we’ve learned from this great man of our times that no
10
matter how many resources and potentials a country may have, without a fair and balanced system of justice, that country is doomed forever; this great man has made us to understand that when people declare or consider themselves as superiors to us, and we agree with them that we are inferior to them, in the end, we will become losers while they too will become losers; finally for now, Mr. Obama made us to understand, during his last state of union address the last time in January 2016, that America does employ some very poisonous foreign policy practices, which he fought to impact more, but could disappointingly not – a statement that makes us quickly connect the dots between our country’s very sad plight right now vis a vis America’s foreign policy practices toward us in this place since 1816, when a group of Southern slave owners sat in the Davis Hotel in Washington D. C. and crafted a scheme in which they would dispose of their Black criminals to our country, the result of which we vividly see on ground today in this place. Apart from all these and many more strong lessons and inspirations we’ve gotten from President Obama, which all map beautifully to our country’s current problems, we also learnt from Radio France International (RFI) once that only two major things will cause any American President NEVER to step their feet on people’s soil – all things being equal, and these two are (a) an egregious or very troublesome democratic profile, and (b) a proven poor or weak security reality. Being the very first African-American President of the United States of America, and considering the professedly closed, foundational ties between Americo-Liberia and the United States, everyone expected Mr. Obama’s first tours of Africa to have taken him to Liberia, or even one of his latter tours to Africa, but in confirmation of this RFI’s claim, and in line too with our Plain Truth Revolution’s well-founded perception about this country, President Obama never stepped foot on this soil, during all of his 8-year presidency, after having visited 8 African countries. For Madam Obama, we are highly enlightened by her warning to national leaders that when we stifle the huge potentials of our own people, we just simply doom ourselves to poverty and destruction in the end. 24. Tony T. Bleh and family – Mr. Bleh is not a Harvard School graduate; Mr. Bleh is not a university or college graduate either, but ever since, from our interactions, that this young man understood the nitty gritty of the root causes of our ordeal at the LPRC and how the issues from this experience are so broadly related to Liberia’s chronic problems, he has developed every interest possible, not based on mere friendship, to be part of the solution to our problems, and thus, part of the change process through the very peaceful and civic activities of the Plain Truth Revolution. We believe millions of our fellow compatriots are out there like Mr. Bleh, who just need the right information to get on their feet for positive change in their country. Bravo to Mr. Bleh. 25. Cllr. Tiawon Gongloe – when we started seeking redress outside of LPRC; that is, after our in-house search for solution was concluded with Board Chairman Brown’s funny concurrence letter of July 15, 2013 and a December 10, 2013 civic action, whose message the LPRC management successfully stopped the press from publishing, we were now only interested in consulting Cllr. Gongloe about our next course of action – after having been admiring this man’s voice and his wisdom in approaching national issues for a while, and following his track records among peers, for some time. His advice to us was that we systematically
11
document all of the issues that we had with LPRC, and then take the caseload to the Liberian Anti-Corruption Commission (LACC) as a true beginning point. This was a straw that broke sycophantic Government of Liberia’s back. We then did our landmark 27-page, 17-count allegation case and took it to the LACC on March 10, 2014, dispatching copies to more than 40 national and international stakeholders (including individuals and institutions), with only 3 out of this huge number acknowledging receipt and making positive remarks, or taking positive actions about our case. These 3 cherished respondents gave us added motivation, making us to establish that we were not just talking rubbish, as many have been looking at it, and lo and behold Cllr. Gongloe’s advice had laid one of the strongest foundation pillars of our Plain Truth Revolution. 26. Jordan ‘Poronpeea’ (c.k.a. Jordan P) – a US-based Liberian Journalist – Jordan had just come down to visit Liberia and coincidentally we met at the Center for the Exchange of Intellectual Opinions (CEIO) in Monrovia, where he had gone for a different purpose, and we decided to give him a copy of this case – a copy originally intended for one of Liberia’s mocking and dangerously multiple political parties, whose office we had searched for a whole day fruitlessly. Mr. Poronpeea skimmed through the case, called us after a day or two, expressed shock at those revelations, commended our efforts to go that far in gathering clear evidence about the culture of wanton economic wastes in our country, and pledged his support for us in pursuit of our agenda for redress in these matters. This was in April 2014. He is one of those who made us think that our writings were not stupid as others had been ignoring them. 27. Jerald – a US Monrovia Embassy Staff (0777084337) – on behalf of Ambassador Deborah Malac, Jerald called us around the 21st or 22nd of April 2014, acknowledging receipt of our caseload on behalf of the Embassy, expressing shock at the level of economic abuse and corruption going on at the LPRC, while pledging the Embassy’s commitment in following how the LACC would handle this case, and moreover encouraging us to keep them posted about any new developments pertaining to this very serious case. 28. LPRC Whistleblowers 1 and 2 (Kabineh Sumawolo) – these two whistleblowers, or probably the same person reporting more than once, did a very marvelous job, especially in 2013, immediately upon our ordeal, and subsequently for a couple of months afterwards, to raise huge awareness in us about the perennial problems of our country – almost all of which are reflected in our case. For example, immediately upon LPRC’s hasty and bogus Friday, January 25, 2013 dismissal action against us, the whistleblower promptly took to the print media the next working day, Monday, January 28, 2013, disclosing 5 key issues linked to our experience of having been witch hunted by Americo-Liberian LPRC as follows, in summary: (a) One Roland Kartee had been allegedly dismissed out of witch hunt for commenting on some management policy or scheme; (b) LPRC had paid a number of media houses not to report on their malpractices at the company; (c) A certain demotion scheme had been initiated at LPRC which is targeted at those who did not acquire their education from overseas; (d) This demotion scheme was already in steady progress; and, (e) Some of these actions – demotions, witch hunts etc. – were strategies being employed by MD Williams to create space for fraternal brothers (Microscope Newspaper, January 28, 2013)

29. Sir John Simon of the British Foreign Service – for his part, on May 29, 1934, he wrote to his counterparts warning that: “it would be a dereliction, or neglect of duty to civilization, if the misgovernment of the Native tribes of Liberia [by the Americo-Liberians] was allowed to continue.” - (www.theperspective.org). 30. Dr. Charles Johnson of the League of Nations’ Investigation team – this man claimed from what he saw when he visited the country that, Liberia was a nation conceived solely as a haven for freed American slaves to the detriment of the majority indigenes (Idem). 31. Hugh Mason Brown, Washington D.C.-born African American Educator and Gospel Minister who visited Liberia in the 1880s – describing the forefathers, founders and frontrunners of Liberia and their country itself in 1896, Mr. Brown said the following in summary: “(a)….The Americo-Liberian education and economic development are totally dependent upon US paternalism and goodwill, and other foreign influences [all of which] are based primarily on foreign interests in the country’s natural resources….(b) Liberia [totally] lacks effective leadership in developing its own cultural, political, and economic infrastructures to address ongoing issues and concerns….(c) The Americo-Liberian is a man, who in every line of life, is a NONE-PRODUCER. All that he possesses comes to him as a gift, either from another race, or from the wild products of nature….(d) With respect to what constitutes education, the Americo-Liberian is a man who memorizes the higher education of other people [meaning the concepts and theories of another people], without EVER realizing that knowledge acquired is power [when put into practice for the benefit of all]; and (e) Regarding economics, Mr. Brown says, “In my journey throughout Liberia, I find a few iron implements used by civilized races, but I found NO remains of an iron factory ….; I find some manufactured cotton wares, but I find no remains of a cotton gin or mill, and the cotton plant is only found in its wild state. I didn’t find any one article bearing the stamp of a Liberian manufacture etc. – (www.theperspective.org/.....) 32. Prof. Dr. Ibrahim K. Sundiatta of the Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts, who visited Liberia before the 1980 coup, wrote extensively about this country, and has done extensive research also about the sub region’s link to the Transatlantic Slave Trade etc.: In his analysis of Liberia’s fate, he warned that it is only the idea of a reform-minded, Westerneducated Native Liberian leadership and Republic that will EVER provide the much-needed solution to this country’s problems, but the international community [keeps] opposing this idea [in favor of the so-called Americo-Liberians]. ….” (Idem) 33. Dr. James Ciment, New York-based History Professor, who both studied about Liberia and then traveled here to see all of the practical realities on ground for himself, said these, among others, at (http://online.wsj.com): Note: This is the Wall Street Journal’s Website. The Americo-Liberians tried to recreate a social order like the antebellum America’s South, setting themselves up as the master class and the vast indigenous population as the slave class. Note: The word ‘tried’ above, is still working in its present progressive. He said, in his interactions with the people of the country, Americo-Liberians were accused in every quarter of widely being in the business of trafficking and leasing out indigenous peoples into slavery
13
Dr. Ciment described the Americo-Liberian treatment of the indigenous people as the country’s ‘ORIGINAL SIN.” 34. According to http://archive.org/stream/liberiadescription, the worst things about this country, after all, largely owe to the descent (or migration to this place) of [a breed of people called the Americo-Liberians] 35. A Wikipedia account suggests that the framers of Liberia had designed their country to [perpetually] be governed by a minority African American colonists and their offspring, while suppressing the largely indigenous majority 36. Nancy Oku Bright, Producer of several films on Liberia now, including: Liberia: America’s Stepchild (2002); Liberia: An Uncivil War (2004), and Liberia: The Promised Land etc. – almost all of which have been screened at the Vision Theater in Washington D.C., suggests among other things these three key points about the Liberian tale: a) A failed notion: [harbored by the American Colonization Society, equally including the US Government] was that former slaves could ever create freedom and equality if given the power to mold a new social order of their own b) The American Colonization Society (ACS) put up a [STUPID] argument, backed too by the US Government, that criminals can ever ‘Christianize’ and ‘Civilize’ a place c) Liberia has ever since just been a funny arrangement: It never has been officially colonized, and as such, it never can claim of ever gaining any official independence before. 37. Nicolas Cook, US Congressional Specialist on African Affairs – this man’s objective reporting on Liberia (which has produced several works including: (a) RL32243, Liberia: Transition to Peace; (b) RL30933, Liberia: 1989-1997 Civil War, Post-War: Developments, and U.S. Relations; and (c) RL33185: Liberia’s Post-War Recovery: Key Issues and Developments etc.) has unveiled a lot of deadly truths to us about the enduringly Nasty nature of this US-Liberia relationship. For example, from these reports done by M. Cook, we clearly got to understand the following key concerns well: 1) [Criminal] Ellen Johnson Sirleaf turned over another criminal, Charles Taylor into the hands of the Sierra Leone Special Court because she claimed she desperately wanted some quick assistance money for development 2) Top American officials, ranging from the Secretary of State, Dr. Condoleezza Rice, Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs, Jendayi Frazer, to top lawmakers like House Committee on International Relations member, Representative Royce etc. – all pressed Liberia (President Sirleaf) to turn Taylor over to the Special Sierra Leone Court in the name of seeking justice for what happened in Sierra Leone, but SADLY not for what happened in Liberia during the Charles Taylor War days, [but this same US State Department and Congress have never yet made any public comment or any substantial public comment in search of justice for the over half a million people that got killed in cold blood in this country as a result of this same Taylor War, not to mention those that got amputated, physically harmed in other ways, or mentally destroyed etc. In the eyes of America, the latter group of people are just mere animals.
