Introduced in 1981, the Paisley pattern became an iconic fashion motif, evolving through manifold interpretations and colour variations. Inspired by an ancient design typical of cashmere fabrics, the Paisley pattern created by Etro helped shape a fantastical world populated by constantly-evolving forms and colours, enhanced by experimentation and daring fusions.
