Unveiled to construction professionals worldwide at Bauma and debuted to the UK market at Plantworx, the new model aims to transform operator thinking when it comes to safety, efficiency and productivity on site.

A revolutionary concept designed from the ground up, REVOTRUCK combines a revolving cabbed dumper with off-road trucking capabilities, making material transport smarter and safer than ever before.

Thanks to its unique chassis and central oscillation, operators can safely receive a load before rotating the entire cab at the touch of a button to face the direction of travel with no visual obstructions.

Powered by a Stage V-compliant 74hp Perkins turbocharged engine, REVOTRUCK delivers 380Nm torque @ 1,380rpm and features a DOC and DPF as standard to minimise environmental impact. The rotation of the cab gives optimum visibility for the operator reducing downtime for tricky manoeuvres, while three steering modes (2-wheel, 4-wheel and 4-wheel crab) and the tightest turning radius on the market make it the perfect earthmoving solution for tight job sites.

While some products in the past, such as reversible site dumpers (which feature rotating driver platforms), have attempted to achieve the same effect, industry research suggests that the cumbersome process means operators often tend to stay in the same position and ignore the technology. After all, turning the heavy consoles can be time consuming and uncomfortable in a tight cab environment. What’s more, with just the internal console moving, mirrors and doors are rarely in the right position, making the machines no better to operate from a health and safety perspective than more traditional forward or swivel-tip site dumpers.