14
3) Any Liberian president or government that acts queerly STUPID in selling its own people down the river, and mortgaging the country’s future like the current government, is fully assured of America’s unqualified support]. In Mr. Cook’s report for example, because of Ellen’s willingness to dance to this American tone to whatever extent using our blood, here are detailed excerpts on the introduction and passage of different legislations in the US Congress granting aid to the Ellen Government. These are developments that were going on just between the 2006 and 2007 fiscal years alone. One can imagine those of the remaining 9 years that the Sirleaf Government has been in power: Note: These are direct quotes from Mr. Cook’s works. a) “Congress also provided substantial support for Liberia’s rebuilding and peace building processes; U.S. assistance is summarized in Table 2. An Administration Economic Support Fund (ESF) FY2006 budget request for $75 million for Liberia, however, was not included in P.L. 109-102 (formerly H.R. 3057, Kolbe, the FY2006 foreign operations appropriations bill, which mandates special congressional notification for the expenditure of funds used to assist Liberia). Additional FY2006 ESF funding for Liberia may, however, be provided under H.R. 4939 (Jerry Lewis), the Emergency Supplemental Appropriations Act for Defense, the Global War on Terror, and Hurricane Recovery, 2006. Both the House- and Senate-passed versions of H.R. 4939 to provide $63.8 million in assistance for Liberia, in the form of $50 million in ESF and $13.8 million in Migration and Refugee Assistance funds. The ESF funds were added as a result of actions taken during a March 8, 2006, House Appropriations Committee markup hearing on President Bush’s FY2006 Emergency Supplemental request for other humanitarian assistance. b) The committee adopted by voice vote an amendment offered by Representative Jesse Jackson, Jr., that would provide $50 million in Economic Support Fund (ESF) assistance for Liberia. The committee recommended that of the ESF funds, $30 million be used for emergency employment activities to strengthen security and build roads; $10 million be used to establish an electricity grid; and $10 million be used for demobilization and reintegration of ex-combatants. The House passed H.R. 4939, as amended, on March 16. On April 5, the Senate Committee on Appropriations reported an amendment to H.R. 4939 in the nature of a substitute (see Senate Report 109-230) that maintained the same levels of assistance for Liberia as the House-passed bill. c) Other congressional interest in Liberia focuses on Liberia-related immigration and debt issues, and several other matters. d) Among other measures, as would S.Amdt. 452 (Reed) to H.R. 1268 (Jerry Lewis). H.R. 1130 (Waters) would enact various measures intended to reduce the national debts of certain poor countries, including Liberia, and encourage their governments to fund social services. e) S. 779 (Dorgan), A Bill to Amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to Treat Controlled Foreign Corporations Established in Tax Havens as Domestic Corporations, would designate Liberia as a “tax-haven country,” allowing the Internal Revenue Code to treat certain foreign corporations created or organized under Liberian law as U.S. domestic corporations for tax purposes etc. 4) People died in this country in their multiple hundreds of thousands; people’s body parts got mutilated in the war brought on our country by Ellen Sirleaf, Charles Taylor, and Tom
15
Woewiyou; people got tortured; people suffered and died in exile in their hundreds of thousands; people’s lives have been set far back as a result of this same war, and absolutely nothing has been done about all these to date etc., yet the American Congress was bold enough to quickly bring down from the shelf a law that they haven’t used before, legitimized it, and apply it against Taylor’s son, Chuckie Taylor for what they called Chuckie’s guilt for torturing a few Liberians (who now live in America), and this guilt landed Chuckie in jail for 99 years; and placed on him a fine of US$22 million in damages for this same torture guilt. Meanwhile, there are reports in the local Liberian Hot Pepper Newspaper that a commercial diplomacy firm in this same US – KRL International – is working with all the big governmental bodies in America, on behalf of the Sirleaf Government to ensure that every recommendation of the TRC process in this country – a process that has been fighting to seek minimal justice for all of our poor people – is ultimately crushed. 38. Neil Hahn, British Researcher and Lecturer in Political Economy at the London University School of Oriental and African Studies – in his work, “The Dark Side of America’s Operations in Liberia,” as published by Africa Watch and the Local New Republic Newspaper in June 2016, several key facts about this dirty US-Liberia relationship is established – some of which are as follows: a) While relations between foreign countries are supposed to be a win-win situation, LiberiaUS ties seems not, as America uses its global superpower influence so negatively against Liberia in the SADDEST of so-called traditional ties b) America’s both overt and covert operations [grossly] undermine Liberia’s governance processes. c) The US Navy helped the ACS [in seizing land for the establishment of Liberia] d) Liberia’s first constitution was written at Harvard in the US e) Tolbert’s relationship got bitter with the US mainly for the following suggestive reasons, as combined here: His government began to reorient the economy from liberal capitalism toward state-led planned economic system, focusing on food sufficiency and industrialization. It is said that the Tolbert Government created more than 30 new state-owned business enterprises. His government also embarked upon radically reviewing and renegotiating concession agreement. Gabriel Baccus Matthews, head of the group that brought deadly troubles to the Tolbert Government was reportedly in close, regular contact with the American Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). One of the People’s Redemption Council’s soldiers, the group that allegedly killed Tolbert, Albert Toe, claimed that coup leaders made constant contact with the US Embassy, which endorsed the coup, and even promised to provide all necessary support. 39. Robert W. Clower, George Dalton, Mitchel Horwitz, and A. A. Walters – all reportedly of North Western University in the United States and the Oxford University in the United Kingdom respectively: In their 1960, 385-page book on Liberia and its economy, entitled,
16
“Growth Without Development: An Economic Survey of Liberia”, these gentlemen, among many other arguments, stroke the following crippling points, which sadly remain the same today, more than 50 years on: a. By 1960, Liberia offered one of the ‘best’ [i.e. the freest, which should actually be the most criminally freest] investment climates to private foreign capitalists more than any other country on Earth (p.118) b. By 1960, Liberia’s economic growth rate (in terms of figures on paper), which was a per capita income of $123, surpassed that of almost every other country on the globe at the time (p23). Note: This was when rubber and iron ore were being actively extracted and exported; and c. They concluded: All this growth figure on paper showed nothing on ground especially in the quality of the lives of the people: Reason they gave: According to them, “The country’s traditional social and political institutions were [are] the major obstacles to both its [human] and [infrastructure] development – (North Western University Press, 1966, and http://m.afraf.oxfordjournals.org) 40. Dr. Amos C. Sawyer, Lecturer of Political Science at the University of Indiana, and current head of the Americo-Liberia’s Good Governance Commission: When he was lecturing at the Indiana University, according to Massachusetts’ School Teacher, Jo Sullivan, Dr. Sawyer said that, “Liberia is an idea that is [very] flawed in conception, design and implementation.” We believe that in order for such succinct summary, as presented by Dr. Sawyer, of this long, horrifying 200 year-old Liberian trouble to be adequately judged and accepted by all, every relative detail about this country’s mess must be presented because people must know the details before they can judge or accept the summary, or even construct their own summaries too. We believe that the good people of this country have, and continue to suffer too much – all because we don’t want to go through the headache of reading and listening well to the actual details of our story in order to be able to adequately attend to the Liberian problem in full. When a people keep refusing to read, listen, and act well, they will in turn, keep feeling immense physical and mental pains and sorrows. We are confident God doesn’t want this to keep happening to our good people here again, that’s why He has prepared us to bring the other side of the coin. This other side of the coin, is to write and talk the details, and not always the summary. 41. Mr. John S. Morlu, Former Auditor General of Liberia: Mr. Morlu has not been mincing his words on this issue that the current Liberian foundation cannot survive; he says, Liberia just can’t thrive. In his November 2015 speech to the Press Union of Liberia for example, Mr. Morlu suggested that we just can’t build any sound democracy on the current corrupt Liberian foundation. Imagine this direct quotation from the former Auditor General as follows, according to the FrontPage Africa Newspaper: “For 168 years [now], Liberia’s democracy is in all practical terms a democracy that is run by a presidency that lacks moral clarity, a bribeseeking Legislature, and a Judiciary that is for the highest bidder.” He then goes on to warn the PUL, as follows: “I cannot in good conscience tell the professionals in the PUL to contribute to such a democracy. Rather, the Liberian media should take a broad national interest to help dismantle this Liberian democracy.”

