Plantpeddler products are supported through the following market channels: Young Plants: All products are represented by leading brokerage companies throughout all regions of North America. If you do not have a supporting broker, please contact us to get your order booked and directed to a trusted broker. We proudly work through the following brokers– USA: Ball Hort. Co., BFG, Carlin Sales, Eason Horticultural Resources Inc., Express Seed Co., Grif n, Henry F. Michell Co., Leo Berbee Bulb Co., McHutchison, and Vaughan’s Horticulture. Canada: Ball Superior. Finished: Order direct from Plantpeddler and several Finished Plant brokers. Our sales force is ready to serve your needs. Booked Orders: Our seasonal capacity has limits. We anticipate selling out that capacity at all peak seasons. If you are interested in growing and retailing our products, we highly recommend you book as early as possible. Lead times vary with product line, genetics, and form to be produced. Please inquire for crop speci c lead time information and Early Order Discount programs. Availability: When your needs change during the seasons, we are here to help you ful ll them. Current availabilities are published on our website daily, and you can also request to be added to the email availability group (Young Plant and/or Finished). Volume Discount: Annual volume discounts are available for all products. For Young Plants, discounts apply on all combined product lines shipped October 1, 2021 to September 31, 2022. Finished products have annual and seasonal volume discounts based on historical volume, and/or pre-booked orders. If a higher volume level is reached in season, it will not be retroactively applied to orders already shipped. EOD: Book your orders early and save even more!! For Spring Annual orders, receive an early order discount of 3% on all orders received by Plantpeddler on/or before October 31, FARGO • DULUTH • 2021 ( rm date). Delivery charges are applied based on product type and service provider. Fuel surcharges may be applied as deemed necessary to offset volatility in energy costs. Minimum Orders: The order minimum for Young Plant products is 200 rooted cuttings. Minimums vary for BumpUp and Finished products based on product and region. Orders under minimum are subject to surcharges. Tag Program: Tags are available for all varieties we carry, inventoried at Plantpeddler, pulled to match your order, and shipped with your plants. The default tag ratio for all orders is a “one to one” basis unless clearly speci ed with the order. Please note “no tags” or a “tag to liner ratio” if applicable. Customer Pick-Up: Available Wednesday through Friday. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance of anticipated will call. Young Plant Grower Truck Program: To better serve our growers, for 2022, more routes throughout the Midwest plus coverage East to Pennsylvania and South into Oklahoma. The Young Plant shipping groups are expanded for 2022 within the three zones.

Zone 1 – Core Region ships on a weekly basis all Young Plant seasons.

Zone 2 – East Region ships even weeks 4 through 16, and for Mums &

Poinsettias.

Zone 3 – West Region ships odd weeks 5 through 15, and for Mums &

Poinsettias. Please use the even and odd weeks for your zone to ensure Grower Truck service. Increased truck service occurs during peak weeks. We will contact the broker and/ or grower to help adjust delivery dates to ensure truck service. Unless speci ed on order, products are cart delivered. If you do not have the ability to handle carts, please notify us. Winter box rates will apply for all boxed product on Grower Truck. Routes are subject to minimum volume requirements per region. Pooled truck delivery is available for small volume orders. Finished Grower Truck Program: In addition to our Young Plant Grower Truck program, we also deliver in-season Finished product. We bring color right to you on established weekly routes. Please contact us for the route schedule for your area. Dedicated Truck Program: By the load, deliveries can be made outside of the standard Grower Truck area with minimums that vary with distance, typically 10 carts. These orders can be assorted product lines. We can also help coordinate pooled truck options, grouping orders in your region. For these options, call for a customized quote. National Young Plant Shipping Program: In order to serve customers outside of the Grower Truck area, we have developed a system with trusted carriers. It is our commitment to improve our process and ability to perform for all growers. Options include: • Parcel Shipments: We have negotiated aggressive discounts with FedEx.

They serve as our primary parcel shipper for Young Plant products. Cold weather priority shipments are dropped directly at the FedEx terminals.

We work closely with them to ensure dependable and timely shipments to your door. Based on grower request for service effectiveness to your location, UPS is an option. If UPS is desired, please specify on orders. UPS ships at grower’s risk. • Air Freight: Air is a safe and often cost-effective option. Expanded service for 2022, we have negotiated favorable rates with Southwest,

Alaska Air, and others. Departure from Minneapolis via commercial air freight services to most major airports. Proper handling instructions, airport destination with pick-up, phone on arrival, or re-delivery instructions are the responsibility of the broker/customer. Please inquire for more information. • Grower’s Choice: We are always open to your input! If there is a freight method that works best for your unique situation, we are committed to explore and investigate how we can meet your wishes. Please feel free to discuss your freight situation with your broker or directly with us. Your success matters to us! General Information: All orders are considered FOB Plantpeddler, Cresco, IA. Except for Grower Truck, shipping methods are at the customer’s risk.
