The knowledge of the healing powers of plants is extremely old.
Many wild plants have a rich supply of good juices.
Nature provides us with tea, herbs , vegetables and salad plants. Forest berries and mushrooms enrich our food. Other wild fruits provide fodder and oil.
For German tea we harvest birch leaves‌,
Willow leaves‌,
Ash leaves…,
The little leaves of the willow rose,
Tea mixtures are refined by the leaves of the heather‌
Leaves and stems of the sour cherry‌,
Also, tea of apple peelings has a very good taste.
We make house tea from the leaves of the linden tree. Their blossoms provide healing powers.
Wild plants give us fruit and in their leaves we find valuable tea.
We especially appreciate raspberry and blackberry bushes.

Medicinal herbs are often wild vegetables at the same time.