42. Dr. Togba Nah Tipoteh and Senator Jewel Howard Taylor: We thought the Plain Truth Revolution, wanting a halt to all the so-called donor-funded projects in this country, to give us chance to reposition our country before seeking true and honest partners, were the only group or people seeing how this whole ‘donor, partnership, and assistance’ thing is even further damaging our whole society and placing future generations at great risks of bloodshed, but later did we notice that prominent people in our society, and even in the very flawed system, were seeing things from this same lens or prism like us. For example, Dr. Tipoteh is quoted in the December 22, 2015 edition of a local daily as saying that in the midst of the Liberian Government’s own self-indictment with issues of corruption, foreign partners shockingly continue to empower the vampire state through the granting of millions of US Dollars’ worth of donations, and the provision of hundreds of millions of US Dollars in loans. The paper narrates, that in effect, Dr. Tipoteh said, “The partners are only giving lip-service in their anticorruption position, while they are actually big promoters of corruption in Liberia. In fact, the partners, like managers of the Liberian Vampire State, benefit from corruption and that is precisely why corruption continues to go on and on”, says Dr. Tipoteh. For her part, Senator Jewel Howard Taylor made similar observation or assertion earlier on in June of 2015, according to Farbric FM News, when she complaint about the Liberian Government spending habit vis a vis all the big foreign assistance, saying, “You can’t tell your parent or your guardian or your sponsor that you need money for school fees, and then when the money is given, you are there fixing your hair and doing all sorts of luxurious things.” Madam Taylor tried clarifying this point by claiming that the Government of Liberia was only good at buying big, big cars, gasing these cars and paying huge maintenance costs against them without having one regard for attending to the basic things that the citizens need or the country needs for its development etc., yet and still donors see this and keep flowing in with more and more money to support this [‘dirty’] Liberian Government habit.” 43. Mr. Donald J. Trump, 2016 Republican Candidate for President, now President Elect of the United States – he says, or he is quoted as saying earlier on that: “Some Africans are lazy fools only good at eating, lovemaking and stealing. They are enemies of progress”…In further describing some African countries, Mr. Trump is reported to have gone on to say that, “…Some African countries even can’t produce or manufacture for themselves one stick of matches…..”, and as such, “These kinds of countries should be recolonized because they are ignorant about leadership and governance” – Oh what a direct way of unknowingly referring to this very dull, and barren so-called ‘American offshoot’ called Liberia, Mr. Trump. – (http://yen.com.gh/....) 44. Hezekiah Niles and Robert Field Stockton – (a) Hezekiah Niles – the Native or tribal people of this country owe so much to this 18th – 19th century American media giant. This Chester County, Pennsylvania born newspaper publisher and editor, who operated his Nile’s Weekly Register at separate times from 3 different US Cities made it crystal clear in his paper’s Saturday April 12, 1817 edition that the US Congress, meeting in February 1817 to discuss the American Colonization Society’s request and agenda to rid the US of criminal and unproductive Blacks, established that, based on the character and quality of these Blacks, wherever the ACS would manage to dump them, nothing good will happen there, and that such place would experience mischief at an aggravated level. In fact, they didn’t want such location to be closer to any American frontier, and that’s why they asked the ACS to better 45.

cross the Atlantic Ocean. The Natives’ case, that is, the case for the Bassas, Vais, Deis, Golas etc. to repossess their land and rid it of America’s cruel influence could never be established better than Mr. Niles. (b) Captain Stockton has helped build our case for reclaiming and repossessing our country from the wrong hand, which continues to remain in charge with their savage, animal system, in this place called governance. History says American Naval Captain and commander of the US Warship, USS Alligator, used pistol to the head of our forefathers, especially, King Peter, in order to acquire Cape Mesurado, the piece of land on which these Black American predominantly miscreants, locally called the “Congoes” or AmericoLiberians began building their failed, cruel and illegitimate state, called Liberia. So in short, in December, 200 years ago, Mr. Stockton arm robbed our country for America’s cruel use, as she continues to use it today. This account can be found on Wikipedia, under the main topic, “American Colonization Society, among others. Captain Stockton, born in 1795 in the United States became known for his key role in the capture of California for the US Government during the Mexican-American War. He was very notorious for conducting such arm operations for the US Government like what he did on the Grain Coast in December 1821. 46. Cornel R. West, William Blum, Noam Chomsky, Smedley D. Butler, and Edward Snowden etc. – If you think we say most of what we say against America because of hatred or some malice, which is absolutely not so, then please check out this list of 5 of the many American citizens who agree with our Plain Truth Revolution, that yes, the United States is a great country, but because of its hyper-ambition to rule the world in addition to in its ultranationalism, it has a very bad foreign policy practice towards other human beings. (a) Cornel R. West , speaking one time to the BBC Hard Talk, this American Social Democrat and revolutionary clergy man argued that it is not bad of course to develop the large economy, stockpile all the nuclear weapons, own all of the F16s, B52s, and drones, plus build some of the greatest cities on the planet, because God wants us to take control of His creations and develop them using the brains He has blessed us with, but that all of these great achievements become nothing in the end, [or even become a source of disaster for us] if we consider other human beings, especially poor people, God’s children like ourselves too, as Nothing, or Nonhuman beings, or just thrash etc., and want to control their part of destinies forever. This is exactly what the people of this country are undergoing at the hands of America, which is using her Americo-Liberians, through their gang called Government, to implement such cruel agenda. On the part of us, the original owners of this land too, never in this world has one group of people bow so low and allow other human beings like themselves ‘beat dumboy persistently in their behind’ (excuse for the expression) like what has been happening in this place since 1822, although commendable efforts were made by our forefathers, efforts which sadly normally used to end up into their cold blooded deaths at the hands of this same America and her Americo-Liberians. But we believe in the Bible when it says that “all things work together for the better.” (b) Smedley Darlington Butler is West Chester, Pennsylvaniaborn American who served the Central Intelligence Agency and the US Military for more than 35 years. He expressed serious regrets for how he was used by Wall Street and the US Government to destabilize many peaceful countries around the world for America’s selfish interest through stage-managed wars and armed insurrections. In 1935 for example, he wrote a book entitled, “War is a Racket”, in which he described and criticized the workings of the US Government in its foreign actions and wars, including a trenchant condemnation of the profit motive behind American warfare. In November 1935, he wrote an issue in the Socialist Magazine, Common Sense, in which he narrated how he had regretfully spent 33 years 4 months of his useful life in the US Military destabilizing different countries as a capitalist
19
gangster for Wall Street and the US Government. (c) William Blum is an American historian and journalist who has for the past 45 years been a very staunch critic of his country’s very cruel treatment of other peoples across the world. Blum started exposing the deadly deeds of the CIA in written prose for example in 1969. Some of his written works against America’s wickedness or dishonest state-sponsored behaviors towards other people include: (i) the CIA: A Forgotten History (1986); (ii) Rogue State: A Guide to the World’s only superpower (2000); and, (iii) Killing Hope (2003). In addition, Blum circulates a monthly newsletter by email called the Anti-Empire (i.e. America) Report. In 2006 for example, Blum briefly became a subject of widespread media attention when Osama bin Laden issued a public statement in which he quoted Blum and recommended that all Americans read Blum’s book, “Rogue State: A Guide to the world’s only superpower” – a development which astronomically increased this book’s sales. In response, Mr. Blum said, “I was glad. I know it would help the book’s sales, and I was not bothered by whom it was coming from. If he (Osama) shares with me a deep dislike for certain aspects of US Foreign policy, then I am not going to spurn any endorsement of the book by him…” (d) Noam Chomsky – this Pennsylvania-based libertarian socialist, philosopher, and now professor emeritus at MIT has always been a vociferous critic of US foreign policy actions ranging from their involvement with the Vietnam War in the 1960s and 70s to the Iraq War of 2003. Mr. Chomsky strongly criticizes America’s activities and powers as a UN Security Council member, while alerting the world suggestively of the potential threat posed by America to the world derived from its Security Council veto power, which could be used to plunge the world into a big mess. He then stressed that the world would be a safer place without a US Security Council veto. (e) Edward Snowden, this US-born computer professional and former CIA employee and government contractor got so mad with his government’s ill-treatment of other people to the point that in 2013, he had to leak out to the entire world millions of classified US Intelligence documents detailing some of their iniquitous acts against people. US National Security Director Keith Alexander initially estimated that Snowden had copied anywhere from 50,000 to 200,000 NSA documents. Later estimates provided by US officials were on the order of 1.7 million documents, a number that originally came from Department of Defense talking points. The Washington Post reported on a cache previously provided by Snowden from domestic NSA operations consisting of roughly 160,000 intercepted email and instant messaging conversations, some of them hundreds of pages long, and 7,900 documents taken from more than 11,000 online accounts. A US Defense intelligence agency report declassified in June 2015 for example said that Snowden took 900,000 Department of Defense files etc. Snowden himself, who now lives under asylum in Russia told the world in a May 2014 interview with the NBC News that the US Government has unfortunately been using him as a spy, living and working overseas pretending to work in jobs that he truly was not performing anything in, while also being assigned fake names by the US Government itself. Apart from Snowden, who now lives in Russia, as we said earlier, all of the other 4 above live and work unmolested right home in the United States. 47. Antonio Gutierrez – speaking as UN Refugee Boss, now UN Secretary General – during his December 31, 2015 parting comments, as he was quitting his UN Refugee Boss office after 10 years, he underscored that the international community has lost its ability to prevent conflicts, and to resolve them in a timely manner, even when they occur. [This was a hint to individual nations to strengthen and unite themselves domestically, and improve at governance and the management of their own resources better – a great hint for the people of this country.] – (BBC, December 31, 2015). Earlier on, that is, on June 25, 2015, on this same medium, Mr. Gutierrez also frowned on world politicians for their tendency of keep causing
20
