urves, reflections and shading interweave in a play of the present and memories of distant places and moments inspiring authentic emotions. That’s what we
seek in the furnishings selected to give character to our nests. We want to personalise them more and more, to create a feeling of being protected and far removed from uncertainty, but flexible, because you can adapt them to different uses and purposes. The colour palette is defined by intense earthy tones or cold nuances accompanied by soft, inviting hues, creating a contemporary living experience that recalls exotic lands where we feel at ease. Great attention, of course, is paid to materials, which must be of high quality and suggest good sustainable practice. Working and decorations are welcomed, enhancing the “One Thousand and One Nights” effect.

The new products from VISIONNAIRE express a world of softness. The new Bomber sofa by Alessandro La Spada and the Shibari armchair designed by Studiopepe are examples of this (on show with “L’Impero dei Sensi” at the Wunderkammer Visionnaire). Bomber, with soft, tubular volumes, is an invitation to relaxation and recalls the fashion world with contemporary, sophisticated curved shapes. The Shibari chair designed by Studiopepe for Visionnaire has arms in stretch fabric or leather and recycled wool upholstery – a complement that celebrates the innumerable symbolic meanings - some sacred – related to the knot in history, including immortality, divination and faithfulness.
