WHO WE ARE We are a nonprofit 501C (3), center for justice that was founded in 2010 with the purpose of delivering culturally specific, trauma-informed mental health, case management, support groups, immigration, HIV/AIDS prevention, and advocacy services to victims/survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, hate crimes and other violent crimes. The positive impact of Survivors’ Pathway in these communities is evidenced by the number of victims served per year. During 2019Survivors Pathway served 2,600 victims of different crimes through its various programs.

WHAT WE DO


TRAUMA INFORMED ADVOCACY SERVICES Survivors’ Pathway’s Advocates will ensure that women, men, and their families that are experiencing domestic violence, sexual assault, human tracking, hate crimes and/or other types of victimization will have access to the following services: Individual advocacy and assistance navigating the justice system Court Companionship Financial assistance for victims of crimes Application for victim compensation services Referral to free legal immigration attorneys and services Referrals to family law services Assistance with job search and job application System coordination, linking legal, medical and emotional supports Intervention with employer, creditor, landlord, or academic institution Support groups


MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELING PROGRAM Survivors Pathway provides trauma informed mental health counseling services to victims/survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking and other types of victimization. Individual, family and group psychotherapy Trauma informed mental health services are provided for year period and free of cost. Counseling services are delivered at our main facility or at client’s home. Support groups for survivors of domestic violence are provided weekly. Psychological evaluations and assessments

HIV/AIDS PREVENTION PROGRAM Free HIV Testing and counseling. Refferals to Medical care Condom Distribution Re-engagement in health care for individuals living with HIV Outreach /educational prevention events Linkage to PrEP Referral to STD’s testing and treatment Mental health counseling for members of the community at high risk


LGBTQI PROGRAM Mental health services Support group for LGBTQ youth Support group for Latino Transgender women Family counseling Human trafficking screanings HIV testing and counseling Refferals to PreP Financial Assistance to LGBTQI youth victims of sex trafficking Refferals to hormonal treatment Psychological assistance to access gender affirming letters.


SUPPLEMENTAL NUTRITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM Provides nutrition benefits to supplement the food budget of women and families survivors of domestic violence , sexual assault and human trafficking so they can access to food and move towards self-sufficiency. A bag with groseries is provided in a weekly or monthtly bases depending on clients needs. Food is delivered at our facilities or at clients’ home

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT Survivors Pathway offers trainings, workshops and continuing education for professionals on the following areas of expertise: Domestic Violence: Delivering Trauma Informed advocacy services Human Trafficking: Introduction to human trafficking LGBTQI : Delivering compentent and inclusive services to victims/survivors of Domestic violence and sexual assault LGBTQI: Cultural competency and sensitivity