the mess and expecting the humanitarians – like UN and others – to solve the problem, something he said the humanitarians were already overwhelmed with. 48. Senator Steve Zargo, Atty. Koffi Woods, Activist Vandarlark Patricks, Dr. Amos Sawyer, and even the EU etc.: We are out for peace, peace, and peace all the way, that’s why, in all of our strong words and the venting out of grievances, we are demanding a national get together, or as we call it, a National Rebirth and Constitutional Convention, to discuss these many grave issues. War mongers or brutal, and uncivilized people will not be speaking like this. In fact, many persons before us have been advocating for different kinds of national dialogues, including Senator Steve Zargo, Atty. Koffi Woods, Activist Vandarlark Patricks, Dr. Amos Sawyer, and even the EU etc. – all have stressed some sort of national dialogue before anything called election is ever held in this country. We are just trying to take full leadership of the process and enforce it by the grace of God. We remain confident that there will be no heightened emotions and mafia-style elimination or assassination plans and witch-hunting activities (that we sufficiently know America and Americo-Liberians for), in this process because we have reached a point where anybody making such mistake will categorically be pitting the 16 indigenous Ethnic groups of this country, plus 3 new groups added by our Revolution, against America’s surrogates – the Americo-Liberians here, and the result of such struggle may be very catastrophic for the entire world. So, though our problems and differences are so wide, let’s sit on the family table and thrash these differences out. It’s very possible, it just needs strong, honest leadership, and the sincere commitment and cooperation of all citizens now, as God has developed and empowered the Plain Truth Revolution to put up such leadership. Let’s remember God’s justice does not sleep, and even if we, humans, feel that it is sleeping, US President Thomas Jefferson once said, then it (God’s justice) does not sleep forever. God is now ready to liberate His suffering children here, and no one should dare stand in the way, as no group of people were created by God to remain slaves to the others forever. A hint to the wise should be quite sufficient!!!!! INSTITUTIONS/ENTITIES 49. Microscope Newspaper, The People Newspaper, National Chronicle Newspaper, and the New Democrat Newspaper – while we don’t have any personal issues with these papers, and we also have massively cited some of them – especially the National Chronicle Newspaper – in our revolutionary research work, they conspicuously substantiated claim (b) of certain Whistleblower narration in the Microscope’s Monday, January 28, 2013’s edition that LPRC was in the business of paying media houses not to speak to its criminal activities at the entity – a very dangerous fact to be established about any serious society. For example, LPRC enticed Microscope to stupidly contradict itself on January 28, 2013 and July 24, 2013 for alleged peanuts; LPRC also made the People Newspaper to disgracefully violate every journalistic ethic on January 30, 2013 and July 29, 2013, again, for some sure material rewards. This same LPRC, according to insider sources, dictated to the National Chronicle and the New Democrat Newspapers not to publish anything coming from us, for a sure material reward again. 50. In Profile Daily Newspaper – although we identified some flaws in how our story presented to this paper was published on August 27, 2013, we take our hats off to them for doing 3 key things: (a) their courage to have been the ONLY one paper among the many we carried our story to, to published the story without requesting for any tip or cadeau, which we never could
21
have offered, even if we were asked to do. (b) In their story, they narrated that Cellcom, the vendor whose transaction with our department, or with us, LPRC Management had based her allegation against us upon, had clarified that it never had any problem with any transaction from LPRC at any time before; and (c) They placed in their story our key demand of calling on the president to intervene in the issue by instructing, even indirectly, some judicial process that would see us exonerate ourselves in court, even though all this fell on deaf ears. 51. The New York Times – If all the good people of this country will ever respect a publication for how that publication’s content greatly impacts the current US-Liberia relationship that is based squarely on the criminal exploitation of economic resources, then it’s better that everyone here retrospects and re-reads the February 5, 1862’s edition of the New York Times Newspaper. If you are conscious of America’s false pretenses through fake diplomatic language first, and then you read the content of President Abraham Lincoln’s letter to Congress to recognize Liberia’s mickey-mouse independence as featured in this paper’s publication, and then you connect the dots today, you will 100% establish that America is only here for her resources, and not for any human concern. And since she has almost depleted the iron ore deposit, including other valuable resources not mentioned in history or writing, the next, and probably last most valuable resource that she has come to deplete is our oil resource, and by the time she finishes this, she will divert our attention from the crude, painful realities we are faced with – i.e. valuable resources all depleted, human and infrastructure resources all poor and undeveloped – then she may just well pit us against one another in some unending Civil War, and quit our soil. If you doubt this, just look for the article, “Bystanders to Genocide”, written by Philip Gourevitch in September 2001 to discover what America can do when she no more has concern in a place that has no resource of her interest. Philip, an American, talked in this document about how the US Government aided and abetted – through actions and negligence – the massive Rwandan genocide of 1994. 52. The United Nations – First off, from rough calculations, the UN has by this 2017 spent over US$30 billion since 1989 trying its best to create the condition for us, as a people, to think for ourselves, and set our own national or civic lives straight under some calm atmosphere – an opportunity we seem again, to be throwing away. The UN has both directly and indirectly demonstrated to us that no matter how many blue helmets come to our country, once we ourselves are not yet ready for business, nothing good will ever work for us. Apart from spending their billions in military personnel and operations cost to physically stabilize our home, and in the process to create room for us to come to our senses and wake up once and for all, the UN does not mince words when depicting realities within our country. It is almost always blunt and to the point with us, unlike others in the international community, who will prefer sugarcoating the ugly realities for their own secret reasons or gains. For example the United Nations Security Council is on record for consistently expressing its fears about Liberia still being a great threat to world peace owing to persistent poor governance and endemic corruption, after all these years of investing people’s money into our system for improvement. Secretary Moon is on record for referring to Liberia’s current constitution as a recipe for chaos or problems, which the government has refused to change because it benefits the criminal gang called government here, including their master, America, more than the masses, which include 99.9% indigenous people. Former Special Representative of the
22
Secretary General (SRSG) Karin Langrin repeatedly attributes this country’s abject poverty to massive corruption beyond human understanding etc. All of these are enough to tell us that no one can truly change our country besides ourselves using our own best formula, from within and NEVER from out, a process that the Plain Truth Revolution has now embarked upon, by the grace of God. 53. The Great United States Government - People refer to this great institutional framework, i.e. the US Government, as the ‘Beast of the World’; others, including its own one-time Under Secretary of State for African Affairs, Herman Cohen, refer to it as a gigantic Elephant, among others, and truly the country that this institution governs, which is the United States of America, is the world’s unimpeachable superpower for the kind of material, military, infrastructure and other huge successes it has scored thus far in this mortal life, a life after which all of us, will be returning back to the dust to await, or even begin to face God’s judgment (whichever the case or belief however). As Clergyman Cornel R. West suggests, which we featured somewhere in this text, the raw fact, although, is that we will all die and face God one day. The clergy argued that it is not bad of course to develop the large economy, stockpile all the nuclear weapons, own all of the F16s, B52s, and drones, plus building some of the greatest cities on the planet, because God wants us to take control of His creations and develop them using the brains He has blessed us with, but all of these great achievements become nothing in the end, [or even become a source of disaster for us] if we consider other human beings, especially poor people, God’s children like ourselves too, as Nothing, or Nonhuman beings, or just thrash etc., and want to control their part of destinies forever, as the fate of the vast indigenous population of this country currently is, in the hands of America and her Americo-Liberians. But we believe in the Bible when it says that “all things work together for the better.” We applaud America, and just want it too, to take cognizance of what is said in Bible verses such as Jeremiah 22:13; Psalm 14:31; Proverb 22:16 etc. because greatness attained by considering other people dirt forever only brings one to what is spelt out in other Bible verses such as Job 12:23, mainly, but also verses 18, 21, and 22 etc. of this same book of Job. And for us, the ever-oppressed people of this place, we just like to strongly warned us that God terribly hates people who bow to other human beings and refuse to put their faith explicitly in Him to show them the way in life, and when it reaches a point where He sees no U-turn on the part of such people, to the point that they have turned into an embarrassment, He (God), closes His eyes, takes a deep breath and wipes them out of the face of this Earth. Remember this act can also be equated to worshipping idols and false gods, apart from showing no faith in God. Needless to quote Scriptures here, the examples are so many in the Bible, but Scriptures like Ezekiel 14:12 – 17; Exodus 20:15; Acts 17:26 etc. throw more light on why, and how God can take such strong actions. 54. The UK and its Government: No people in this world, acting both as a government and as private individuals, have voiced out their objective views or sustained their collective advocacy concerning this terrible Americans and Americo-Liberians v. the Natives of this land’s debacle, equal to the people of Great Britain. The Britons are on record for strongly detesting this massive Americo-Liberian mess in this place, while standing on the side of the
23
Natives or protesting loudly to the world against the ill-treatment of the Natives on this land. Here are a few proofs: a) According to Professor Joseph Saye Guannue, immediately upon the establishment of Liberia, when Great Britain saw how this so-called statehood was formulated, and how Liberia started going about things, the Britons described this ‘illegitimate country’ as a ‘mere American Philanthropic Experiment.’ Every level-headed person knows today that this remains the right description of mama Liberia, 194 years on. b) Because the United States normally intervened militarily against the Natives on behalf of her Americo-Liberians during domestic conflicts, our tribal people, according to some historical accounts, preferred to hoist, at times, the Union Jack in their territories instead of the American or Liberian flag. c) According to several sources including Prof. Alhaji G. V. Kromah, liberiapastandpresent.org etc., the Natives of this country were not considered citizens of their own land, but just mere savages and wild beasts for a very long time. But when the Americo-Liberian Government got pushed against the wall for cash and applied for loan from Erlanger & Company of London, the British, appalled at how Monrovia was savagely and criminally treating the Natives, demanded that Monrovia drastically changed her policy towards the indigenous people and the hinterland before any loan could be disbursed to them. This was when so-called President Arthur Barclay, as part of his reform agenda, extended unconditional citizenship to the indigenous peoples in 1904, and Erlanger & Company subsequently extended the $500,000 loan to ever-dull, ever-barren and ever-criminal GOL in 1906. This purely illegitimate country still operates the same way today. d) According to the Book, “A Short History of the First Liberian Republic”, no roads, no schools, no health facilities etc. were visible in the Native People’s leeward counties of socalled Liberia until a League of Nations’ Commission, headed again by a Briton, Dr. Cuthbert Christy, condemned Monrovia for her [dirty and nasty] treatment of the tribal people. This was when Monrovia started building a few miles of red dirt roads, a few substandard school and health facilities etc. in the leeward counties. We pause here. But in this leaflet and elsewhere in our several revolutionary research works, you will also find out how the League of Nations, under British command, Britain’s Sir John Simon, Britain’s Global Witness, Publish What You Pay Coalition, Conciliation Resources, Finance Uncovered etc. are all still contributing to this emancipation fight on behalf of the down-trodden Natives of this land like the British Government itself has always been doing since 1822. 55. US Department of State – While some in the US Government circles and on Wall Street, including others in the commercial diplomacy circles like KRL International etc. keep flattering Liberia or mincing words in their descriptions of realities in our country, or even squarely making up lies in favor of illegitimate Liberia for their own selfish gains, the US State Department, in its regular country report on Liberia, especially its Human Rights Practices Report on Liberia does hit the hammer on the nail’s head almost every time. The US
