Co-creation Made Agile helps you identify and incubate the design of viable applications for education, design, tourism, and social media. Platoniq, a Europeana Labs associate, developed this methodology in collaboration with the Europeana Creative project to promote the reuse of European cultural heritage resources by the creative industries.

Our practical sessions have been adapted using various techniques and principles from creative thinking, rapid prototyping and agile development.

ROADBOOK Our methodology is based on iterations and explorations in different working groups, from identifying success stories and impact indicators, to co-developing scenarios, users and diagrams by the participants themselves.

>> What's interesting out there?

- Name one of your favorite apps/websites/projects for best design, engagement, openness....

>> Contribute with your skills, share knowledge

>> Scenario forecast

- Imagine and combine possibilities

What if…

<Type of User>

I could…

<Specific Action>

Wit h…

<Open Content/Tool>

>> Visual brainstorming - Describe the end-users - Organize ideas around the selected ‘personas’ - Draw connections and add designs (wireframe/process)

So… <Collective Benefit>

>> P2P presentations

- Go public! - Present it around - Peer coaching

>> Implementation

- Draft your business plan - Content and tasks needed. "One Post-It = one to-do" - Establish priorities

The Scrum framework has been especially adapted for planning development and execution in a language easily understood by developers and non-tech participants alike.

CO-CREATION: WHAT CAN MY ORGANIZATION LEARN? • How to collaboratively develop initiatives, integrating mobile and tablet devices. • How to create a dynamic, participative space in my institution around digital content. • How to generate valuable proposals working with multidisciplinary profiles and communities of practice. • How to involve my audience, user, expert or visitor as an active innovation agent.
