Learn for Free is a FREE training programme for Plymouth Community Homes tenants and leaseholders. The courses are free whether you are working or not. The training includes a free buffet lunch and we can help with the cost of transport and childcare.
Training subjects for Summer 2014 Dog Training and Welfare Come along and talk to pet specialists and learn dog training techniques on this one day course.
Paediatric (baby and toddler) First Aid A certificated two day course in Paediatric First Aid.
Windowsill and Container Gardening Learn how to use indoor and outdoor containers to have fabulous fresh food at your finger- tips. One day course.
How to get involved with Plymouth Community Homes There are many different and varied ways residents can be involved. Find out what might suit you on this one day course.

What is a QR code? A QR code (quick response code) is a unique bar code (or two-dimensional code), which can be read by a QR bar code reader on a smartphone. Many phone suppliers have online ‘marketplaces’ which provide free QR code reader applications. Looking at new ways to be involved? Your views shape how we work at Plymouth Community Homes. You’re invited to come along to our city-wide tour to look at the many different ways you can be involved and tell us what you think. The tour will run from 7-18 July 2014 and, as you will see from the chart below, will cover most areas of the city. Look out for Trevor the Trailer or Gail the Gazebo in your area. On the tour will be your local Housing Officer and other PCH staff who are looking forward to seeing you. If you can’t make your local event, please come to Plumer House or to our City Centre Shop at Frankfort Gate anytime over the fortnight tour (7 – 18 July) 9am – 5pm (4:30pm on Fridays). The City Centre Shop is also open 9am-12pm on Saturdays.