24
State Department, through its reports, has implicitly agreed with the Plain Truth Revolution that this is an illegitimate, rogue state, that needs to be undone and redone, and we have started this process, as such, through God’s power. 56. US Monrovia Embassy – to prove America’s objectivity and professionalism, even if it went against themselves, as is happening in the case of Liberia, the US Liberian Embassy, among more than 40 key institutions/governments and individuals to whom we dispatched our collective action-driven LPRC corruption case, was the only international entity that responded and pledged support for the process. This single action from the world’s greatest country meant a lot to our Plain Truth Revolutionary Agenda. Moreover, from the US Embassy’s other key reports on Liberia, like its Travel Alert on Liberia, its Trafficking in Persons Report on Liberia etc. we are unconditionally convinced that we are not in a country, and as such, we need to do all we can to relay a new national or civic foundation. We congratulate the US Embassy forever, as we all work together to make our country what it is truly supposed to be for God’s children. 57. A British charity, Conciliation Resources or CR, in their release on Liberia, in the 1990s or so, entitled, “Working for Peace Together”, disclosed that LIBERIA HAS A VERY SERIOUS UNRESOLVED PAST. This is how the group put their claim: “Looking beyond its immediate triggers, the Liberian conflict can be seen as a brutal culmination of the country’s unresolved past”. The group then claimed that the Americo-Liberians achieve their political, social, and economic dominance over the indigenous people through the institutions that they have set up, including their Judiciary [in fact the entire government], plus the business associations and other clubs and fraternal institutions including the Ancient and Accepted Masons etc. 58. The League of Nations: In their 1930 - 1931 report, they made this claim about the AmericoLiberian treatment, or approach towards the indigenous people. According to the League, the Liberian Government was [and we will say here is,] in the business of “systematically fostering and encouraging a policy of gross intimidation and suppression of the Native [man] in order to prevent him from asserting himself in any way whatsoever, for the benefit of the dominant and colonizing race, although originally of the same African stock as themselves” 59. Global Witness – this UK-based integrity institution, among the many more that really dig out the ills in this country and pinpoint the grave issues on ground, does go the extra mile in calling spade a spade in order to help us come to our senses in this place and take the right decisions to change our very NASTY situation. Global Witness speaks a million words in each one of its numerous reports, and leaves the rest with us, since they can’t be the ones taking actions for us. For example, in its July 2015, “The New Snake Oil” Report on Liberia, this group implicitly, and in the right direction branded current Americo-Liberian President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf as a hoax, or one may say, a crook, just as almost all Americo-Liberian Presidents have been, and will continue to be because criminality is embossed within their chromosomes, except President Tolbert, to some huge extent, as our research has always established. And in fact, almost all of GW’s report on this criminal country that we have had access to thus far, implicitly confirm our Plain Truth Revolution’s claim that the structure
25
called Government of Liberia is a massive criminal gang, under the guise of national leaders, to say the least. 60. Moor Stevens Auditing Firm, UK: Liberia has NEVER stroke any balanced and honest concession agreement before, in her whole 194 year history. All her natural resource concession deals have been both very criminal and mockingly foolish. This is because it is the Americo-Liberians, a breed of people, who are on the average, born criminals, who are, and continue to remain in charge of all of our resources; and sadly, when God allows them to EVER manage these resources wisely and properly, then it will mean that He (God) is a liar, and that He can be mocked – God Forbid!!! He is NEVER mocked. So, since 1822, even though our research establishes that they (the Americo-Liberians) started auctioning our precious resources out officially for peanuts in 1894, beginning with an agreement they stroke with the Monrovia Rubber Company of UK-based Sir Harry Johnston, there is no record of them ever signing any sound concession deal yet. For instance, Monrovia Rubber Company, turned Liberia Rubber Company, then later turned Liberia Development Company, had a concession deal to harvest wild rubber in all of Liberia’s 5 existing counties during her time, but this company was also granted the right by President Arthur Barclay to exploit all underground mineral resources from 4 of the country’s then 5 existing counties, including the authority to run their own police force, in addition to another exclusive right to develop Liberia on behalf of the government – according to Professor Alhaji Kromah of the University of Liberia and other sources. This very STUPID way of dishing out our precious resources has continued all through history up this 21st century under Americo-Liberian so-called Harvard educated President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, during whose administration, Moor Stevens, in their LEITI- Sponsored Post Contract Award Audit Of 2012, declared that about 98% of all the concession contracts signed by the Liberian Government since 2009 have violated Liberia’s [already weak, existing] laws, talk less about international laws (www.rssnews..com; www.theperspective.org etc.). No one wants to even mention the Firestone Contract of 1926, in which Americo-Liberia dished out 1 million acres of land to Wall Street’s Harvey Firestone for 6 cents per acre; relatively free workforce recruited officially with the Liberian militia force called LFF, and today’s AFL; and a 1% tax later, on whatever exported latex reported willingly by Firestone etc. 61. ProPublic and PBS Frontline: (represented by a few of their journalists/employees: Jonathan Jones, T. Christian Miller and Marcela Gaviria etc. respectively) – apart from ProPublica’s earlier splendid report, which was republished by Liberia’s National Chronicle Newspaper, about how the Liberian Government, mainly the Sirleaf-led Government, dished out several of the country’s valuable natural oil blocks to US Companies in very criminal deals, ProPublica again, and PBS Frontline, brought another damning report on this deadly US-Liberia relationship when they outlined Charles Taylor’s strong ties with Firestone. And the terrible point to note out of this report is that: After this Firestone had taken away 1 million acres of our valuable land at 6 cents per acre, used Liberia’s militia force called the LFF, now AFL, to forcibly drive our Native people out of their lands without any compensation, just to make room for the Americans to plant their rubber, in addition to forcibly recruiting our same poor, homeless and displaced Native people again, to work for Firestone almost free of charge etc., this same Firestone ‘showed love to our poor people once more in the 1990s [according to these two international media outlets] by supplying food,
26
fuel, cars, shelters, legitimacy, and even some lump sum money support of over US$2.3 million cash to Taylor in the early 1990s [to kill more of our people in his quest for power]. This is what we really enjoy from our relationship with the world’s superpower. SOME OTHER POWERFUL COUNTRIES WE SHOULD LEARN FROM Although we have extensively acknowledged and/or paid homage to the US and the UK, including their respective governments, institutions, and individual citizens for their domineering involvement with the Liberian tale – both positively and negatively (with the negativities mostly attributed to the US, and not the UK) – we include the following 8 countries (out of the world’s approximately 225 countries) to first convince the people of this country how for sure we are just joking, and not doing a thing in this place. We hope to convince us, citizens of this theoretically fake Liberia, that we are in a very sorrowful, but dangerous condition of joking with our own destiny, and because of this sad reality, we are also unfortunately serving as an embarrassment to our Creator, the Almighty God, to the point now of seriously risking His wrath or anger upon us. We seriously risk some acute Spiritual punishment in whatever form God wishes in this place, if we don’t rise up now to take the right actions for His complete intervention into our situation, as God’s children. So the goal of bringing some tips of the success stories of these below 8 great countries is for us to adopt from them several lifesaving tenets and tendencies as we now embark on reborning our country by God’s power; and some of such tenets include: (a) being able to quickly adapt to changing times in a positive manner for the benefits of all of our citizens and the world at large, and (b) being eager and flexible to introduce new ideas into our governance mechanisms and to place ideologies before personalities etc. For example, all of the below countries are, or practice, some forms of democracy, but none is a presidential democracy, or an undiluted presidential democracy, as dull, dishonest Liberia claims to be. Instead, these countries are either constitutional monarchies, semi-presidential republics, parliamentary republics, or some blend of some, or all of these beautiful and productive forms of government. Moreover, none of them is a purely Laissez Faire Capitalist society, as dull, foolish Liberia claims to be since 1822. But instead, each of the 8 countries below has very active socialist/communist components in its governance debates and orientation, with a portion of well-regulated and organized market systems within their economies. Here we go with our 8 heroic examples: 62. France and The Republic of Ireland: (a) France: People must be flexible at change, and we are talking about honest change, driven by the motive or desire to improve. Holding all things constant, each major change is a turning point in our situation. In many instances, constructive change is about closing one funny chapter and opening another usually promising one. Constructive change brings new beginnings and new excitements to life. France is a living and glamorous example for what such constructive and well-intentioned change can bring to a people’s national life. Since its establishment as a republic in 1792, France has interestingly completely changed the makeup of ‘its bedroom’, that is, changed its system of government and/or statehood form five (5) different times – ranging from the first French Republic to the Fifth French Republic in 1958. All these dynamic changes have been geared towards making life easier and better for all the people of France, and not for a few in Paris or in Government. Today, this 224 year-old Western European country – just 30 years older than Americo-Liberia – is counted as one of few superpowers of the world relatively.
