HOOSIER HOUSING REPORT CENTRAL INDIANA
According to the latest housing data compiled by RE/MAX of Indiana, the number of homes sold in Central Indiana dropped 8.46 percent compared to the same period last year. However, the area experienced an increase in the sales price of homes, up 7.17 percent on average during the second quarter.
