Events Riverside Holiday Park is not only host to the Steam Fair, Harrison Holidays annual charity event, but it is within a 5 minute drive to Southport and its renowned attractions. Southport has one of the most diverse events calendar in the North West, starting off the season in April with the biggest steeple chase in the world, John Smiths Grand National at the world famous Aintree Racecourse. May starts with the Southport Jazz Festival, a range of music styles and free concerts to suit all music lovers and the entire family. Taste the delights of June with the Southport Food and Drink Festival, a true celebration of food and drink from Southport and surrounding areas.

August is a month full of family fun and entertainment with the Woodvale Rally and the world famous Southport Flower Show. September welcomes the return of the famous Southport Air Show, a weekend of all things 'aviation' not only for the enthusiast but for the entire family, with plenty of entertainment for all the family at the Air Show village. The sky bursts to light later in the month too as the British Musical Firework Championships return for another three night competition. What better way to welcome the winter season with the Christmas Lights Switch On and Grand Parade in November and the Christmas Festival in December.

2. Balance – the balance of the booking must be paid 28 days prior to arrival. No reminders will be sent. We reserve the right to cancel the holiday without refund of your deposit if the balance is not paid 28 days prior to the commencement date. Please note cheques are not accepted.

An accepted booking is a contract and in the event of a cancellation or customer’s failure to arrive within 24 hours of the commencement date, no monies will be refunded. 5. Refunds are not given on unused night, or for reasons outside of our control. 6. Please note the arrival and departure times are variant in the type of self-catering accommodation which has been booked, should you need clarification please contact us prior to arrival. 7. Before occupying the self-catering accommodation, the hirer must satisfy themselves that the accommodation is in good condition and that the equipment in the inventory pack is complete. By accepting the accommodation the hirer accepts responsibility for the unit and equipment throughout the hire period. Damaged or missing items will be chargeable. 8. The self-catering accommodation should be left in the state that it was found, should the unit be left in poor condition a cleaning charge of £50 will be deducted from your credit/debit card details, which must be left at arrival. 9. Cancellations must be made in writing. Movement of bookings will incur a small amendment fee. No refunds will be given. 10. Dogs are only permitted in certain units; they must not be left unattended in the self-catering accommodation, or in vehicles. Dogs must be kept on a short lead at all time, unless the dog is using the exercise area. Owners must clean up after their dog. 11. All accommodation is strictly no smoking. 12. The proprietors reserve the right to refuse or turn away or ask any visitor to leave who is acting in a manner which could be deemed as detrimental to the well being or comfort of other visitors.