27
France, a member of the UN’s Big 5, or member of the powerful Security Council, has a real GDP of around $3 trillion. France is a perfect blend of both a Parliamentary and Presidential Republic, running a socialist system of economics. It is a developed country, member of the G7/8 nations of industrialized nations, ranked as the world’s 6th largest economy by nominal Gross Domestic Product (GDP), and 9th largest by Purchasing Power Parity. According to Credit Suisse, France is the 4th wealthiest nation on Planet Earth in terms of aggregate household wealth, and its citizens enjoy very high standards of living, performing very well in international rankings in education, healthcare, life expectancy, civil liberties, and general human development. It is the biggest consumer of nuclear energy and one of the only 5 formally recognized nations with nuclear weapons stockpiles on the Planet etc. This is what people who are flexible at leaving their comfort zone to experiment with new ideas – no matter how fearful, difficult and uncomfortable – can accomplish, and not like dull, criminal Americo-Liberia that, for example, started off as a fake Presidential, unitary state, and a socalled Laissez-Faire Capitalist economy etc. since 1822, and continue to be so up to this point, despite all the realities that none of these is ever working for the general good of the people. For God is not mocked, as none of these will ever work under a “Liberia.” (b) The Republic of Ireland: This small island country, almost like half the size of Liberia, at 27,133 square miles, was part of the United Kingdom, but felt that it could make it on its own; and so, broke apart from the UK in April 1916; and declared their independence officially in January 1919, although they went on to become a full-fledged republic in 1948. This parliamentary republic of 4.6 million people has a real GDP of over $235 billion, and a human development score of 0.899, thus making it a high human developed country. The Republic of Ireland says, as a small, peaceful island, it will not bother anyone, and therefore does not expect for anyone to bother it, so it has refused to invest significantly into the military. It has refused to build a huge army as well refused to form part of any kind of international military alliance. Before it takes part in any military activity, the UN must approve along with the Irish Government (i.e. its own government). But even with its constitutionally restricted military activities, the small Irish Defense structure has four welltrained and equipped departments, including the Army, the Naval Service, the Air Corps, and a General Reserve Force consisting of Army and Naval Segments. This limited defense arrangement owns for itself a number of military aircraft (over 15), military helicopters, and defense patrol warships at sea etc. with only a small, trained manpower of 10,000 in active service. Tourism in little Ireland nets over $9 billion per year, and its airline, Ryanair, is Europe’s largest low-cost carrier, and the world’s largest airline in terms of international passenger numbers. Ireland’s health system is ranked by the European Health Consumer Powerhouse in its Health Consumer Index as the 8th best in terms of outcomes, out of Europe’s 34 national healthcare service systems. Primary, secondary, and tertiary education are all free for all EU citizens in Ireland. The country ranks 8th in the world for possessing universities that fall within the world’s top 500 universities, and Irish students, aged 15 had the second highest levels of reading literacy scores in EU in 2012 according to the OECD etc. 63. Russia and China: These two world superpowers have demonstrated beyond all reasonable human doubts what the very superb economic management facilitated by unpretentious and boldly-employed socialism can be:
28
(a) Russia for example, according to very reliable sources, is over 6.5 million square miles; has some of the toughest climatic conditions and geographical terrains, with a population of over 140 million, but this country is the biggest owner of nuclear weapons in the whole world. It has an army strength of over 1 million active personnel. Its Real Gross Domestic Product (GDP) values over $3 trillion; around 104 million or over 70% of Russians are middle income individuals; and every 100 homes you count in Russia, 19 are millionaire households in terms of wealth. Russia has the biggest forest in the whole world, more than 95% of which still remains unutilized or preserved. This country has more than 1,200 airports and it tops every other country in the world when it comes to the number of citizens with college or university degrees etc. – just to mention a few of the mammoth achievements of this Eurasian country since it took shape as a Socialist/Communist country in 1922. (b) Then comes mighty China of 3 million plus square miles, with a huge population of almost 1.4 billion people. Since China, like Russia took shape as an independent Socialist/Communist state in 1949, here are just a tip of the iceberg too of its miraculous achievements thus far: (i) China has a GDP of over $10 trillion; (ii) Out of China’s walloping 1.4 billion people, a recent CRI (China Radio International) report states that 97% live above the poverty line, meaning only 3% are now living with some level of poverty, which the government vows to stamp out by 2020; (iii) Of China’s 3+ million square miles of land, including desert, around 60% has been developed into sprawling urban centers or urban communities with world-class cities including sky-scrapper studded Shanghai; (iv) China has one of the largest armies in the world, of over 1 million personnel and sophisticated military technologies apart from being a nuclear power. Just in October 2016, at their Juhai Airshow in the city of Juhai, Guandong Province, China unveiled its newly-developed J20 fighter craft, with magnificent stealth technologies that by-pass every radar recognition mechanism (v) This East Asian country has a very advanced and collegial electoral system, with 5 congressional levels, beginning with some township kind of congress to the National People’s Congress at the top of the Congressional hierarchy, whereby lower level structures vote people for upper level structures, and the National People’s Congress being responsible to elect people for the biggest offices of the land, including the Presidency. According to the December 13, 2014 edition of a BBC program called “In the Balance”, the secrets behind all this big economic and management successes being scored by China have been of course, their strong political governance and superb institutional quality – bravo to the conscious, bold, and productive use of socialism, which Chairman Mao Zedong, father of the Communist Party of China (CPC) describes as the greatest of all of mankind’s ideologies because of its care for all human beings alike, and not for mere profits and capital accumulation. **1847 Liberia normally flies to Beijing to go and ask them to reveal their secrets to Liberia to help her pick up and grow too, according to current Americo-Liberian president, Ellen Johnson Sirleaf. 64. Japan and Switzerland: These are two countries faced with serious geographical and climatic difficulties but are yet very mighty, demonstrating how, when people are self-conscious and self-proud, and believe in themselves, the sky can be their limit. Apostle Paul, in the Book of Romans 14:22-23 suggests that we must believe in ourselves first before taking that condition or that virtue within us, and placing it in God. This is because come to think about it, if you do not value yourself as a capable and able being, made to do great things; if you don’t trust
29
your own ability to stand up for, or accomplish something great etc., then what are you carrying to God? Is it that already condemned self; is it that valueless trust or belief that you are going to place in your Creator? While pondering upon this, let’s get a gist of what these two geographically and climatically constrained countries have done thus far: (a) Japan: Apart from being an island, most of Japan is mountainous and unsuitable for agricultural, industrial, or residential use. Japan also has 108 active volcanoes (a mountain or hill having holes through which violent eruption could occur to cause damages etc.), and during the 1900s, several new volcanoes emerged. As a result of this kind of troublesome geographical and geological makeup, destructive earthquakes, often resulting in tsunamis occur several times each century. For example, the 1923 Tokyo Earthquake killed over 140,000 people. More recent major earthquakes are the 1995 Great Hanshin Earthquake and the Tohoku Earthquake, a 9.0 magnitude quake which hit Japan on March 11, 2011, and triggered a large tsunami (earthquake mixed with strong winds or storms etc.), among many relatively less damaging ones, which happened even up to 2016. The sad fact is that due to Japan’s location in this region referred to by the geologists as the Pacific Ring of Fire, the country is substantially prone to regular earthquakes and tsunamis, having the highest natural disaster rate than any other country in the developed world. Japan’s climate is also not uniform, ranging from a continental climate, with long, cold winters, marked by heavy snowfalls, to sharply warm to cool summers, among other troublesome climatic conditions. But despite all these and many crippling conditions, Japan has managed to perform a wide range of economic and social miracles; including: As of 2012, Japan is the third largest economy in the world after the United States and China in terms of nominal GDP, and in terms of Purchasing Power Parity, it is the 4th largest economy after the US, China, and India. This East Asian island nation has a very huge industrial capacity, and is home to some of the largest and most technologically advanced producers of motor vehicles, electronics, ships, machine tools, textiles, chemical substances, processed foods, steel, and non-ferrous metals etc. Japan also provides 15% of all fish supply to the world, 2nd only to China. As of 2012, Japan’s labor force consisted of over 65 million workers. This same country also has around 1.2 million kilometers of paved roads and 175 airports, in addition to many great achievements that we could just go on listing and listing here if time and space could permit us. (b) Switzerland: Liberia is more than 2 and a half times bigger than Switzerland, whose land are is at 15,940 square miles only. Switzerland, completely unlike Japan, is land locked with no sea or ocean bordering it, with majority of this 15,000+ square miles being dotted by several long mountain ranges and very deep valleys, in some of which no one can see the sun for weeks. Switzerland is so mountainous, and 48 of its mountains are about 13,000 feet above sea level, in addition to a great diversity of climates. This country’s ecosystem can be particularly fragile because the many delicate valleys separated by high mountains often form different unique ecologies. The mountainous regions themselves are also vulnerable to adverse climatic conditions. The climatic, geological, and topographical conditions of the alpine regions make for a fragile ecosystem that is particularly sensitive to climate change. But in spite of all these impediments, according to the 2014 Environmental Performance Index, Switzerland ranks first among 132 nations in safeguarding the environment, due to its high scores in environmental public health, its heavy reliance on renewable sources of energy, and its control of greenhouse gas emissions. Switzerland has a stable, prosperous and high
30
tech economy, and enjoys great wealth, being ranked as the wealthiest country in the whole world in per capita in multiple rankings. In 2011 for example, it was ranked as the wealthiest country in the world in per capita terms (with wealth being defined to include both financial and non-financial terms), while the 2013 Credit Suisse Global Wealth Report showed Switzerland was the country with the highest average wealth per adult in that year. Despite its small size, Switzerland is the 20th largest exporter in the world in addition to it being ranked by the World Economic Forum’s Global Competitiveness Report to have the most competitive economy, in addition it having been ranked the most innovative country by the EU. Switzerland’s most important economic sector is manufacturing, with huge production of such things as specialist chemicals, health and pharmaceutical goods, scientific and precision measuring instruments and musical instruments etc. It has one of the highest salary regimes in the world, and very flexible job market, with unemployment (mainly frictional) rate dropping to as low as 1.7% at times. Finally for now, traditionally, Switzerland avoids alliances that entail military, political, or direct economic action. The country has not yet joined the European Union, and it only joined the United Nations in 2002. Due to its strong culture of neutrality and objective independence in many international affairs, a large number of international institutions have their seats in Switzerland, including the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement (which was of course born there); it hosts the second largest UN center after New York; it hosts the World Trade Organization, the Bank of International Settlements, the Union of European Football Association (UEAFA), the Federation of International Football Association (FIFA), the International Basketball Federation etc., just to name a few. 65. Israel and Ivory Coast: These are two countries faced by genuine constraints which they could use like Liberia and just decide to be useless but have instead risen above all their challenges, and like the others we have named above, are working miracles in almost all aspects of possible living. Let’s bring just a tip of the iceberg in proofs: (a) Israel – this 1948, Middle Eastern and predominantly Jewish country, situated on the Southeastern shore of the Mediterranean Sea, and on the Northern shores of the Red Sea, is completely surrounded by so-called ‘enemy’ countries, including Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, Egypt, and the Palestinian territories of West Bank and the Gaza Strip. One day after Israel declared independence in May 1948, she got attacked by Arab fighters from surrounding states. Israel has since then fought several wars with neighboring Arab States in the course of which it has for example: occupied the West Bank and the Sanai Peninsula (1956 – 1957; then 1967 - 1982); parts of Southern Lebanon (1982 – 2000); the Gaza Strip (1967 – 2005); the Golan Heights, East Jerusalem, and the West Bank etc., and efforts to resolve the IsraeliPalestinian conflict has not materialized yet into peace. Mention should however be made here of some remarkable peace deals that were stroke between Israel and both Egypt and Jordan. Meanwhile this Israel is an 8,019 square mile country (i.e. Liberia is more than 5 times bigger than Israel), with a population that doubles that of Liberia, at 8,502,900. Israel uses irrigation to be able to make some of its soil suitable for agricultural production, among other constraints. But such a very small country with all these problems, is graded as the most advanced country in the whole of Southwest Asia and the Middle East in terms of economic and industrial development. Israel generally is a developed country and a member of the OECD (Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development), and the 35th largest economy in the world of more than 200 countries by nominal GDP as of 2015. The country benefits from highly skilled workforce and is among the most educated countries in the world
