Skin in the Game It was too frustrating for me to go on. Ever since he had left me, I had been trying to solve this puzzle. He knew that I spent my time overthinking and he hadn’t had a better idea than to leave without explanation. I wasn’t mad at him for leaving, though. But now, not only did I have to put the pieces together, but I also had to wait for the murder to be announced on TV for me to be able to make out the face.