31
in which a very high percentage of its citizens hold a tertiary education degree. This country has the highest standard of living in the Middle East and 4th highest in Asia, and has one of the highest life expectancy scores in the world. Israel has the 2nd largest number of startup businesses or companies in the world after the United States and the largest number of NASDAQ-listed companies outside of North America. The Israeli economy was also ranked by the IMD’s Competitiveness Yearbook, among others, as the world’s most durable economy in the face of crises, and the first in the rate of resource and development centered investment. Israel produces massive amounts of grains and beef and is self-sufficient in food production. Leading exports from this small, heavily exposed to external crises Middle Eastern country include: electronics, software, computerized systems, communication technology, medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, military technology and cut diamonds. In 2012 for example, its exports reached $64.74 billion. Multiple Israeli universities are among the world’s top 100 universities in fields such as Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Chemistry and Economics. Israel is one of the only 7 countries in the world that build their own space satellites and launch their own launchers to space. Across its 8,000+ square miles, Israel has more than 11,000 miles of well-paved roads, several, both domestic and international airports, and over 500 miles of railroads stretching across its landscape. Finally for now, the Israeli Defense Force (IDF) maintains approximately 176,500 active troops and a reserve force of 445,000. This military force relies heavily on high-tech weapons systems, including computerized reconnaissance satellites, designed and manufactured in the country itself, including a few imported military equipment, and because of their frequent engagements, the Israeli Military is considered the most-battle trained army in the world. ***Note: 1847 Liberian Government does pack her officials in planes to go and, in their words, see, to copy the Israeli examples. Israel is a parliamentary republic. (b) Ivory Coast – this is a relatively challenged 1960 West African country, sharing direct border on its eastern side with 1822 Liberia. Ivory Coast was making remarkable progress after independence under its founding father and first president, Mr. Felix Houphouët-Boigny, but since the end of President Boigny's rule in 1993, the country, like Liberia, ruptured into a series of bloodbaths, beginning with a coup d'état, in 1999, followed by two religiongrounded civil wars, the first of which took place between 2002 and 2007 and the second, during 2010-2011. 124,504 square-mile Ivory Coast has a population of 23,919,000 as of July 2014. But in the midst of all these restraints ranging from a huge landmass to a huge population, and a just ended civil war in less than 5 years etc., Cote d’Ivoire has fought to maintain and even more aggressively build upon its economic trajectory of the past. This West African country has been the third largest producer of coffee (behind Brazil and Colombia). By 1979, the country was the world's leading producer of cocoa, a trend it still maintains today. The country is the largest economy in the West African Economic and Monetary Union, constituting 40% of the monetary union’s total GDP. The country is the world's largest exporter of cocoa beans, and the fourth-largest exporter of goods, in general, in sub-Saharan Africa (following South Africa, Nigeria, and Angola). In 2009, the cocoa-bean farmers earned $2.53 billion for cocoa exports and were expected to produce 630,000 metric tons in 2013. It also became Africa's leading exporter of pineapples and palm oil. The Ivory Coast also has 100,000 rubber farmers who earned a total of $105 million in 2012. According to Liberia’s FrontPage Africa Newspaper’s April 18, 2016 edition, while 1847 Liberia and ironical US Millennium Challenge Corporation’s 2015 Good Governance US$257 million prize winner was scoring 23% in government efficiency, 48% in fiscal policy, 22% in land rights and access, 19% in natural resource management, and 48% in rule of law etc., Ivory Coast scored, for 2015, such points as 71% in rule of law, 88% in controlling corruption, 92%
32
in business startups, and 100% in natural resource protection/management etc. Ivory Coast, apart from producing some of those many agricultural products above, has processing plants to process these Agricultural products before both consuming and exporting the finished products. Ivory Coast has not yet discovered commercial quantity of natural gas or oil, but this country has two refineries that refine bought crude oil from the sub region and supplies the finished products to more than 20 countries around the world including the United States and France. In the area of energy or electricity, this country is a giant, as for example, while 1822 Liberia currently lies to the West African Power Pool that it has 350 MW of electricity to contribute to this process, when in reality the country itself has not as yet being able to independently generate 10 MW of electricity, Ivory Coast truly is represented on the WAPOOL list as possessing electricity capacity of over 5,000 MW. A Western media recently quoted the Ivorian President, Allassane Ouattara as saying that in the next 4 years, his country will augment the current supply of electricity to 4 countries in the sub region, to 8 countries. La Cote d’Ivoire only import parts, but assembles public buses and ships right home, among many more economic activities. The country is a middle income country with an improving GDP/Capita of over US$1, 000, and a growing number of millionaires now, according to reliable sources. etc. 66. The Liberia National Police (LNP) in general, through the following top officials, in particular: (Cols. Chris Massaquoi, A.B. Kromah, and Sonkarley; and Officer John Saah): This Americo-Liberian executive branch institution won our special recognition chiefly due to the following three points: (1) When we exhausted our in-house grievances settlement process at LPRC and decided to take our case to the national level, we escalated it both to the Legislative and Executive branches (because we thought, and still think, that it is very administrative, and must be handled administratively). But of all the over 20 Legislative and Executive-Branch offices we registered our concerns with, only the LNP authority was able to at least accord us their respect. They called us – through Colonel Sonkarley – and expressed their regrets about our ill-treatment by the LPRC, while also offering us their own honest pieces of advice. Here is the main point of importance in view of this LNP’s response, in the eyes of our Plain Truth Revolution: If every organ of government was this responsive to each citizen at least to the extent that the LNP demonstrated to us, then we probably would not be talking about revolution to the scale that we are now talking about here. We probably would have been talking about more aggressive reform measures instead of a whole revolution, which means starting national life and nationhood all over again. The LNP proudly proved a major point of our overall debate: that within any group, no matter how bad on the average that group is, like the Americo-Liberian GOL has proven since 1822, there must be some good elements. We draw this revolutionary argument of ours from the world of inferential statistics – specifically dealing with the Measure of Central Tendency and Dispersion – that in any group, in any sample collected, no matter how bad on the average – there must be some elements of dispersion, or some good elements, in the sense from which we speak here. So as said above, this policing body proved that within the ‘white-collar terrorist organization’ called GOL, the LNP at least, possesses some positive points of divergence from the normal cruelty and criminality of Americo-Liberia. That’s why, in this very dead and dark society, money will NEVER be pumped adequately into training thousands of police officers; and as even there exists a very few thousands of them, the LNP
33
will NEVER be paid any good money that will keep them attractive, objective, and alive; no money will ever be pumped into training such experts within the police force as pathologists etc. because this kind of investment will expose those key Americo-Liberian norms such as: secret, mischievous killings, massive white-collar corruption, and other deadly societal ills. So, there will never be any plans in this current status quo of building and sustaining a welleducated and well-quipped police force that will be adequately empowered to do their jobs well, but so-called ministers and so-called lawmakers and other professedly top government officials will ride around with US$100,000 jeeps on bumpy 16th century bush paths, called roads in this day and age. This ugly fate of the LNP also extends to the Americo-Liberian conspiracy against the Natives, called army too, which will NEVER ever receive support, and will never get sophisticated at all, because, behind the scenes, it was never designed to be a conventional army, but rather some small, rag tag militia group just intended to wreak havoc on our ever-poor people, on behalf of America, under the command of her Americo-Liberians – their agents in this place, as far as America is concerned. So, once the GOL does her contract for their American imperialist masters well against our Natives and their resources in this place, no outside force will ever be tempted to touch this American criminal pepper bush called Liberia. Everybody knows at least that almost every country around the world has some huge respect for America, or even put squarely, sometimes fear America, and so, Liberia will NEVER one day come under attack from external forces once she remains this American ‘poultry farm’ where her resources (including human resources) can be exploited forever. And therefore, once this American flag flies here, it’s ok for the AFL. Not a day will they be tested, and so they need no major training and equipment, PERIOD. That’s why, as baby countries right within the sub region and across our world enlarge their armies and equip them with all the newest technologies and modern logistics and state-of-the-art military hardware, Americo-Liberia’s rag tag AFL of an insultingly mocking 2000 men, will NEVER be equipped independently with even trucks, let alone helicopters, war ships, war planes etc., yet she still calls herself a 21st century sovereign state – God forbid. So the only thing AFL sadly will see, know, and carry all through their professional sojourn would be such things as old AK 47 riffles, old donated trucks from other countries etc., and will be trained only enough to carry out such operations as making our poor, indigenous people kneel over palm kernel shells and look in the sun for refusing, or being unable, to give country rice and red oil to government officials, or killing our poor, helpless and defenseless men, women and children, like what happened in the case of little Shackie Kamara in West Point, for protesting for their own rights etc. 67. Center for the Exchange of Intellectual Opinions (CEIO) – among the several civil society institutions in Monrovia that we dispatched copies of our landmark LPRC case to, this is the only one that took interest, appropriately according some attention to those alarming and shocking economic and justice-related issues that our LPRC case covered. They then extended us invitation through Chairman Franklin Wisseh to come and speak to the issues presented, which we did. We remain highly grateful to CEIO for such courage, in the absence of us greasing palms before being granted such opportunity, as people normally claim in this place.
34
68. Liberia Anti-Corruption Commission (LACC) – Authorities of this so-called AmericoLiberian integrity institution pass all over the place complaining about how citizens lack interest in bringing them corruption cases. They proved their deadly deceit and sycophancy in this matter when we dispatched our well-documented, 27-page, 17-count corruption allegation about LPRC to them on March 10, 2014, and did a follow-up, one page letter to them in April 2014, and up to this January 2017, they have neither acknowledged receipt of our work, nor invited us by any means whatsoever to begin investigations into these major national issues. But again, all of this has helped us reach right where we are today, which is good for bringing relief to our past, present, and future generations once and for all. 69. ELBC, Voice FM, and Farbric Radio – While a good number of local radios have done great jobs at inspiring us for this revolutionary dream, ELBC has been so aggressive at reporting every detailed mess about the Government of Liberia, upon which every serious-minded and level-headed people would base their constructive debates for unconditional change. No station explains government’s fake and flawed policies, and its visionless and criminal activities as compared to ELBC. Farbric, for its part, has been the main medium which many persons believe is relatively independent, and as such, many dissenting voices run to Farbric. They’ve done so much great job too at informing us. If our revolution ever forgets any radio station for its no-nonsense stance on issues and its largely factual depiction of issues, it will NEVER forget Voice FM for the systematic way it presents headlines in all of the local dailies in Monrovia on a daily basis, something without which we would never have managed to gain huge knowledge on what is happening in our country on a day to day basis. From the part of Monrovia we live, one must commute for a more than 10-mile distance to get to Central Monrovia before getting access to the newspapers in this 21st century. Voice FM has been helping to bridge this crippling gap for us. And since Voice FM was closed by the visionless Americo-Liberian Government, we now see a new Voice FM in Freedom FM. 70. Google Search Engine - While all the major players in the IT industry deserve our unqualified appreciation, we are very grateful to Google for its magnificent service in speedily serving out information on almost every topic or idea of interest now on this planet. Our research really utilized its services. 71. Samuel Wallace’s Family & Home, and Nulleh Ngafuan’s Internet Café – In our country, electricity is a very scarce and expensive service, costing about US$0.56 per kilowatt hour, with the most minimum of monthly tariffs beginning with US$40.00 in a limited part of the capital, and only affordable by very few homes and facilities. This reality makes the use of private generators a widespread option, an option which is also very expensive and can be afforded by only a few. When we went out of job in early 2013, we definitely could no longer afford this expensive service, but we needed it every day when we started our assiduous research work on Mama Country. The Wallaces were so generous to us as neighbors whose home and electricity facility we used almost every night. We were sometimes even constrained by work to sleep at the home of this family. In the day, we kept busy in similar fashion at the Nulleh Ngafuan Café, since electricity supply to homes normally happen only at night on this side of the globe. At these both locations, we used the facilities and electricity service absolutely free of charge. All this happened in a very miraculous way as we were
35
warmly welcomed every day at these facilities and provided all we needed to work well, including all the warmth of reception to feel at home. These two parties greatly contributed to the success of our research work. We have gone all this great length by the grace of God just to convince you that CHANGE is a MUST right now that no one should dare stand in the way of. We have too many bloody issues in this place that we CAN’T just ignore again and keep moving ahead in the same old fashioned way that we are used to, as if we can ever make any progress without tackling these many bloody concerns. When issues are so many and chronic like what we all know about this country now, true children of God take a break from what they are normally used to doing, and then try to fix the issues in a substantial manner before resuming their motion. We MUST halt and radically change things around now in this country. But there are only two main ways that people can achieve genuine and substantial change, which are, either (a) through the barrels of the gun (although with well-informed and well-intentioned leadership and participants), or (b) through a massive citizens’ conference or get together, to boldly debate all the big issues, draw conclusions upon them, and chart a new, common course. This too requires well-informed and well-intentioned leaders and participants. Some countries can even combine both options (i.e. the barrels of the gun, and radical citizens’ meeting/convention), depending on how chronic their common problems are, to fix the issues, set common national standards, and lay a new foundation together before retaking off. Shining examples of people who combined these both options to relay their nation’s foundations include the United States of America, China, and France etc. But for us, from the Plain Truth Revolution, we are demanding, while convincing every citizen to join us now, in demanding, the second option of a compulsory and immediate National Conference to reborn our country right now, because we are tired of this blood shed business, since the people before us, and those currently leading us, have used this bloodshed formula many times the wrong way, and made us shed innocent blood on more than 18 different occasions now from the day Liberia was established in 1822 to today, without any sustained gains. So we are saying, this compulsory citizens’ Get Together MUST be held between now and the end of this 2017. Let’s work together now and choose a suitable date, but this national meeting MUST be held before anything called election, or before any other big events ever take place in this country again. We say this because, from all of our book work that we have done, no group of people ever used election to put their house in order and to set workable systems for themselves. Elections don’t put people’s house in order, or set systems for them; elections only look for people to help man already set systems, PERIOD!!!! It is not one government or one president that can truly do these big jobs of putting a people’s house in order, and setting the real systems, but rather the coming together of knowledgeable and honest citizens from all walks of a country’s life, boldly debating issues and laying down farreaching standards and guidelines in a radical fashion for generations ahead, FULL STOP!! This is also the process of laying a nation’s true foundation. And because nobody in this country sadly ever trusts the existing structure called Government, God has raised up a small group of people called the Plain Truth Revolution to spearhead and provide leadership for this National Get Together, and not government, although because they are in control of our resources at present, they will be part of the process, and all citizens will demand them to provide some of our resources to carry on this meeting. We are saying if this thing doesn’t happen now, nobody will rest in our country again, and because we want everybody
36
to know all the big issues that are at stake in this country, which must now be brought up to the table and discussed so that results from them can inform and lay the foundation of our desperately needed, and deservedly new country, that’s why our Plain Truth Revolution has written different kinds of articles, including 11 pamphlets, 5 big street circulars, and a whole range of other smaller articles, including voice recordings or podcasts etc. on these issues, just to put everybody into the right frame of mind for the storm of change that has now begun sweeping across our country and our world by the grace of God. We have placed these different articles at different web locations. For example, Our Facebook page is https://web.facebook.com/plaintruth2013. We also have three discussion groups: a Facebook group and a Google+ Community, both under the name Grain Coast (Liberia) Independence Movement (GIM), which are at https://is.gd/cO3rbV and https://is.gd/cyZm54 respectively, plus a Google+ Page named plaintruthliberia, also at https://is.gd/SnsihD. We moreover have a Twitter and a YouTube presence, with our Twitter handle being @plaintruthrev, and on YouTube, we are at http://youtu.be/cTCeDYD8gw. You are additionally encouraged to Google out any of our key documents or pamphlets by titles as an option. We highly urge you to please share your thoughts with us at plaintruthrevolution@gmail.com, plaintruthrevolution@yahoo.co.uk, or plaintruthrevolution@hotmail.com. You can further share with us any historical documentaries or any other worthwhile articles intended to encourage us, or strengthen our case for this revolution, and any other concerns, using the address above. Apart from encouraging you to download each of these now, we request that you please make it your duty – everyone for that matter – to duplicate and share all of the big five ‘sharables’ or street circulars, or anyone you get hold of, or you can afford – to your family members, housemates, neighbors, friends, workmates, and all. Please take this as a very serious civic duty, and also as a way of serving God, because He’s ready now to deliver His long-suffering children in this place, and you must help in the process. Thanks.
